Zoom is a unified communications platform primarily known for its use as a web conferencing tool. It features HD video and audio, collaboration tools, chat functionality, and an enterprise cloud phone system.https://media.trustradius.com/product-logos/X0/J2/JJQC92U6VWBP.PNGZoom is not only the best but it also does not break the bankWe record and share conference calls using video and video conferencing. We are able to easily schedule calls with our candidates (for employment) and are not limited by the number of invitations or the length of the meeting. In addition, the recordings are easy to make and save and can be viewed from their site (or another cloud provider we upload to).,Video Calling. Recordings are easy and quality is great. The recording of video and audio separately (and together) is automatic and very useful. We like the waiting room feature The product is free,We use the paid account. Having a one hour meeting in the free account would be helpful for some but for us, it is affordable at the cost per month. The storage of the recording could be done real time instead of at the end of the meeting. This delays us leaving the meeting because we have to wait for the recording to finish.,9,Zoom has made for a reasonably priced solution we can use as a non-profit. Zoom seems to be universally accepted and easy to use so far with everyone we have invited to conferences. Menus are simple to use and testing of video and audio is also very easy.,No,Skype and ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect),Skype for Business, ConnectWise Control (formerly ScreenConnect), WebEx MeetingsZoom is the best option for virtual meeting and recordingI use Zoom almost every single day. I interview people for my Real Life Resilience podcast, for my recent Emotional Abuse Recovery and Resilience Summit, and for ad hoc meetings with people to discuss future ventures. I keep my personal meeting room link on my desktop so I can easily send it through slack, FB Messenger, email, or anywhere else I'm having a virtual conversation and want to connect more. I use it to record my podcast too. I've found it the most reliable way of recording than Skype with Pamela, Zencastr, and other recording methods. Most of my meetings and recordings are on video, so it captures video too and puts it in a nice format (no matter what your desktop looks like). I particularly like the fact that it records each person's audio separately, so if I need to edit the tracks differently, I'm easily able to do that. I choose where to save each project in my folder system, and nothing is lost, even when the other person hangs up. Another thing I love is that my guests only have to click the link to hop on. It's not complicated for them to do.,Simple to use - This is one of the easiest solutions to communication of all the options I've tried. Capture video and audio separately - I like to edit my audio and then match it up with my video. I can do that with each speaker separately so if a noise happens on one audio, I can mute it. Reliable - I have never had a dropped video recording (except if my guest has bad internet).,I would love it if when one speaker speaks, the other speaker volume isn't "dimmed". Sometimes we talk over each other and my guest volume goes down. Sometimes it's just a noise on my part. That makes it hard to get good audio during those times from my guest.,9,It's allowed me to be consistent in recording Love that it's easy for me (a non-techie) to figure out,I do use my own Zoom Room. It is easy to give out the link and have people easily click.,,Microsoft Office 365Zoom ReviewWe use Zoom to communicate with our clients and walk them through our platform. It is being used across our department and our sister company as well. We are able to solve a LOT of problems with Zoom as we are a software company so seeing things visually is important.,The waiting room - great feature Breakout rooms - such a great idea. I haven't used it yet, but I do have plans to Webinar features,Being able to toggle back and forth between personal and business account (maybe you can do this, but I'm not sure how!) Incorporating Zoom into our platform so our clients can use it directly there with their students they work with,10,I'm not sure on the cost saving since that is not my position, but as a customer support person, it has helped out numbers with happier customers since we can meet them face to face since we are all online We have built stronger connections with our customers through Zoom. It has helped us share more information about new and old features we have and help explain it more clearly to our users,I have tested Zoom Rooms and will be using them this week for the first time. I hope it goes as good as we tested!,Slack, Zendesk, GitHubExcellent UX and Best Priced Meeting CollaborationZoom is being used by the whole organization. This is used to collaborate and for audio and video conference, share and record the content.,Audio and video conference are excellent The mobile app is great It is lightweight and you can have lots of automation like the auto dial into particular number etc. You can personalize the URL which is easy to remember also. Sharing the screen during the meeting is easy and works well.,Zoom consumes lots of power/battery while running either on laptop or mobile. Zoom requires some work to be effective with televisions during a video conference. Sharing of content among Zoom participants should be possible and personalized.,10,Great product, excellent service and nice UX has helped adoption with our organization In our organization, we got more Zoom IDs compared to the competition at the same cost.,We just start using Zoom Rooms but it is not as user-friendly as the Zoom app for audio and screen sharing. We needed IT to help to get this started. Hoping this gets easier in coming days.,WebEx Meetings,Integration Platform, Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle Service BusBest Video Conferencing Platform on the MarketWe use the paid version of Zoom specifically for our tech department, that must do frequent video conferencing with our remote team members & freelancers. The rest of our organization uses the free version of Zoom (the only difference is that the free version only accommodates video conferencing that's < 45 minutes). We've found Zoom to be the most reliable video conferencing platform, saving us time and frustration.,Reliability -- We very rarely have technical support issues with our Zoom conferences, which ensures all our meetings are as efficient as possible. This is by far the most important reason we use Zoom. Scalability -- You can have up to 500 people on a call (which we will probably never have). That said, because of its scalability, we rarely have to think about whether we can or cannot use Zoom for our current meeting structure. Pricing Model -- By offering a free platform, we are able to provide Zoom access to all our teams, while only upgrading to Pro for the teams that need specific feature-sets.,The only thing I dislike about Zoom is when joining a conference, I'm never sure whether it's going to launch the camera or not. Sometimes we use Zoom for just audio, and having your face appear on camera when you weren't anticipating isn't great (especially when you didn't dress up for the meeting),10,Significantly more efficient communication with our remote workforce Significantly less frustration & lag time while launching video conferences,I do not use Zoom Rooms currently.,BlueJeans, GoToMeeting and Join.me,Breezy HR, PieSync, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn Talent, Outreach, Slack, Google Analytics, Google Domains, CloudFlareBe a training aficionado with ZOOMIt was in a previous role, but it was used for trainings and demos,Oh wow- easy to use and navigate Interface was snappy- just a polished and professional looking product It was not resource intensive. In comparison - It just seemed like GoToMeeting or BlueJeans were really laggy,I felt like it was too pricey compared to other enterprise options Recording feature leaves much to be desired,6,Zoom helped us teach people via webconferencing.,Not currently,GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, Highfive, BlueJeans and Skype for Business,Salesforce App Cloud, GoToWebinar, FreshdeskThe High Quality Video Conferencing SolutionWe use Zoom across our organization as a video conferencing solution between our multiple offices and with our various business partners and vendors. Zoom enables users to share their screen, view multiple participants (sometimes), and it is integrated into our conference rooms, it is utilized on laptops and mobile devices.,Works on just about every device: Mobile phones, computers, and conference rooms. High-quality video: the Zoom video conference equipment is class-leading, and there always seems to be a high-quality stream to every device. The Chrome extension: The Zoom Chrome extension enables users to effortlessly add a Zoom meeting from within the Google Calendar.,It would be helpful if there was an option to view all/most meeting participants on the screen at one time, this seems to be an issue when there are more then 3 participants. When someone wants to share their screen it can be overly complicated - there should be an icon available in the corner to do it in one easy step. Some of our vendors have a hard time getting Zoom work using the online meeting invite links.,8,Zoom has enabled us to collaborate and share information in a very communal and productive way. Zoom has increased the connective tissue of the organization, communicating across multiple offices. Sharing our screens in