PandaDoc is how we send out all of our contracts and non-disclosure agreements to clients and partners. It is a time saver in that it allows us to work remotely more effectively by not having to print and scan agreements all the time. It's also great to be able to access all current and past contracts in one place.
  • Real-time notifications of views as well as when a party has completed the document
  • Ability to set up integrations with payment systems
  • Ability to program it to automatically send a completed contract to all relevant parties when it's been completed
  • Using templates that have already been created is very easy. Challenges arise when you're trying to create something unique from scratch.
  • It drives me crazy that there's no easy to find search function. If I'm looking for a completed agreement from months prior, I have to scroll through everything in the program to find it.
  • We have a section for templates. But on multiple occasions, someone has accidentally gone in and modified the template. Would be great to see a feature that notifies you if you're about to modify a template instead of just using it to create a new document.
PandaDoc is an excellent contract tool, particularly for distributed teams working remotely from home offices. PandaDoc would not be well-suited to an old fashioned organization where leadership likes to have piles of paper filed away in cabinets. It's also ideal for teams that have set contracts that everyone uses on a regular basis.

1. The free tier is a good start for a sample of PandaDoc where we then upgrade to the paid plan to enhance the user experience for both internal and external users 2. The features are comprehensive. 3. The platform is intuitive for both internal and external users. there is no need for step-by-step guides 4. Navigation is clear.

We use it to get digital signatures on tax returns and other documents. We used to use pdfs and had clients sign and scan back. Pandadoc has changed the process completely. It is so easy to use and has made the process much more efficient. During lockdown we were able to process tax returns more efficiently using digital signatures with Pandadoc.

Our organization accounting uses PandaDoc for digital signatures. Digital signatures are a need of the hour for accountants and tax agents, especially during COVID times. Most consultations are held remotely and hence the need for digital signatures is imperative. PandaDoc digital signatures are a lifesaver. I would recommend it to all accountants and tax agents.

If you need to quickly create attractive proposals, legally binding signed documents and keep track of a sales flow, PandaDoc is for you. It has good options at the cheap level, and as you scale up its feature set gets far more attractive, such as having pre-set blocks of content you can create to quickly drop in and customize your templates. It's made us far faster, better at closing deals, and looking professional the whole time.

I use PandaDoc for all documents that need to be sent to clients for signing. It is simple for the client to view and sign documents even with limited resources. PandaDoc has addressed the challenges of no longer doing client intakes at the office. I am now able to go over the forms with the client and they can view them before signing. It offers extra protection for both the clients and staff regarding COVID-19 and other contagious diseases.

  • I would like to be able to create files for each individual client for both sending and receiving instead of them all being in the same document folder.
  • Currently there is an option to email the forms individually to the clients or add a link to an email. It would be nice to be able to create one email to send an entire file of docs that need to be signed to the client directly from PandaDocs.
I have already done training with our staff to help them switch over to PandaDoc. It has made a world of difference compared to the first year of the pandemic. My files are neatly organized now and I am not having to print off everything. Even when individuals are not very tech-savvy, they have found the PandaDocs system a simple way to get their documents signed. We want to create as few stumbling blocks as possible when it comes to getting our clients housed. I have not used other document signing programs to use as a comparison, but I was provided access to PandaDoc right at the time I needed it most.

The internal sales team can build contracts based on pre-set templates from Hubspot, which an exec can review and approve for sending. The workflow allows us to rapidly send new contracts, follow up on outstanding ones, and have reviews/revisions in a redline method. We also use [PandaDoc] for ad-hoc documents that benefit from a quick esignature like letters of intent and non-disclosure agreements.

Pandadoc is used by my organization to generate proposals, NDAs, and other documents. We utilize the e-signature abilities to send legally binding documents to our customers. We've integrated Pandadoc with our SugarCRM system so that sales proposals can be generated with amazing ease. I am able to put a proposal together in minutes and the information from my opportunity in the CRM is automatically pulled in and populated into the template. It saves me so much time and frustration.

This is a great, easy to use product for e-signatures. It's user friendly to figure out, and I like that it saves all my signed contracts in one place should I need it later.

I use PandaDoc to create proposal templates for the many verticals that I sell into (E.g. Public Safety, Energy, Private Sector, IT, Transportation, etc). With PandaDoc, it makes it easy to build specific proposals with easy-to-change properties and auto-fill options. Before, we had no way to see which areas of our proposal were being read and which areas are important to our prospects and customers. We would send a PDF and hope that it was received, read, and understood. Now with PandaDoc, we can view very specific analytics that helps us interact in a more meaningful way with our prospects and customers.

It makes contract and proposal creation much quicker than editing Word docs and saving them as a PDF. The visibility on time spent within the document and by who is a very valuable piece to PandaDoc.

Primary use is for proposals/quotes to customers. We also use it for service agreements. It plugs in great to our CRM so you can seamlessly add in contact information from the CRM to the quote then allows for easy PDF upload to CRM. Easy to use and manipulate based on your needs.

Anybody that needs a simple quoting software should jump on PandaDoc. If you especially need signatures, it's great for that. The ability for your customers to see the proposal, any attachments, and download a PDF copy is great. Also great for creating information packets for customers. PandaDoc offers great start-up service to help create some crucial templates to get you up and running quickly.

We currently use PandaDoc for all of our proposals and agreements reviews and signatures. This solution allows us to keep track of when representatives review the sent proposals, how many times it is viewed, and when they complete the agreement. Each proposal captures unique information for the particular company including Address, Name, Title, Date, Signatures.

