(101-125 of 1591)A HubSpot Opinion!
- Statistical Dashboard
- Contact Management
- Robust funcionality
- Help options
- Switching of "hiding insights" to "Seeing insights" in deals section.
- Improved contact input function
HubSpot reigns supreme over Salesforce.
- Track emails.
- Records telephone calls.
- Assign tasks to co-workers.
- Keep track of deal stages.
- The chatbot needs some work to be more useful.
- Make dashboards easier to create.
- Make sequences easier to create.
Great software for small business and scale-ups!
- CRM
- Email Marketing.
- Contact List Management.
- The gap in pricing tiers.
- More automation availability at basic plans.
- Better notification options for a chat function.
HubSpot CRM Funcionality
- does not fail
- is updated in real time
- allows a lot of customization
- more visual personalization
- more hotkeys
- more features in text editor
HubSpot Review
- Tasks management
- Email sequencing
- Integrations with other solutions
- Sales Hub
- Complexity of advanced features could be improved. It is a bit difficult to use workflows, custom reporting and so on.
- There are limitations in terms of deeply customizing the CRM to fit very specific business needs. Certain fields, workflows, or reporting features cannot be tailored precisely as we need.
- The mobile app version of HubSpot CRM doesn't offer the same level of functionality and ease of use as the desktop version.
Larger enterprises with highly specific or complex CRM requirements may find HubSpot CRM limiting. While it offers customization, it may not accommodate the intricate or unique processes of larger organizations.
HubSpot review
- Great UX - easy to use and customize
- Makes app integrations simple
- Automation helps with outbound sales motions
- Quote integration with NetSuite has proven more difficult than I feel it should be
Easy to use with a great feature set
- Workflow Automations
- Sales and Marketing Sequences
- Integrations with 3rd party platforms
- AI based suggestions while writing templates
A great option for entry-level CRM
- Syncing data with Shopify
- User interface
- Adding, editing, or managing records.
- The features we need are behind paywalls.
- Data syncing is somewhat limited; the solution(s) we need requires custom coding.
- The marketing components are not as user-friendly as others.
For more robust needs or advanced features, pricing can be on par with other options such as Dynamics or Salesforce, both of which are excellent, robust systems with great support.
HubSpot
Prospects and clients database
- Tasks
- Email tracking
- Logging notes, calls, etc
- Street address needs to be visible in the main company panel
- Map would be even better
- "Companies" should have its own button next to"Contacts" up in the to bar to avoid unnecessary clicks
- To change and save a phone number or email address should have less clicks (currently it opens a little separate window -why?
- Deals overview should be customizable so that one can choose only to see the deal name but not the amount. That way you could see more deals at once
Connecting companies and contacts works well but could be made a little smoother with less steps to click through.
Service and Support Representative- HubSpot Review

- track key metrics
- enhanced customization options for reports and dashboards
- more sophisticated options within for marketing
- improve mobile app
Exceptional Product
- easy to use
- continued improvement of the platform
- access to all of our contacts and storage in one location
- Multiple tools that enable us to manage our clients
- easier ability to find dormant accounts
Best CRM for the sales team!
- Keeping sales pipielines up to date with a visually attractive interface
- Maintaining Sales rep productivity with their many tracking and task tools
- User friendly interface with all the information in only one page, easy to navigate as well
- Email integration with Gmail does not work 100% in logging customer interactions
- Easy task NAVIGATOR freezes sometimes
- Round Robin assignment criteria can be improved
HubSpot for Insurance Companies
- easy e-campaign creation
- Easy integration with our call system
- ease of tracking pipeline
- we chose to use an external call system, as HubSpot's was expensive and inferior
When creating reports within the sales portion, the dashboards are nice, but they are difficult to create.
CRM
- Deal Tracking
- Contact Information
- Collating all comms to client
- LinkedIN integrations - shouldn't be such a premium option.
- Better interface for customisation
HubSpot hits the spot!
- It's very easy to search for records.
- It can greatly help you monitor your numbers.
- It's easy to learn the functionalities.
- log every activity automatically
- It enables users to close deals with less effort
- Work out a growth strategy
- Get the maximum benefits from your investment.
HubSpot Review
- Ability to filter within the Contacts and Company Records
- Ability to have multiple windows open within HubSpot
- Ability to search for a contact/company by various ways
- Ability to "decline" duplicate entries
Effective but needs more Personalization
- Organization
- Managing
- Informing
- Allow for more flexibility in personalization
- More flexibility in personalizing reports with multiple sets of data
- Send information on what can and can not be personalized
HubSpot - the ultimate Sales and Marketing platform
- Workflow automation
- Creating custom and sample reports throughout platform
- Contact and Company information hub
- Pipeline creation and automation
- Marketing sequencing and reporting
- iPhone application needs improvement
- Attachments and ease of drag and pull to and from deals/contacts
Operations and sole ticketing information
Sole purpose of payment processing doesn't look great. Invoicing documentation needs work
Love it!
- Pipeline management is very visually appealing , making it easy to understand and organise my clients
- Dashboards are very helpful at giving me an overview of my performance to date
- Sequences are needed to help send sales emails
- Grouping contracts and companies all in one place. We have a lot of multiple venues which could all be under the same company.
- Well suited - Visually looks great and easy to navigate, support team is amazing at answering my issues.
- I feel there is a lot of things in hubsport that I am not aware of which would be good to know more of to help me manage my pipeline
- I don't think hubspot is as good at predictions or grouping the correct companies and venues together
HubSpot; a tried and tested favourite
In my current organisation, I was keen to implement HubSpot from both a marketing and CRM perspective. As a growing business, it's important for us to have an efficient and cost-effective solution that allows us to manage our contacts, and to identify shared interests and to build a better picture of our target audience.
- Filters
- Active lists
- Engagement scores
- Can sometimes be too many steps to complete a process
- From time to time, bugs can case a few issues
- Could be more customisation in the contact layout
In terms of engagement, it's also incredibly useful to see what people have been engaging with on websites and blog sites.
HubSpot CRM , Can't Live without it!
- Task
- Setting up Deals
- Integration with other software
- Email reporting
- duplicate detection for accounts when using a personal email vs. company email
- Would like more Marketing functionality for the basic CRM
HubSpot great ROI!
- Outreach campaigns
- Email campaigns
- LinkedIn campaigns
- Simplify reporting dashboard.
- More tutorials offered
- Forecasting simplified
Enabling me do better
- Email sequences
- Tasks
- Calendar Plug in
- When you want to send an email to a specific contact, once in the company It should only initially recommend contacts in the contact. For example if I want to send an email to Lucy and I am already in Lucy's company. It should initially only offer me the lucy's within the company not all the lucy's we have on record
- When you need to add a company to a deal, it only offers the name and the url in the search function. As our customers have similar names, it means you need to know the url as well.. which is usually not the case
- Being able to segment the prospect based on where he/she is in the sales funnel
- Organizing communications between our team and clients or prospects
- Reporting for analytics
- More flexibility (I might need some Marketing Hub features soon. Marketing Hub is a lot more costly yet I won't need all the features anytime soon)
I love this software
- Automatically gathering customer information
- Easy modifications
- Great automation tools
- I am not familiar enough to offer much in the way of criticism at this point.