meetings can sometimes be an issue for some users.,N/A,Google Hangouts and GoToMeeting,GoToMeeting, Google Hangouts, HipChatZoom will leverage your business communication platform! We use Zoom to schedule and attend meetings with providers, clients, and operational units within the field to get the first sight of a requirement or just to present an ongoing situation. Zoom allows us to scale up and address issues with end users and connect with strategic partners to do live resolution or collaboration of disruptions in operational duties.,The Video Conference options are quite remarkable since you can do multi site live video conference and that saves a lot of time and effort. The Web Conference is just amazing for allowing you to share docs, presentations or to just share your desktop. The security stands out and is so far reliable allowing you to get the required privacy to establish a secure communication line.,Zoom for sure can get more intuitive with an explicit menu for web Zoom meeting rooms. The Record feature can get also an improvement since I'd like to have the option to add a note during the time lapse of the recording, that will make the process of doing a minute after a meeting of a video conference call easier. Sharing background audio is way too far complex for a basic user, I'd like to see those features in a menu that can teach you how to use them.,9,Zoom just gave us the chance to reduce time gaps and get faster the support from our suppliers Zoom live chat integration as our company standard app to internal communications using the free version has caused a deep positive impact reducing production process. The web rooms for meetings some features are limited for attendees, sometimes get the option of all conference members in order to match ideas gets to rough.,Yes I use Zoom Rooms to set up intern weekly report meetings, using rooms allows us to share our internal collaboration to the headboard and set goals to achieve and send the agreements between departments. Zoom Rooms will give you the chance to overview the management progress share it among your colleagues and giving them a wide perspective of business effective communication.,GoToMeeting, GoToAssist and Skype for Business,GoToAssist, GoToMeeting, Skype for Business, Google HangoutsZoom! or Zoom?Zoom has been utilized at our business across all the departments in our organization. It has been extremely useful in the middle to upper management echelons as we have used it mainly for webinars and other group "meetings" where our members are not all in the same location at once.,Zoom allows for the easy sharing of screens from one person to another - this is helpful if members are scattered in different places and you don't want to share documents, but you do want to see what others are doing. Zoom is easy to download and start running if the person on the other end does not have it. The application is extremely user-friendly and super simple for most people to download and use.,Unlike other webinar features, this doesn't seem to have a text/messaging app built into it. I think that this would be a helpful piece that Zoom could have built in. The camera/video feature for facetime-like interaction is not the easiest to turn on and off. It is nice, but hard to use.,7,It has improved collaboration amongst our team members.,We currently do not use Zoom Rooms,Skype for Business,Skype for Business, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Office 2016, Adobe Acrobat DC, iSpring Learn, Google Drive, Doodle, Honey, Facebook for Business, Google FormsGreat quality for good priceZoom has been used by our organization for more than 2 years. We use it across the whole organization as a tool for both internal and external communication. Zoom allows us to have a good quality video and audio calls with our colleagues, existing and potential clients and partners from all over the world.,Very good quality conference calls Nice pricing comparing to what other providers offer Awesome customer support, never had an issue with them,User Interface not very friendly, needed some time to find everything A few times at the beginning of scheduled calls, the video turned on without even asking me, which was very uncomfortable. I fixed this issue in settings Needs more advertisement so more of my clients and partners will use it,9,Improved quality of our video conferences with clients and colleagues Saved some money as previously we used more expensive solution Saves time with easy meeting scheduling and reminders,I like the idea of Zoom Rooms a lot, but it is more for medium and big companies. We are a startup company with not a big team. I do not see the need to use Zoom Rooms yet. In the future, we will most likely consider Zoom Rooms.,RingCentral Meetings, GoToMeeting and Google Hangouts,HubSpot CRM, Hootsuite Free, MailChimp, Zoho CRM, WrikeGive Zoom a Try for Collaboration Needs. We currently use Zoom to collaborate in our group while putting together articles. I haven't been using it very long but from what I can say so far, it really helps us share ideas clearly without the issues of dropped connections or lack of space if we need to include other to our party.,Screen Sharing Accessibility. The fact that it is Cloud based. This is also a great tool to use for training a large group. We have done this and it works well in that aspect.,The sound is a bit sketchy. We are using a free version and our time is up in 40 mins. I think it should be a good round hour instead.,8,I am able to share large documents and video presentations quickly and effectively. Our overall experience collaborating with other employees remotely has improved drastically.,With the Free Version, I am able to access breakout rooms. It can be helpful when dividing the meeting into department sections.,Zoom InnovationsWe recently deployed Zoom globally. We've successfully deployed to Japan, Europe, Asia, North America, Brazil. We currently use it throughout all departments,Content Sharing Amazing Admin Portals Live data capturing,Registration to iPads/Androids to multiple rooms with a single activation code Webinar with more than 1 spotlight feature Recording in side by side view instead of picture in picture,10,Saved cost Amazing Scheduling syncing with Office 365 Easy meetings from mobile app,We currently use a couple of Zoom Rooms, but are in a migration to changing to a lot more. They are not creating a feature if we promote them they will now start capturing the data of the call for the promoted panelist,Quick join links Webinar Q&A,Closed captioning Cloud Recording Chat,Yes,10An effective communication is made in real time and with agreements that show scope without interruption. We currently use this application to address group communication needs at a distance. In our case, we are a construction company and we must have constant meetings for management and results; this tool is necessary to make our communication less impersonal and allow us to reach face-to-face agreements in real time. It is worth highlighting that the entire organization is using this application as an effective and direct method of communication.,Communication is effective The cost is not too high. Not as expensive as other applications. The real time and the friendliness of the application makes it simple and comfortable for all employees who use it.,Not much needs improvement, but Zoom should have a private chat, like other similar software. Woudl be a good way to maintain the history of the meeting or interview. Include users according to the purchase or package purchased.,9,I have definitely achieved many benefits, since I have reached agreements and everyone is strategizing well. Additionally, the answers are in real time and the commitments are kept recorded.,I use it sometimes, because I frequently conference to meet group and remote needs in real time. I think there are many features suitable for my business and I will continue to exploit them to give more scope to my investment in this application. On the other hand the level of satisfaction, both for me personally and at the level of the organization, is high, since the real-time efficiency is valuable.,Microsoft Yammer,Skype for Business, Blizz, ManyContactsZoom - A great way to include all in meetings. It is being used throughout the entire organization for meetings. It has been used for users who cannot attend a large meeting or conference, but also for one-on-one meetings when two people cannot be at the same campus. This helps to cut down on travel times for many employees, as it's not always possible to be a several campuses to attend meetings in one day.,It's user-friendly, easy and intuitive to use if you're already pretty tech-familiar. It comes up as it's own window, so you can be attending the meeting and at the same time bring up any documents you'd like to look at during the meeting, all on your computer. It also has a chat feature, so if, for instance, the sound isn't working on someone's end, you can still communicate that to the other people in the meeting.,I think an alert somewhere that tells you if your speakers are not turned on would be helpful. You may have the sound on in your Zoom meeting, but if you're speakers are not on you may not realize why the sound isn't working.,8,It saves cost on travel. It also saves time, so employees can get more work done instead of taking that time out of their day to drive to another campus. It is more inclusive.,SkypeZoom Product is Dynamite. We are using Zoom for conference rooms and some teaching. We also use Zoom in the labs for when faculty have the need to repair equipment. They connect with the vendor and use Zoom so they can see the issues.,Super easy to install and connect. Product seems to not have any issues. Support Team is solid,Admin side could use more features. Like the ability to see upcoming Zoom Room meetings from Dashboard or from Room Itself,9,Setting up Zoom Rooms are budget friendly.,Cisco WebEx Teams (formerly Cisco Spark)The best software for meeting that I have ever usedWe are a Consulting company that sells and give support to a number of solutions. We were having difficulties to use our old sharing screen/remote support software due to increases of use of bandwidth and we tried several solutions until we stumble with Zoom. We started out in a trial period and we really liked the potential that this toll showed to us. Easy to create sessions, with as many participants as we would want, the ability to use multiple screens for demos or coaching sessions having on one screen sharing information and in the other screen tips and much more. The audio and video quality is great and the bandwidth usage is minimal.,Audio and video Quality is amazing Does not consume a lot of bandwidth Sharing screen is one of the best out there. It shares whatever you want to share from your desktop to the app.,Remote support can be buggy sometimes. Sometimes it takes a bit to connect to the sessions but it is more a network related issue. 