We use Pardot across our entire global organization for all of our webforms, outbound email campaigns, marketing automation, lead scoring, landing pages, etc. Using it globally we're able to share our creations throughout our company and reuse them in other countries. Pardot helps us keep in contact with our clients and engage prospects while trying to increase sales.

Pardot is currently being used by the marketing team for marketing automation purposes. This includes scheduling emails, creating one-off emails, creating and deploying landing pages, and pushing marketing information back to salesforce to be used by the sales team. We are currently using the software in order to set up our marketing platform and be able to cross communicate with multiple client groups under the same UI design. It has helped us move from Adobe Campaign Cloud which was horrendous to set up and move to a more manageable platform. We have found that there is better support and less errors with performance.

We use it in Sales in in some cases CX and QA. It addresses the issue of needing a central place to house and archive any and all prospective client conversations. We also use it in conjunction with Zendesk, so that we have a fairly reliable database of all prospect and client conversations.

Within my role, we utilised Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio in the Channel team. The Channel team [is] a shared services team within the Marketing Department of a large real estate company in the UK. The simplicity of use is the key reason we chose to use this solution over others and making the most of the connectivity with our Salesforce CRM. We tried integrating other solutions and found it wasn't worth the lift when this platform offered it all together.

We regularly use Pardot every single day as the primary means of communicating with our database. We don't open it up to every department to use but use it centrally and handle requests from other teams. It solves a lot of our problems because we use Salesforce as a CRM and the syncing capabilities are phenomenal.

It addresses the business problems that were presented by having decentralized and different marketing automation systems from business unit to business unit. By selecting a tool like Pardot which can cover the needs of the entire division and the individual business unit, a need can be met for centralization and sharing of best practices and general knowledge in regards to marketing and marketing automation.

Probably one of the worst platform[s] I've ever used in my 9 years working with software either in college or professionally. [Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio] would routinely stall out, error, or just exhibit buggy behavior with no explanation. Inconsistent behavior and a support team that simply offered "turn it on/off" advice didn't help matters.

It is used to monitor social conversation, for crisis detection and management. Datorama was used primarily within the marketing strategy department for internal use only at the time. Quick access dashboards for monitoring media performance were the primary focus rather than external, client-facing dashboards for reporting. The goal was to use Datorama as a nexus of information to better monitor our marketing efforts so we would efficiently be moving consumers down the purchase funnel.

Salesforce Advertising Studio (formerly Social.com) allows me to use my client's 1st party data to message their customers and look-a-likes within the customer journey. I used this across a variety of campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Mobile. The primary use case if executing different creative variants for the right message to the right user.

It was used mainly for the company to gather intelligence about our clients and try to segment them and push offers accordingly to what we could expect them to be interested in. The software helped us to gain some good clients and achieve more deals while focusing more on getting new partners in.
