Our company uses Rippling for payroll, vacation, benefits, and device management.

We got Rippling to handle a bunch of different HR processes, and came from Gusto.

Rippling is very thoughtfully designed, and it's easy to do the things I need to do as an employee. Requesting vacation time is one example. I can see my balance, request PTO, see my future balance, and more. As a manager I get notified when a member of my team has requested PTO and I can easily approve it.

For benefits enrollment, they make it super easy, having all the paperwork pre-filled out with my information and I just need to review and sign after making my plan selections.

We use Rippling for most of our HR processes. The move to Rippling solved HR, Managers, and Employees having to log in to different tools or having to "double enter" in different systems. It is also very user-friendly so little education and training was needed when we made the move 3 years ago. Payroll is a breeze compared to other systems we used in the past. Rippling also sends reminders and prompts when action needs to be taken, giving piece of mind for some compliance issues.

While I was running my own business, I did not know of Rippling, but wish I had. From and employee user perspective this has been a very simple tool to use for payroll reporting, W-2 reporting, and all HR materials. I just went through open enrollment process and it took maybe 5 minutes to complete. This is a very simple tool for the employees and the company I work for, Linea Solutions, is using it for over 100 active employees and it makes the HR process very smooth.
  • Payroll Reporting to employees - emails when my check has been deposited, easy to get to and display full check stub for any check that I have been paid by the company.
  • Open Enrollment - Took 5 minutes to complete. Very well organized and the process flow was extremely easy to understand. I didn't have to bother any actual human being to get answers or to resolve any issues.
  • Ease of use - this is a very well-designed user interface. As a software developer I get very frustrated with sites that do not have intuitive, easy to understand user interfaces. This is one of the easiest I've seen. Rippling has done a great job of simplifying tasks that most employees feel are a disruption to their day.
  • I seriously have no complaints at this time. I feel the product is well designed and currently would not change anything.
If you are dealing with any number of employees, I would definitely recommend Rippling. It is the best interface I've personally seen and very intuitive to use.

Rippling absolutely rocks. Requesting time off is so seamless, onboarding remotely is a breeze, & helpful notifications throughout keep you from signing for benefits that you don't fully understand. I am a designer, so I am a sucker for a good user experience- and Rippling is the GOAT. Honestly, the best kind of HR management is one where I don't have to think. Rippling maximizes your time spent on your actual job, and saves you a ton in time thinking about what our process is for time-off approval or how to change your address when you move.

I'm really impressed by the plans Rippling can offer small businesses, allowing them to offer their employees great insurance and benefits. The plans don't stop at simple health plans but also strong vision/dental/life insurance options. They are easy to use and enroll in.

Rippling also sends automated reminders to employees, making life easier.

Community Works uses Rippling for a myriad of things from Human resource Documents to payroll. It is a one-stop shop for the employee to get information on anything in regard to work related experience. Community WOrks has been able to streamline a lot of processes and procedures, all thanks to the rippling database.

In comparison to some of the other options they truly make it easy to manage your benefits and update them when Open Enrollment comes around. Overall fantastic experience. Keeps all of our companies payroll in one easy to manage place since we are fully remote.

Rippling is the sole HR solution for my small &amp; growing firm. Time off requests, 401k benefits, health insurance, training modules, and payroll is all managed through the software. We also hire/off-board employees through Rippling. The single-sign on (SSO) feature is also convenient to have. <br><br>My favorite feature is the combined calendar.

I submit PTO days to my manager here. I also track expenses here and upload invoices to make accounting easier for the company. I enroll in medical here. I sign important docs here. And I have rippling installed on my work computer.

Rippling has cut down my onboarding a new employee by about an hour and half per employee. I have a place to store all pertinent information per user and know that they are responsible for updating their information and I do not have to. Offboarding is the same as well, the time saved is incredible compared to what I was using previously.

Rippling has been a great asset in our company, especially with the tool for expenses, it narrows everything down and makes things easier for the accounting department, I love that there is an app, great for when you are on the go. Definitely recommend!

The product mostly addresses HR concerns like management, finances, and insurance/benefits. I am a relatively new user to the platform as I just joined my organization a couple weeks ago, but it is easy and clear to use so far. I like it better than my previous organization's HR platform!

ISEE uses Rippling for their employee benefits, time off management, and payroll. ISEE is a lean start up and Rippling allows us to keep human resources and accounting lean. The tool has been praised within the organization compared to other similar tools. All in all the software and UI has been fantastic!

I use rippling for managing payroll, benefits, time -off, expenses, HR compliance and performance management.
The product is very easy and intuitive to use. The UI is clean, clear and laid out in an easy to navigate way.
I most recently used it to elect benefits and was very pleased that the whole process took less than 15 minutes, in large part because my information was stored and ready to go.
I didn't have to spend a long time entering tedious details.
I have used many different people management portal in the capacity of employee during my career and can say that this is a great product.
The thoughtful user-centric considerations and features make a real difference for a user such as me.
  • Clean UI - there is no ambiguity about what function each button will perform.
  • Very easy to navigate. It is not difficult to find what is being looked for.
  • Single location for multiple functions. This is great for me as there is one central hub for all professional admin matters. Saving me valuable time that I can better spend on more pressing work matters.
  • The corporate color scheme is somewhat dated feeling.
  • The 2FA a uthentication would be improved by being able to use faceID or fingerprint instead of entering numerical code each login.
  • It would be nice to set up alerts for myself in rippling
HAving used competitor products like the ancient PeopleSoft and some other legacy tools like Workday, Rippling outshines them significantly.
The product feels as though it was developed for users and not just for company HR teams. Because it is easy to use I find that I use it frequently. I am on top of my to-do duties and have more time, space and energy to focus on the actual work of my job.

I use it to see my payroll and benefits, log time off, and see co-worker's profiles. I use Rippling every day to find co-workers' contact info and positions, to see updates about benefits, trainings, and other announcements from HR. I'll also use Rippling to update my payroll banking information, 401k distributions, and my personal profile (how I show up to other coworkers).

Being able to have everything you need in one place when it comes to managing your employees/ your own benefits is so important. The ability to be able to pull reports is key to our company. The ease of clocking in and out is very simplified. The fact there is an app for employees to log in makes this generation more engaged with managing their time and benefits.

Our organization uses Rippling for our applicant tracking system, payroll, and employee management. As a small non-profit, the majority of our funding is dedicated to programming so we don't have a large budget for administrative and HR related systems. I researched and completed trials of several well known platforms to meet our needs in this area but they were either too expensive or didn't provide the flexibility we needed to customize our implementation. The ability to choose which services we did/didn't need was our primary reason for choosing Rippling. From the demo to signing the contract, our dedicated representative was very responsive and helpful. Not having to deal with a bot during the process was such a huge relief. Rippling has saved our team a tremendous amount of administrative hours and the integrations to other third-party services has been an added bonus.