2 employees can't use the same account at the same time.,10,Positive impact all the way since we started, having just 2 accounts, one for sales and one for support. Now all our employees have an account. Recording knowledge transfer/training sessions to share with our customers. Easy to configure meetings and add participants. Also, shows a small calendar to know you how many meetings you have assigned on one particular day.,No, we don't use Zoom rooms.,WebEx Meetings and GoToMeeting,WebEx Meetings, TeamViewer, GoToMeetingZoom is the best connector for meetings! We use Zoom internally and externally. It's the best video conferencing tool we have found.,Zoom is easy to use for anyone, whether they are technical or not. Zoom is the best service for recovering from internet glitches. Zoom allows you to see everyone that's on the call and mute them from the host's device.,The mobile app could show speak/mute more clearly.,10,We achieved cost savings by switching from another webinar program. We achieved ROI in productivity, but not constantly having to use the phone while using another video service.,No.,Skype for Business,QuickBooks Online, Adobe Acrobat DC, Adobe Illustrator CCZoom Helps with Client RelationshipsWe really like how Zoom has enhanced our ability to work remotely. As a virtual agency, we use Zoom for internal meetings with staff around the world, as well as meetings with clients all around North America. It helps us gain trust with our clients without the expense of travel.,Much more stability than other solutions (we tried Skype, Facetime, etc.) Lower cost than GoTo Meeting and other business solutions. Great to have it "automatically" record our meetings so we can always go back and refer to the meetings. Really like the ease of the Chrome extension to schedule meetings on the fly and in Google calendar.,Would like to see some ways to have more fluid users/login for our team. Pricing is difficult to understand as you start getting into "add-ons.",10,Earned trust with meeting virtually in person. Can read body language. Much more effective meetings across the board. I also am using it for webinars.,No, have not used the Rooms function.,Skype, GoToMeeting and Join.me,Teamwork Projects, FreshBooks, ProposifyVideoconferencing with GreatnessZoom is being used by the whole organization at this moment. The company currently has two paid accounts, one for sales other for support. Every individual including myself has a personal account tied to the paid ones (per invitation). Individual or personal account is used for short meetings with the customer. There is a 40 minutes limit for personal accounts. Sales account is used for longer meetings with customers, demo sessions or coaching. support account is used by the support team to provide services and remote support to our customers. they can connect to any virtual environment here zoom is accepted.,Ease of Use Works great on iPhone Screen Share at its best Cloud and local recording of meetings inApp features like chats, polls, taking control over connected participants,Webcam activation depending on invite settings can be annoying or invasive for some people Connect via computer audio can have glitches and people needs to connect voice by phone It can freeze sometimes Take care on which screen you share if you have a multiple display set up Can disconnect meetings for others where group-shared accounts user start another meeting not checking availability,9,Improved collaboration improved customer satisfaction from previous tool used for remote support more robust meeting scheduling impress to customers that ignore zoom capabilities or existance being a progressive trend between our partners to use it,As expressed in previous questions. Zoom rooms have been great to organize and schedule meetings across the sales and support teams. From customer meetings, product demo, remote support, internal meetings, coaching, partner enablement we are very satisfied with the Zoom capabilities. Compared with previous solutions, the video and audio quality is impressive. We have used other conferencing solutions from partners, or webinars but the audio or video quality was poor.,GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar, WebEx Event Center, Google Hangouts, Skype, Skype for Business and Adobe Connect,Vtiger, Skype, Microsoft Office 2016, Trend Micro Integrated Data Loss Prevention, Teamwork ProjectsExcellent Video Conference ToolThe advantages of this program are that I can make video calls and seminars from my computer and mobile phone. It works with a fixed Internet connection or a Wi-Fi connection. It does not require cost. You can download the free app. In addition, it allows me to organize and record a meeting. With a videoconferencing plan, I can create annotations with my students at a distance. One of the strategies that I have included in planning my class is to use Zoom as a tool for online communication. Despite the fact that the platform is very new for the university, I already realize it as a use for strengthening information and communication technologies. This is a great tool for communication. It should be noted that he not only works for academic and professional purposes. We can also use it to connect with family and friends who are in other countries. This space is available for different languages, there is no need to worry.,I adore the capacity to (1) plan a Zoom meeting and have it naturally added to my timetable and welcome different participants. (2) have screen share swap forward and backward between participants amid gatherings. (3) right away begin a Zoom meeting with somebody. (4) remotely get to another PC amid the gathering to take a shot at an undertaking/errand quickly.,I don't care for the amplifier/speaker criticism that occasionally happens amid a gathering with numerous participants. Be that as it may, the workaround of disengaging from PC sound and interfacing by means of telephone influences it to work without additionally issues. What's more, it may not be Zoom's issue that causes this issue, so I can't censure Zoom. The issue for me is the sound, its transmission isn't surely known when you need to make a gathering. It doesn't sound clear. The other thing is that the quantity of members is restricted. On the off chance that you have to include more individuals, it has a cost. What I loathe in this instrument is the talk , the visit is extremely old mold and plain, this sort of hardware can be more client friendly, like BBM or even Whatsapp.,9,It's permitted a more individual touch and correspondence with customers, putting a face behind a telephone call or an email. Utilizing screenshare helps clear up the correspondence so the two gatherings are getting the correct information so we can either supply what the customer is searching for or help with what's not working for them.,Google Hangouts, Skype and GoToMeeting,Asana, Bitrix24, Google DriveZoom for Non ProfitsZoom is a service that we use across our organization in order to have video conferencing as an option for clients to reach us. The rabbis at my organization have been using it for a couple of years, I have been using it for a little over a year. We needed to have the ability to have multiple users chat with each other while being able to see each other. While Skype works great 1 on 1, it doesn't allow you to have great multiple user experiences.,Great for multiple user-video conferencing. The ease of use will allow everyone in your company/organization to get started with the service. Their support team is always present in case you have a question or need any kind of help.,Some of the things that make Zoom great are the ability to connect everywhere. Multi-user+platform connectivity would be great Honestly, cannot think of many other things zoom can do to improve. It's already a great program, beating the competition (skype),10,We were able to provide online classes for our OTBM students. Since some of our staff is around the country, we are able to connect and look at each other screens when talking. The ability to have video conversations with everyone has been great!,We don't use Zoom Rooms.,Skype and Skype for Business,WordPress, Microsoft Office 365, Facebook for BusinessAmazing productWe used Zoom mainly for our weekly board meetings: part of our shareholders are