Our company uses HubSpot to effectively capitalize and expand our sales and marketing efforts by reaching out to our customer base through communication to them. We have several initiatives and high expectations for the successful accomplishment of our efforts. It has helped us to gain more of our market share.

However, I would use automation cautiously when sending multiple tasks over a span of time with regard to sequence and workflows. I would also like to see where HubSpot can trach multi year sales.

HubSpot is our primary CRM for customer service, sales & marketing. We also use it for content management. We have set up a scoring system in HubSpot that tracks prospects' activity and sends alerts once they reach a certain score. HubSpot makes it easy for our sales marketing & customer service teams to remain efficient and all on the same page.

HubSpot is so easy to learn, especially coming from Salesforce. There are many features that come with HS that aren't available in Salesforce, and the workflows are much simpler. I am a big fan of the sales support HS offers and the webinars. Tracking emails and analytics are easy to access, and I don't know where HS would be less appropriate.

HubSpot has been a great tool for us to get started, meeting our basic CRM and marketing needs. We use it primarily for sales management, contact list management, email marketing, and as a contact database. While there is a lot of functionality at the higher tiers, the basic meets our needs.

If you are willing to invest a bit of money to get started, I would recommend HubSpot. While the free version does offer very basic functionality, I don't believe a business would get full benefit. Hubspot is a great alternative to other CRMs that exist out there, such as Pipedrive, Active Campaign, and Salesforce. A great option for small businesses!

We use HubSpot CRM as a main CRM in our company, which contains data about all the leads that we work with or that we have communicated with. We also use HubSpot for sequencing and marketing emails. Another thing is time-Consuming Administrative Tasks. Automation features reduce the time spent on administrative tasks, allowing teams to focus on more strategic activities. Also, the integration between marketing and sales tools within HubSpot ensures that both departments are aligned in their efforts.

  • There are limitations in terms of deeply customizing the CRM to fit very specific business needs. Certain fields, workflows, or reporting features cannot be tailored precisely as we need.
  • The mobile app version of HubSpot CRM doesn't offer the same level of functionality and ease of use as the desktop version.
HubSpot CRM is perfect for small to medium-sized businesses that are scaling up. The free version offers enough functionality for startups and small businesses, while the paid tiers provide advanced features needed as a business grows. Also, HubSpot is a great solution for companies that prioritize close collaboration between different departments, as HubSpot allows it better than many other CRMs.

Larger enterprises with highly specific or complex CRM requirements may find HubSpot CRM limiting. While it offers customization, it may not accommodate the intricate or unique processes of larger organizations.

We use HubSpot to organize and manage our data from our ecommerce platforms. This is very helpful for categorizing deals by company and seeing our repeat vs. one-off customers. E-commerce platforms offer this data, but it is not organized in a way that is helpful to foster or maintain relationships. Additionally, those platforms do not offer the flexibility of other components, such as marketing, services, or operations.

For more robust needs or advanced features, pricing can be on par with other options such as Dynamics or Salesforce, both of which are excellent, robust systems with great support.

I use HubSpot as a CRM for handling all customer interactions for new and existing businesses. We are hard users of tasks, email integration and customized pipelines. Plus, we take advantages of Snippets, Templates and enrolling contacts on email sequences. HS helps us a lot in keeping things organized while making sure we have our sales appropriately forecasted in many Sales scenarios within our organization. We also use it for sharing commercial documents and marketing campaigns.

It allows us to download a file with all of their important information so that we can view our metrics.

Helped with creating a clear pipeline and understanding the entire funnel throughout the sales cycle. Automation and sequencing has helped with our marketing and MQL/SQL strategies along with understanding full reporting throughout the sales and marketing process. Hubspot has become a nucleus of our operation in which it has fully become a hub for all sales, operation, and marketing content. It's easy to user UI and formatting has been helpful for our team in every aspect.

I've used HubSpot Marketing software for several years and across a couple of organisations. Historically I've used it primarily for marketing tools such as analytics, social media management, landing pages and forms, email marketing and for automation. At Solace, it was the first piece of software that stitched everything together for us and helped us to start to gain a better picture of our customers and potential customers. It also ensured a degree of consistency and helped to streamline what had historically been incredibly disjointed, manual processes.
In my current organisation, I was keen to implement HubSpot from both a marketing and CRM perspective. As a growing business, it's important for us to have an efficient and cost-effective solution that allows us to manage our contacts, and to identify shared interests and to build a better picture of our target audience.

In terms of engagement, it's also incredibly useful to see what people have been engaging with on websites and blog sites.

I use the sales and marketing functionality in creating deals and following up on the lead when it comes in. Zoom is integrated with HubSpot CRM as well as Outlook and Planhat. I create lists associated with the deals and create emails for nurturing. Love the fact that I can see who opens the emails and clicks on the links. I am in HubSpot CRM every day; setting up tasks are very helpful.

It's a phenomenal CRM, superior to what I have used in the past. We run numerous outreach campaigns through the tool with great success. Cold call, SMS, LinkedIn, email etc...

I use Hubspot for Account Management and prospecting. It helps me manage all my relationships and conversations in one place. It enables me send message in bulk and on a one to one basis. It also enables me create follow up tasks which makes me very efficient

  • When you want to send an email to a specific contact, once in the company It should only initially recommend contacts in the contact. For example if I want to send an email to Lucy and I am already in Lucy's company. It should initially only offer me the lucy's within the company not all the lucy's we have on record
  • When you need to add a company to a deal, it only offers the name and the url in the search function. As our customers have similar names, it means you need to know the url as well.. which is usually not the case

HubSpot CRM helps us organize our clients' data, enabling us to personalize our strategies based on their needs and preferences. With HubSpot CRM, we can easily categorize and segment client profiles that we believe can best consume our marketing messages. Inline with our belief in inbound marketing, our content strategy is aligned to help our clients find the right insurance product they need easily.

  • More flexibility (I might need some Marketing Hub features soon. Marketing Hub is a lot more costly yet I won't need all the features anytime soon)
I believe HubSpot is best for small businesses like ours, who want to organize its growing customer (and leads) data at the same time improving customer experience. Businesses with thousands of clients or customers can make use of HubSpot to its advantage, to help businesses, through its sales representatives connected to its clients.

We use it to track, and manage accounts from a sales perspective. We use it to send emails and manage lists for marketing. We are just starting to use it for customer support ticketing. Hubspot allows us to manage a sales pipeline effectively while gathering information about our customers to use for marketing purposes.

It's been very good for a sales pipeline. Our customers can have a multiple years long sales cycle so being able to manage many customers over an extended period of time is tantamount to our success.
