From time to time, our Cisco Webex Meetings with KCAP (Kansas City Assembly Plant) resulted in confusions in regards to timing (setting the meeting directly at Cisco Webex Meeting indicated different start times at other zones), so we got in touch with the support team to get this issue fixed. We were able to reach them fastly and on time, and they acted immediately to resolve our case.

Cisco Webex has great support, gives you quick responses, and follows up your case in a timely manner (just as Cisco TAC) until it has been solved. I only asked for support once, but it was a good experience. Cisco Webex is easy to manage, so there will be a few times you need to ask for it.