connecting remotely and zoom is a great tool, far superior to Skype or similar tools. Very high quality and user friendly.,user-friendly high-quality voice high-quality video screenshare,I live in Dubai, UAE and the product is filtered. I can use it only with a VPN. I know that the issue is mainly from the country, but i wish it could be solved.,9,connect without issues,no, not yet,Skype and GoToMeetingThe best meetings software on the market. What I love about Zoom is how flexible and multi purpose it is. Me (and my team) use this for inter departmental or offsite video conferences. Our sales team uses it to demo products or services to clients. And it works amazingly well for both. The biggest challenge my team had before using Zoom was coordination. It was difficult to get 5-10 people in a video conference without a lot of work and even then at the time of the meeting someone had technical issues with Skype (which is what we used prior to this) or some conflict with a different event. Zoom lets us calendar invite everyone so everyone is on the same page. And it has not had a single technical issue yet. Everyone on my team connects on time every time. Its brilliant.,Its scheduling is fantastic. You can send out a invite to multiple people in just a few clicks. And it connects with your Outlook to make it even easier. Works great even on slow internet connections. So if you are working from home, its not a problem. Doesnt need any set up to join a meeting. Its super simple so even our "tech challenged" team members are able to get in. Video quality and meeting tools (drawing, notes, chat etc) work exactly as you would imagine them to do.,We have had issues with recording a meeting where sometimes video didnt capture. I am not sure what went wrong but its happened more than once.,10,Save us time by reducing the number of issues we used to face in video conferences. Allowed our sales team to present our products more efficiently leading to increased conversion.,Skype and WebEx MeetingsZoom - A Great Business Conferencing Tool for those tired of WebExZoom is a product that has not been widely adopted yet, but there are portions of our sales and technical teams that are using Zoom in a secondary capacity besides WebEx due to some of the ease of use functionality that makes it more appealing to use. It also appears to have less issues with connectivity by and large, which makes it especially appealing when dealing with customers; however, due to the company's mandate to use WebEx for sales calls, the adoption in that capacity is very limited.,Zoom is simple to use. Zoom has a variety of tools that are set up in a fairly intuitive manner. Zoom makes hosting meetings very simple and they seem to not experience as much lag and connectivity as some of their major competitors.,WebEx is a household name; Zoom still has room to grow in that regard. Zoom, though easier to use than WebEx, in some ways, does not include a one time password functionality like WebEx, which makes things more convenient. To my knowledge, Zoom does not support file transfer and also does not include co-browsing and/or removing attendees from meetings,9,It makes life easier when meeting with internal teams, except for a slightly less convenient file transfer limitation The experience has been positive in the limited number of cases that I have used Zoom with customers as well. Overall, Zoom is simple to use, and that makes the time spent more about the meeting than trying to facilitate the meeting, which is exactly what a solution like Zoom is supposed to accomplish; they get out of their own way quicker than WebEx, in my opinion.,I do not use Zoom Rooms beyond a couple of occasions when customers have invited me to their own personal Zoom Room for a meeting that they initiated.,WebEx Event Center, Cisco WebEx Teams (formerly Cisco Spark), Cisco WebEx Room Series (formerly Cisco Spark Room Series), Skype, Skype for Business and GoToMeeting,Skype, Microsoft Office 2016, Outreach,50,,Sales Marketing Internal dialogue,Simplified UI cuts down on load time for meetings. Onsite/remote co-led meetings Internal screen sharing for territory and account alignment and strategy sessions,Replacing incumbent as provider of choice,8,Not Sure,Product Features Product Usability Product Reputation Prior Experience with the Product,I would simply encourage more individuals who decide how we spend our tech budget to consider zoom and I would try to demonstrate the differences in a very methodical yet dynamic manner so as to encourage them to consider the updated of having a solution that is easier to use. I would also prefer for my company to have an actual subscription for all sales people instead of a few pocket licenses here or there, so as to ensure greater usability and familiarity with the product.,5,I do know that the times that others have been on the call that have experienced issues with Zoom, they have always spoken about how Zoom is pretty responsive about dealing with support issues, which was good to hear.,Web calling is simple, easy and yet elegant inherently through the Zoom interface. The startup of each conference is simple and elegant as well. Screen sharing is relatively easy and switching between users in this regard is also fast and simple.,File sharing was either not available or not easily available last time I used the solution. I believe they may have updated the tool since then, but I think I recall it being a little slow to load.,Yes,9Zoom right over to reliable video communication!Several departments within our organization use Zoom - mainly Sales, Customer Success, and Support, but every so often other internal members requires Zoom for business calls. Zoom has been a great solution to our business call and conferencing needs. From video calls to screen-sharing to webinars. Zoom has provided tools across our organization to help us connect within and with customers in a clean, effective manner.,Zoom is an exhaustive conference call solution. Anything you need across your internal departments for communication, Zoom most likely has. It caters to my Customer Success team by providing us with effective ways to connect with customers for QBRs and fully equipped webinars and trainings, caters to Sales by allowing them to run successful demos and record calls with prospects, and caters to Support by allowing them quick access to troubleshooting calls and screen shares with users who need live assistance. Zoom covers the details very well. They think of all the little things that are necessary to customize a call like annotations, pausing a screen share, breakout rooms, and cloud or local recordings, and audio transcripts. Zoom integrates well with the tools we use, especially G Suite. We rely heavily on Google Calendar to coordinate events and Zoom has made it very easy with their Chrome extension to embed meeting information into an event.,Call quality improvement is always one that we will continue to hope for. We are on many international calls, and many of them cause customers/speakers on other ends to sound faint and muffled. We dream about voice clarity improvement in the future. Zoom's dial-in instructions are very detailed but also perhaps provide too much information. It would be helpful if they improved the way the instructions are populated, perhaps by allowing us to more easily edit the format/template (they do currently let you adjust the format/template but it's difficult to do from a user standpoint). Dialing into Zoom, sometimes it doesn't pick up the Meeting ID correctly and we have to dial it multiple times (even though we've pushed all the right buttons/numbers). It will usually register one of the numbers twice accidentally, which is somewhat annoying. Zoom could improve their meeting layout in screen shares so it doesn't cover the screen that is being shared. Right now it doesn't really hide effectively.,9,Video conferencing and screen-sharing is definitely a necessity for my department and adjacent teams (Customer Success + Customer Support + Sales), and we've found it to be the simply the best fit for all of our meeting needs, especially in regard to cost. Part of the reason we went with Zoom was that their add-on webinar function ultimately saved us more than paying for a separate webinar service and a separate call conferencing solution. Zoom has definitely improved the way we communicate internally (we use Zoom all the time to have internal meetings) and makes it much easier for those of us who are traveling or work remotely to collaborate together. Zoom's team and user management support has been great. We record and share conference calls using video and video conferencing. We are able to easily schedule calls with our candidates (for employment) and are not limited by the number of invitations or the length of the meeting. In addition, the recordings are easy to make and save and can be viewed from their site (or another cloud provider we upload to).
  • Video Calling.
  • Recordings are easy and quality is great. The recording of video and audio separately (and together) is automatic and very useful.
  • We like the waiting room feature
  • The product is free
  • We use the paid account. Having a one hour meeting in the free account would be helpful for some but for us, it is affordable at the cost per month.
  • The storage of the recording could be done real time instead of at the end of the meeting. This delays us leaving the meeting because we have to wait for the recording to finish.
It just works better than other products. It is suited for all calls we make. We do not use it for desktop sharing as much as another product we like better.

