Sharing your screen, not your pain
- It's allowed a more personal touch and correspondence with clients. Putting a face behind a phone call or an email.
- Using screenshare helps clear up the communication so both parties are getting the right data so we can either supply what the client is looking for or assist with what's not working for them.

Zoom works!
- I found a repeated issue some of our clients were having on how some components of grants work. I quickly put together a video that I recorded and sent to them to solve the problem. It was easy on all of us.
- Zoom has made it easier to set up meetings for people in departments other than Sales and do so in a professional way. We had been using UberConference but zoom feels much more professional.

In one word, Zoom is Reliable.
- Zoom has had a positive impact on our organization because the meetings are more productive. We don't waste time fixing technical problems, in the past with a different service, sometimes we had to mute the video conference and use the phone conference system for the audio. This was very distracting and time-consuming.
- In the near future our organization plans to stop paying the monthly fee for the phone conference service, this will result in some cost savings.
- Team building has been a priority in recent months in our organization. We have a lot of new people and Zoom has been a great way to put a face -and a voice- to each one of the new names in our organization chart.

Best option for Remote Virtual Session
- We can offer our support service for remote customers.
- We provide remote options for our customer to complete tasks that normally involve cost related to travel.
- We reduced phone cost by using this software to handle phone calls.
- Our staff is 100% remotely based, so if it was not for Zoom, we would never be able to see our clients face-to-face. In so many ways it's helpful to be able to put a face to a name, and to see all of the non-verbal communication that our clients are giving us. Many times they need to see that we're human too, not just bots, and that greatly enhances our relationships. I would say that it allows us to know our client's personalities better, which results in us being able to serve them more completely.
- Training new staff in a remote environment is difficult, but Zoom's screen sharing abilities greatly helps with that! Since it's so easy to switch the screen share back and forth, I can have a 1-on-1 meeting with a staff person, show them something on my computer, and then switch it to them so that they can show me what they learned on their computer. It's great that it's real time and easy to do. The staff's retention is better, which ultimately means our bottom line is increased.

Zoom has been a great company decision
- We were able to standardize zoom as our only call/video conference tool. Before zoom everyone had a personal favorite. With Zoom nobody argues anymore about which one is better. This is the one.
- We do video calls every single day with existing clients. Before Zoom this was a huge pain for us and it affected the delivery of our service. Zoom today is preponderant to the quality of our service.
- Zoom has always given good impression to our clients (to the ones that didn't know it before). Because of Zoom, we have managed to actually remove the pain of conference call with clients. "I can't hear you" "is breaking up" "I can't connect" ... those are things I haven't heard in a while.

Very Powerful and Affordable Video Conferencing Toolset
- Zoom's video meeting capability has helped strengthen the personal bonds we have with our clients during our recurring client meetings.
- Zoom's cost is much more affordable than the tool we used to use for just screen sharing.
- Zoom has become somewhat of a standard for conducting multi-person webinars and web-based hangouts and chats and it's nice to already be a user and to be familiar with it and its features and tools.

Zoom - probably the best collaboration software you're not using
- Zoom has given us an easy to use collaboration solution that is intuitive for non-technical users and therefore minimizes tech support resources.
- Generally well-liked among the business side of the company. Engineering did not like the installation requirements and found that it was susceptible to problems on some APs (I didn't see this problem).
- The free plan is usually OK, but it would have been better to have had a coordinate business account that allowed centralized billing and a few more user management features. We just couldn't afford it for all users.
- Zoom is definitely your choice if you value video in your conferences. There are simpler options if all you want to use is screen sharing and VoIP audio.