We use a variety of forms including alumni employment verification, community business partnerships, internship assignment details and expectation agreements, and many more. It's important when working with students that they are clear on assignment expectations and those expectations are agreed upon in writing. The same goes for employers who work with our students in order to ensure academic integrity.

PandaDoc is a quick and convenient way to send agreements. The automation saves a ton of time and allows me to get more done. The ability to track the progress of an agreement is also a great feature. Being able to see if the document has been viewed and how long the client has spent on each page gives added insight in case any questions arise. Compared to others in the same arena... PandaDoc is by far the King and I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

Ability to capture document signatures on sales contracts as well as internal documents that need signing by multiple parties. For example, we have contract sales people that sign tax documents and employment NDA's. With our customers we are able to route signatures, change contract terms, and track changes throughout the process.

I currently use PandaDoc primarily to send Statements of Work, Change Request SOW's, Partner Agreements and mNDA's. It's great to have this templates in there in an adjustable fashion. I love that for the SOWs it calculates the cost for me, I simple input the number of dev, pm, QA, etc hours and it totals them all up at their various rates with fields for disocunting, etc. It's definitely allowed for faster and more fool proofed contracting! As a company, we are global, so we have several of these templates set up for our various countries at our various rates which is fantastic! We just have to make sure that our footers with links to Ts&Cs have the accurate country laws and such (an 'us' problem, not a PandaDoc. problem!). The user tracking features are definitely the differentiator between PandaDoc and other similar products. Very helpful to know if my contacts are opening their contracts and when. Unfortunately the auto-emails DO end up in spam, so the ability to send as a link in a personalized email is not just handy, but NECESSARY!

  • Uploading various file formats for templates doesn't always work (i.e. docx, pdf, etc.). Sometimes only 1 will work (think it's PDF).

Pandadoc is awesome for quick contracting when you send a lot of similar documents and / or require collaboration of such documents. If all of your documents are highly customizable you might as well use a cheaper program.

We use PandaDoc in our organization to store our client files and also to obtain signatures from clients who are unable to come into our office. By using PandaDoc's cloud storage, we've been able to eliminate paper files and are able to quickly search for documents that might otherwise take significant time to comb through if we were using paper files. Signatures are required of our clients to be brought into our program and since we've initiated PandaDoc into our program, we've been able to more quickly initiate intakes with these clients.

Our team uses PandaDoc to send our new customers' sales quotes and give accurate and visually pleasing pricing. We also send current customer add-on agreements through PandaDoc as well. The platform makes it easy to send a personalized and simple quotation while making it simple on the backend to create a visually pleasing template that is personal and branded. Our team is able to see when the customer has viewed the document, CC our sales partners or other employees, and write personalized messages when sending over the quote. I love how easy it is to simply select items from our catalog and get quotes over to my sales partner quickly and efficiently. PandaDoc gives me the ability to send over same-day quotations without any stress or hassle. The platform is easy to use, easy to understand, and very user-friendly.

I use Panda Docs to interact with all serious clients in the travel sector. It helps us solve problems like quoting tours, confirming tours, and providing "Before You Go" information prior to tours.
  • The top strength for PandaDoc is its 24-hour support available by chat. If there's something I can't quite get figured out in the middle of the night - they are right there to help. Occasionally I have run into an agent who is less than helpful, but overall most are willing to do what they can to help.
  • Legal client signatures and confirmations are all in one place. So I just have one place to go to reference data related to each client.
  • The biggest drawback is that the image library cannot be managed easily. You have to get to it you have to be editing a document. Images can't be tagged, and they can't be uploaded outside of a doc creation.
  • Another minor issue is that sometimes it's difficult to work with links.
  • copying and pasting withint a doc is sometimes a hassle
In my industry (travel) there are other tools that are as helpful or more so. Panda doc has gotten more and more expensive.

I use PandaDoc for the electronic delivery of documents for clients to sign. Great that it can either be emailed or a text sent to the client and also allows for saved text (your instructions or message) to be sent along with the documents. I've used several other e-signature solutions on the internet in the past but enjoy PandaDoc the most so far. Very easy and straightforward. I have an app for it on an iPad we use in the office and also have internet links on the desktop on the computer and utilize both frequently.
  • Collecting signatures remotely.
  • Provides an additional page for audit tracing of where a document was sent & times signed.
  • Can be used across multiple platforms on mobile devices or desktop computer.
  • Drag & Drop simple design anyone can do it.
  • Integrating payment processing could be useful for certain situations if that isn't offered. I've not seen the option if it is offered.
  • Additional optional features for KYC (Know your customer) could be useful such as verifying by taking photos or entering driver's license info, etc.
Very easy and straightforward drag and drop e-signature solution. We utilize it on our iPad and desktops in the office to send documents remotely to clients for signatures that are needed. Clients never seem to have any trouble responding and it automatically sends the documents back to us along with an additional page from PandaDoc for audit trail purposes indicating the emails sent to and date signed. There is also an option for sending via text for individuals that do not have emails. I've used a few other e-signature services in the past but this one has been my favorite for what we do. We utilize it at least 5-20 times each month.

We have used PandaDoc since I started and it has made my job a lot easier. Before I had access to PandaDoc, I was behind everyone else in my department. I cannot think of any scenario where PandaDoc would not be useful. We use it every day and it has made our work so much more efficient. We have gotten so much more work done and we get it done a lot faster. I'm very glad that my company has decided to use this software