I use Zoom almost every single day. It's not complicated for them to do.
  • Simple to use - This is one of the easiest solutions to communication of all the options I've tried.
  • Capture video and audio separately - I like to edit my audio and then match it up with my video. I can do that with each speaker separately so if a noise happens on one audio, I can mute it.
  • Reliable - I have never had a dropped video recording (except if my guest has bad internet).
  • I would love it if when one speaker speaks, the other speaker volume isn't "dimmed". Sometimes we talk over each other and my guest volume goes down. Sometimes it's just a noise on my part. That makes it hard to get good audio during those times from my guest.
Zoom is well-suited for recording interviews for podcasts or vlogs. I even video myself for training here. It may be less appropriate for someone who wants very professional training videos.
I do use my own Zoom Room. It is easy to give out the link and have people easily click.

We use Zoom to communicate with our clients and walk them through our platform. It is being used across our department and our sister company as well. We are able to solve a LOT of problems with Zoom as we are a software company so seeing things visually is important.
  • The waiting room - great feature
  • Breakout rooms - such a great idea. I haven't used it yet, but I do have plans to
  • Webinar features
  • Being able to toggle back and forth between personal and business account (maybe you can do this, but I'm not sure how!)
  • Incorporating Zoom into our platform so our clients can use it directly there with their students they work with
It's been a wonderful tool that I've started to use at this company. I'm really happy we discovered it.
I have tested Zoom Rooms and will be using them this week for the first time. I hope it goes as good as we tested!

