We are ramping up an experimentation program, our initial efforts have targeted lower impact changes to content and design. Our marketing organization is going through a web redesign and the goal was to use Optimizely Web Experimentation to help guide this process. We are now shifting towards leveraging Optimizely Web Experimentation as a personalization tool, to focus in on key clients and leads in our industry.

We use Optimizely Web Experimentation for conversion rate optimization. We are always trying to improve our user journey and get customers lower down in the funnel, faster. We are a B2B business so personalizations are becoming an absolute must for us. We never realized the power of personalizations until we got Optimizely Web Experimentation and attended Opticon. We have 3 websites that we use Optimizely Web Experimentation for and are quite happy so far with the service. We do struggle with creating the correct metrics and figuring out which metrics to build but Optimizely Web Experimentation has really helped us improve out user workflow and ux.

We use Optimizely Web Experimentation for content testing (images and/or copy), recommendation algorithm tests for product carousels, and feature testing (net new features that we develop and want to validate & calculate revenue incrementality before launching). With the first two: we want to test along the customer journey to understand what pieces of content or product assortments provide the best benefit to her on site. We also use audience segmenting to be able to target the right users (coming from X marketing channel, mobile-only users, or logged-in users) to be able to refine our testing.

I use Optimizely daily for our website. At any given time we are running 3 to 7 tests on our site. Optimizely Web experimentation makes it simple to build out tests no matter the size. There are tests that I can build with the WYSIWYG or my team of developers can build in the code editor. It’s so simple to set audiences, goals, and launch and end dates. With a little bit of training, anyone can use this, which is perfect for our team who moves quickly.

We moved to Optimizely because we needed to increase our testing velocity, be more assured of our data, and allow for anyone to pick it up and use. It checked all those boxes for us! Great tool.

We use Optimizely Web Experimentation to leverage all on-site experimentation and personalization across multiple brands. We use it to improve conversion and engagement metrics for targeted optimizations and strategic efforts. Additionally, we use Optimizely to answer user experience questions and mitigate risk for major structural changes on our sites and across all of our brands.

We leverage Optimizely Web Experimentation across dozens of clients -- ranging from direct-to-consumer subscription services to B2B SAAS. Our clients choose to work with us because we can push experimentation platforms to the limit -- from personalization to in-product experiences to offline metric tracking. Optimizely consistently allows us to build high-fidelity customer experiences more rapidly than any other platform. They then couple that development ease with nuanced performance tracking clients can trust. When we put it all together, this is what allows us to build strong, engaged cultures of experimentation with our clients.

We use web experimentation on both our web applications; uti.edu and our Paid Media Landing Page environment to increase conversion rates and to understand our audiences deeper. Optimizely Web Experimentation structures our thought process on how to think about new ideas and how to implement them, while giving us a safe way to actually find which ideas are successful and which ones aren't. At the end of the day, all experimentation is a value add for our business because even if a test fails, that failure can influence further decisions and give us insight into who and what our audiences like.

We currently split our CRO efforts into channel groups that are self managed, and look for problems and opportunities in the funnel and experience and then formulate hypotheses and prioritize based on an ICE method. Ideas are converted into project templates and worked through a pipeline all the way through to experiment creation. Once an experiment concludes we implement winners and iterate. Weekly, all of our channel members come together to discuss experimentation progress and successes, at which point successful ideas are shared across channel. The process then repeats itself.

Our company is currently using Optimizely Web Experimentation as a means to replace Google Optimize, performing A/B Testing, and creating a platform for all Marketers to contribute new ideas across our Website. We look towards the specific targeting of events, audiences, and measuring our KPIs with the integration of GA4 and in the future, HubSpot.

We use it to test different changes we to our webpages we think will help users understand our product and navigate to the check out process and ultimately make a purchase. We have three brands (across three websites) that we often change the order of information blocks, test new headlines or wording, or swap images to see if they will contribute to a higher conversion rate.

The tool is great for when you have variants of products and can use the redirect tool to create the variant. The tool itself when it comes to analysis, the metrics are good, however getting the significance of the tests are very hard to get. I sometimes use other tools with the A/B testing evaluation data tools to analyse my results.

I use Optimizely Web Experimentation and personalisation in the organisation to run A/B tests, multi-armed bandits, personalisation tests to segment users and target specific groups of users. I use this to improve conversion rates across the business in multiple areas. By using web experimentation, I and the wider team understand user behaviours and get an understanding of how people operate and interact with the website.

We use it more often for AB testing, and based on the metrics and the audience, we decide the winner and implement the variation when needed. Splitting traffic for each experiment also helps us to manage bad user's experience if the variation is not performing accordingly. We make usage of the targeting feature to point internal users to staging environments prior to launch an experiment to prod.

At our company, we use Optimizely Web Experimentation extensively to optimize our website and enhance our customer's experience. The product allows us to conduct A/B tests and make data-driven decisions about design and functionality changes. One of the significant business problems that Optimizely addresses is the need to continuously improve our website's performance and conversions without disrupting the user experience. Our marketing team loves the autonomy that Optimizely provides, allowing them to create and run experiments without the need for developer resources. We also use Optimizely to personalize our website's content based on visitor behavior and improve our overall customer engagement. The scope of our use case includes testing various website elements such as headlines, call-to-action buttons, and form designs, among others. With Optimizely, we can quickly iterate on new ideas and track the impact of these changes on our conversion rates, leading to better business outcomes.

We leverage Optimizely across all our Product Management and Marketing teams. We use it for a range of tasks. The types of tests we run include homepage/landing page optimization, as well as improvements to the user experience further down the 'funnel' (including things like our checkout flow). We typically run A/B tests with it (where we have a variant version of a page compete against our original/control version), although we do occasionally run more sophisticated multivariate tests.

We use Optimizely for A/B tests and for any urgent fixes that are required on the site when we don't want to wait for our normal CMS content push which is usually overnight. We can easily make front-end changes with Optimizely that update within minutes so if there is an incorrect image, spelling error, etc. we can hide it. We also use Optimizely to push changes at 100% until we are able to build them into our website, for example, keeping a test winner turned on while we wait for dev resources.

We use Optimizely Web Experimentation for A/B testing on a variety of websites across our Enterprise. It allows us to quickly and easily set up tests without the assistance from engineering and development teams. Items that we’ve tested include different copy for CTA buttons, page placement, images, and colors. Optimizely Web Experimentation allows us to easily set up the test, run it, and see the results to drive better decisions for digital content.