Zoom is being used by the whole organization. This is used to collaborate and for audio and video conference, share and record the content.
  • Audio and video conference are excellent
  • The mobile app is great
  • It is lightweight and you can have lots of automation like the auto dial into particular number etc.
  • You can personalize the URL which is easy to remember also.
  • Sharing the screen during the meeting is easy and works well.
  • Zoom consumes lots of power/battery while running either on laptop or mobile.
  • Zoom requires some work to be effective with televisions during a video conference.
  • Sharing of content among Zoom participants should be possible and personalized.
Zoom is good for all sizes of a company. Zoom licensing is good with volume hence if you are 500+ people company Zoom makes lots of sense.
We just start using Zoom Rooms but it is not as user-friendly as the Zoom app for audio and screen sharing. We needed IT to help to get this started. Hoping this gets easier in coming days.

We use the paid version of Zoom specifically for our tech department, that must do frequent video conferencing with our remote team members & freelancers. The rest of our organization uses the free version of Zoom (the only difference is that the free version only accommodates video conferencing that's < 45 minutes).

We've found Zoom to be the most reliable video conferencing platform, saving us time and frustration.
  • Reliability -- We very rarely have technical support issues with our Zoom conferences, which ensures all our meetings are as efficient as possible. This is by far the most important reason we use Zoom.
  • Scalability -- You can have up to 500 people on a call (which we will probably never have). That said, because of its scalability, we rarely have to think about whether we can or cannot use Zoom for our current meeting structure.
  • Pricing Model -- By offering a free platform, we are able to provide Zoom access to all our teams, while only upgrading to Pro for the teams that need specific feature-sets.
  • The only thing I dislike about Zoom is when joining a conference, I'm never sure whether it's going to launch the camera or not. Sometimes we use Zoom for just audio, and having your face appear on camera when you weren't anticipating isn't great (especially when you didn't dress up for the meeting)
Zoom is well-suited for companies of all sizes that have video conferencing needs -- whether they are talking with clients, or a remote workforce, Zoom can scale with them.

The only time I can imagine where Zoom would be inappropriate for a business is if 1.) They don't have video conferencing needs or 2.) Their clients use another platform.
I do not use Zoom Rooms currently.

It was in a previous role, but it was used for trainings and demos
  • Oh wow- easy to use and navigate
  • Interface was snappy- just a polished and professional looking product
  • It was not resource intensive. In comparison - It just seemed like GoToMeeting or BlueJeans were really laggy
  • I felt like it was too pricey compared to other enterprise options
  • Recording feature leaves much to be desired
Zoom is great for demos- like sales demos, but if you are having a webinar with a lot of people, GoToWebinar would be better for that. I mean if you are going to pay that much for zoom

We use Zoom across our organization as a video conferencing solution between our multiple offices and with our various business partners and vendors. Zoom enables users to share their screen, view multiple participants (sometimes), and it is integrated into our conference rooms, it is utilized on laptops and mobile devices.
  • Works on just about every device: Mobile phones, computers, and conference rooms.
  • High-quality video: the Zoom video conference equipment is class-leading, and there always seems to be a high-quality stream to every device.
  • The Chrome extension: The Zoom Chrome extension enables users to effortlessly add a Zoom meeting from within the Google Calendar.
  • It would be helpful if there was an option to view all/most meeting participants on the screen at one time, this seems to be an issue when there are more then 3 participants.
  • When someone wants to share their screen it can be overly complicated - there should be an icon available in the corner to do it in one easy step.
  • Some of our vendors have a hard time getting Zoom work using the online meeting invite links.
Zoom is great for a company that needs to collaboration with remote employees or across multiple offices. For a business that uses the Google suite of business apps, it can be very efficient since the Zoom Chrome extension makes scheduling meetings a breeze.

We use Zoom to schedule and attend meetings with providers, clients, and operational units within the field to get the first sight of a requirement or just to present an ongoing situation. Zoom allows us to scale up and address issues with end users and connect with strategic partners to do live resolution or collaboration of disruptions in operational duties.
  • The Video Conference options are quite remarkable since you can do multi site live video conference and that saves a lot of time and effort.
  • The Web Conference is just amazing for allowing you to share docs, presentations or to just share your desktop.
  • The security stands out and is so far reliable allowing you to get the required privacy to establish a secure communication line.
  • Zoom for sure can get more intuitive with an explicit menu for web Zoom meeting rooms.
  • The Record feature can get also an improvement since I'd like to have the option to add a note during the time lapse of the recording, that will make the process of doing a minute after a meeting of a video conference call easier.
  • Sharing background audio is way too far complex for a basic user, I'd like to see those features in a menu that can teach you how to use them.
If you're looking to have an well supported platform that can drive you into the the collaborative environment of meetings, video conferencing, live chats and web based meeting rooms Zoom can take you there with ease, you just have to add to your business the right attention to invest time and practice to get to know better all the features that Zoom has to offers you can start with the free version and scale up according to your business needs.
Yes I use Zoom Rooms to set up intern weekly report meetings, using rooms allows us to share our internal collaboration to the headboard and set goals to achieve and send the agreements between departments. Zoom Rooms will give you the chance to overview the management progress share it among your colleagues and giving them a wide perspective of business effective communication.

Zoom has been utilized at our business across all the departments in our organization. It has been extremely useful in the middle to upper management echelons as we have used it mainly for webinars and other group "meetings" where our members are not all in the same location at once.
  • Zoom allows for the easy sharing of screens from one person to another - this is helpful if members are scattered in different places and you don't want to share documents, but you do want to see what others are doing.
  • Zoom is easy to download and start running if the person on the other end does not have it. The application is extremely user-friendly and super simple for most people to download and use.
  • Unlike other webinar features, this doesn't seem to have a text/messaging app built into it. I think that this would be a helpful piece that Zoom could have built in.
  • The camera/video feature for facetime-like interaction is not the easiest to turn on and off. It is nice, but hard to use.
Zoom is a nice web conferencing system and would be well suited for a webinar-type scenario or for a group of people who are interacting with one another and needing to share specific documents, images, or desktops that cannot be shared via filesharing systems. I don't believe it is appropriate for a scenario that would be more dialogue heavy or interactive among groups as there is not currently a way to easily distinguish between who is talking and when.
We currently do not use Zoom Rooms

Zoom has been used by our organization for more than 2 years. We use it across the whole organization as a tool for both internal and external communication. Zoom allows us to have a good quality video and audio calls with our colleagues, existing and potential clients and partners from all over the world.
  • Very good quality conference calls
  • Nice pricing comparing to what other providers offer
  • Awesome customer support, never had an issue with them
  • User Interface not very friendly, needed some time to find everything
  • A few times at the beginning of scheduled calls, the video turned on without even asking me, which was very uncomfortable. I fixed this issue in settings
  • Needs more advertisement so more of my clients and partners will use it
I think Zoom is well suited in any scenario when you need a tool to have internet calls with anyone be it a member of your family or your professional contact. Regarding the size of organization, I think Zoom is well suited for any size of organizations: small companies, medium companies, as well as enterprises.
I like the idea of Zoom Rooms a lot, but it is more for medium and big companies. We are a startup company with not a big team. I do not see the need to use Zoom Rooms yet. In the future, we will most likely consider Zoom Rooms.

We currently use Zoom to collaborate in our group while putting together articles. I haven't been using it very long but from what I can say so far, it really helps us share ideas clearly without the issues of dropped connections or lack of space if we need to include other to our party.
  • Screen Sharing Accessibility.
  • The fact that it is Cloud based.
  • This is also a great tool to use for training a large group. We have done this and it works well in that aspect.
  • The sound is a bit sketchy.
  • We are using a free version and our time is up in 40 mins. I think it should be a good round hour instead.
Zoom is helpful for all your Collaboration needs. Especially if you want to share a large web presentation with a larger group, this tool is perfect.
With the Free Version, I am able to access breakout rooms. It can be helpful when dividing the meeting into department sections.

We recently deployed Zoom globally. We've successfully deployed to Japan, Europe, Asia, North America, Brazil.
We currently use it throughout all departments
  • Content Sharing
  • Amazing Admin Portals
  • Live data capturing
  • Registration to iPads/Androids to multiple rooms with a single activation code
  • Webinar with more than 1 spotlight feature
  • Recording in side by side view instead of picture in picture
Really easy to use.
You don't need to buy the most expensive software.
We currently use a couple of Zoom Rooms, but are in a migration to changing to a lot more. I love the upgrading and managing all the Zoom Rooms on the admin portal

We currently use this application to address group communication needs at a distance. In our case, we are a construction company and we must have constant meetings for management and results; this tool is necessary to make our communication less impersonal and allow us to reach face-to-face agreements in real time. It is worth highlighting that the entire organization is using this application as an effective and direct method of communication.
  • Communication is effective
  • The cost is not too high. Not as expensive as other applications.
  • The real time and the friendliness of the application makes it simple and comfortable for all employees who use it.
  • Not much needs improvement, but Zoom should have a private chat, like other similar software. Woudl be a good way to maintain the history of the meeting or interview.
  • Include users according to the purchase or package purchased.
The ideal scenario is when you want to have a meeting with a group of people, in real time, without communication failures.
I use it sometimes, because I frequently conference to meet group and remote needs in real time. I think there are many features suitable for my business and I will continue to exploit them to give more scope to my investment in this application.

On the other hand the level of satisfaction, both for me personally and at the level of the organization, is high, since the real-time efficiency is valuable.

It is being used throughout the entire organization for meetings. It has been used for users who cannot attend a large meeting or conference, but also for one-on-one meetings when two people cannot be at the same campus. This helps to cut down on travel times for many employees, as it's not always possible to be a several campuses to attend meetings in one day.
  • It's user-friendly, easy and intuitive to use if you're already pretty tech-familiar.
  • It comes up as it's own window, so you can be attending the meeting and at the same time bring up any documents you'd like to look at during the meeting, all on your computer.
  • It also has a chat feature, so if, for instance, the sound isn't working on someone's end, you can still communicate that to the other people in the meeting.
  • I think an alert somewhere that tells you if your speakers are not turned on would be helpful. You may have the sound on in your Zoom meeting, but if you're speakers are not on you may not realize why the sound isn't working.
Working at a community college, with multiple campuses, it's a great tool to connect those who cannot be in the same place at the same time. Especially for virtual campus members. Some professors do not even live in the same state, so it's a great way for them to "meet" their colleagues and feel more included.

Nothing can replace face-to-face communication, however, this is a great alternative when that just isn't possible.

  • Super easy to install and connect.
  • Product seems to not have any issues.
  • Support Team is solid
  • Admin side could use more features. Like the ability to see upcoming Zoom Room meetings from Dashboard or from Room Itself
  • The product is easy to use and install.

We are a Consulting company that sells and give support to a number of solutions. The audio and video quality is great and the bandwidth usage is minimal.
  • Audio and video Quality is amazing
  • Does not consume a lot of bandwidth
  • Sharing screen is one of the best out there. It shares whatever you want to share from your desktop to the app.
  • Remote support can be buggy sometimes.
  • Sometimes it takes a bit to connect to the sessions but it is more a network related issue.
  • 2 employees can't use the same account at the same time.
* Demos/Coaching sessions.
* Remote Support.
* Meetings.

We use Zoom internally and externally. It's the best video conferencing tool we have found.
  • Zoom is easy to use for anyone, whether they are technical or not.
  • Zoom is the best service for recovering from internet glitches.
  • Zoom allows you to see everyone that's on the call and mute them from the host's device.
  • The mobile app could show speak/mute more clearly.
Zoom is well suited for video calls for 2 people up to 10 people. More than 10 gets a bit confusing, but that's not a technology issue.

We really like how Zoom has enhanced our ability to work remotely. As a virtual agency, we use Zoom for internal meetings with staff around the world, as well as meetings with clients all around North America. It helps us gain trust with our clients without the expense of travel.
  • Much more stability than other solutions (we tried Skype, Facetime, etc.)
  • Lower cost than GoTo Meeting and other business solutions.
  • Great to have it "automatically" record our meetings so we can always go back and refer to the meetings.
  • Really like the ease of the Chrome extension to schedule meetings on the fly and in Google calendar.
  • Would like to see some ways to have more fluid users/login for our team.
  • Pricing is difficult to understand as you start getting into "add-ons."
Very good for business communication. Love it as well using the mobile app when you are not able to be in front of a screen.

Zoom is being used by the whole organization at this moment. The company currently has two paid accounts, one for sales other for support. Every individual including myself has a personal account tied to the paid ones (per invitation). Individual or personal account is used for short meetings with the customer. There is a 40 minutes limit for personal accounts. Sales account is used for longer meetings with customers, demo sessions or coaching. support account is used by the support team to provide services and remote support to our customers. they can connect to any virtual environment here zoom is accepted.
  • Ease of Use
  • Works great on iPhone
  • Screen Share at its best
  • Cloud and local recording of meetings
  • inApp features like chats, polls, taking control over connected participants
  • Webcam activation depending on invite settings can be annoying or invasive for some people
  • Connect via computer audio can have glitches and people needs to connect voice by phone
  • It can freeze sometimes
  • Take care on which screen you share if you have a multiple display set up
  • Can disconnect meetings for others where group-shared accounts user start another meeting not checking availability
Real great fit for companies with virtual conferencing needs, prospects meetings to show value and Look&Feel of apps, software solutions. Companies with support teams that provide support to existing customers while needing remote support. Meeting scheduling and virtual conferencing capabilities. Can not figure out where Zoom would not be suitable. Anyone can use it. Do you need to schedule a meeting across countries, companies and/or organizations? Zoom. remote support? Zoom. record on-screen meeting? Zoom and so it goes.
As expressed in previous questions. We have used other conferencing solutions from partners, or webinars but the audio or video quality was poor.

The advantages of this program are that I can make video calls and seminars from my computer and mobile phone. This space is available for different languages, there is no need to worry.
  • I adore the capacity to (1) plan a Zoom meeting and have it naturally added to my timetable and welcome different participants.
  • (2) have screen share swap forward and backward between participants amid gatherings.
  • (3) right away begin a Zoom meeting with somebody.
  • (4) remotely get to another PC amid the gathering to take a shot at an undertaking/errand quickly.
  • I don't care for the amplifier/speaker criticism that occasionally happens amid a gathering with numerous participants. Be that as it may, the workaround of disengaging from PC sound and interfacing by means of telephone influences it to work without additionally issues. What's more, it may not be Zoom's issue that causes this issue, so I can't censure Zoom.
  • The issue for me is the sound, its transmission isn't surely known when you need to make a gathering. It doesn't sound clear. The other thing is that the quantity of members is restricted. On the off chance that you have to include more individuals, it has a cost.
  • What I loathe in this instrument is the talk , the visit is extremely old mold and plain, this sort of hardware can be more client friendly, like BBM or even Whatsapp.
I prescribe Zoom since it is a great server to share records, photos and recordings on your screen all the while from any place and on the off chance that you can not be face to face (physically) for any circumstance, enact the application to keep running online with sound and vision. Notwithstanding screen sharing. Simple to begin from a PC or portable device.

Zoom is a service that we use across our organization in order to have video conferencing as an option for clients to reach us. The rabbis at my organization have been using it for a couple of years, I have been using it for a little over a year.

We needed to have the ability to have multiple users chat with each other while being able to see each other. While Skype works great 1 on 1, it doesn't allow you to have great multiple user experiences.
  • Great for multiple user-video conferencing.
  • The ease of use will allow everyone in your company/organization to get started with the service.
  • Their support team is always present in case you have a question or need any kind of help.
  • Some of the things that make Zoom great are the ability to connect everywhere. Multi-user+platform connectivity would be great
  • Honestly, cannot think of many other things zoom can do to improve.
  • It's already a great program, beating the competition (Skype)
Zoom is a great option for companies and organizations of all sizes. In order to get all of their features, the pricing could complicate things, but it provides such a great solution for video calling and conferencing!

Its brilliant.
  • Its scheduling is fantastic. You can send out a invite to multiple people in just a few clicks. And it connects with your Outlook to make it even easier.
  • Works great even on slow internet connections. So if you are working from home, its not a problem.
  • Doesnt need any set up to join a meeting. Its super simple so even our "tech challenged" team members are able to get in.
  • Video quality and meeting tools (drawing, notes, chat etc) work exactly as you would imagine them to do.
  • We have had issues with recording a meeting where sometimes video didnt capture. I am not sure what went wrong but its happened more than once.
Its perfect if you have video conferences with large number of people offsite. Its also great for doing sales related presentations. I wouldn't use it for document sharing or places where a recorded video of a call is critical (like an interview or an important meeting). But aside from those scenarios its really perfect for what it says it is supposed to do.

Zoom is a product that has not been widely adopted yet, but there are portions of our sales and technical teams that are using Zoom in a secondary capacity besides WebEx due to some of the ease of use functionality that makes it more appealing to use. It also appears to have less issues with connectivity by and large, which makes it especially appealing when dealing with customers; however, due to the company's mandate to use WebEx for sales calls, the adoption in that capacity is very limited.
  • Zoom is simple to use.
  • Zoom has a variety of tools that are set up in a fairly intuitive manner.
  • Zoom makes hosting meetings very simple and they seem to not experience as much lag and connectivity as some of their major competitors.
  • WebEx is a household name; Zoom still has room to grow in that regard.
  • Zoom, though easier to use than WebEx, in some ways, does not include a one time password functionality like WebEx, which makes things more convenient.
  • To my knowledge, Zoom does not support file transfer and also does not include co-browsing and/or removing attendees from meetings
Simply put, Zoom is easier to use than WebEx. It has a simpler interface, the features are designed and organized in an easy to understand and rapidly adopt format, and the experience seems to be more positive overall than the WebEx experience that I have had at multiple companies over nearly a decade of use.
I do not use Zoom Rooms beyond a couple of occasions when customers have invited me to their own personal Zoom Room for a meeting that they initiated.

Several departments within our organization use Zoom - mainly Sales, Customer Success, and Support, but every so often other internal members requires Zoom for business calls. Zoom has been a great solution to our business call and conferencing needs. From video calls to screen-sharing to webinars. Zoom has provided tools across our organization to help us connect within and with customers in a clean, effective manner.
  • Zoom is an exhaustive conference call solution.
  • Zoom covers the details very well. They think of all the little things that are necessary to customize a call like annotations, pausing a screen share, breakout rooms, and cloud or local recordings, and audio transcripts.
  • Zoom integrates well with the tools we use, especially G Suite. We rely heavily on Google Calendar to coordinate events and Zoom has made it very easy with their Chrome extension to embed meeting information into an event.
  • Call quality improvement is always one that we will continue to hope for. We are on many international calls, and many of them cause customers/speakers on other ends to sound faint and muffled. We dream about voice clarity improvement in the future.
  • Zoom's dial-in instructions are very detailed but also perhaps provide too much information. It would be helpful if they improved the way the instructions are populated, perhaps by allowing us to more easily edit the format/template (they do currently let you adjust the format/template but it's difficult to do from a user standpoint).
  • Dialing into Zoom, sometimes it doesn't pick up the Meeting ID correctly and we have to dial it multiple times (even though we've pushed all the right buttons/numbers). It will usually register one of the numbers twice accidentally, which is somewhat annoying.
  • Zoom could improve their meeting layout in screen shares so it doesn't cover the screen that is being shared. Right now it doesn't really hide effectively.
Zoom is fantastic for speaking with prospects and clients about their accounts, as well as running online personalized training. Zoom supports meetings with many people involved so we have also used it as a conference dial-in function where there are both in-person attendees and remote attendees, and we screen share our presentations for all viewers. Another great scenario - which we haven't been able to use as often - is for presenting a webinar to up to 100 attendees who do not have audio but have access to chat. It's easy to run seminars/onboardings for large groups of people remotely and manage them via collaboration alongside your team. Another great scenario for Support is just quickly recording tutorial videos - it will show your webcam and you speaking as you share your screen.
No, we do not use Zoom rooms.
