Webex Meetings are suitable in every situation it provides a great quality and stability. It's awesome for collaboration as it provides great options for screen sharing and interactive white board. It also provides many other quality of life features such as built in noise canceling, which is great if you are dialing in from a noisy environment or another member has.

Webex Meetings is more focused on organizations and users with needs above the average: HD video and audio, possibility of participating from any device, by desktop, mobile, video conference equipment or browser, share screen, documents or record and edit meetings , among other features, all safely and up to 1000 participants in each meeting. If a more basic collaborative solution is required, the advice is to use another provider.

You can join meetings easily from Webex Meetings without signing up. The process is quite simple. Organizing and attending meetings from Webex Meetings app is also user-friendly. I think this app will suite well for short team meetings where you don't have to put a lot of effort into organizing it!

Lots of our clients prefers Cisco products over anything else as they are used to in the Cisco environment. I think Webex Meetings would suite quite well in that kind of environment where the customers already have a great experience over Cisco products as I already mentioned that most of the people in the industry take Cisco as trusted and reliable.

I think it can be placed anywhere we want. We didn't have any concerns like the device or product not being used because we have also customers who are government and they are concerned for the security and Cisco Webex. All Cisco Webex portfolios and especially Webex Meetings are using the newest and actual security mechanisms and algorithms for each customer.

For a large environment, especially a hospital the user experience is vital. From using Webex Meetings for some time we have heard nothing but great feedback. We have turned Webex Meetings on for all of our conference rooms. One-touch buttons connecting you to the meeting and video conference hardware are such a nice add-on.

If you are looking for a communication tool that is not Microsoft Teams or Zoom, then Webex Meetings would probably be the next best choice. It is a decent program that isn't really the best at any one thing, and does most things moderately well. The problem with Webex Meetings is that all of the other digital communication tools have done a great deal to improve the way they work, and it just seems like Webex Meetings hasn't.

Webex Meetings is a pretty strong option for meetings, especially ideal for large organizations that have can have a trained administrator who cares for the features and settings, and that use meeting devices such as the RoomKit. It is flexible and therefore it is quite complex compared to simple options like Google Meet.

Well suited because all of the features you need to communicating with someone are here. Teams, messaging, connecting it with your calendar, and very well and easy to navigate interface. Honestly, I can't think of anything wrong with it. It has been very helpful so far and will continue to use it indefinitely.

It allowed us to work without any disruption during Covid which benefited business continuity without any revenue loss. The only low point of Webex Meetings is paid version is not suitable for small businesses.

I think Webex meetings is definitely well suited for large enterprise or legacy companies's needs ,however if you are running a small to medium sized company with a small team I do not think the investment to Webex Meetings is well needed because all the complexity it brings might not be in the best interests of the company.

Webex is really well suited for corporate meetings, especially those that involve remote participants. It is also well suited for presentations to clients, design reviews (using the screen sharing feature), workshops, and trainings.
Room for improvement: Webex can be an overkill for one-on-one chats and informal discussions. It also does not offer features for 'complex' project management, i.e. that would require detailed task-tracking and deadlines.

It is well suited for all meetings, debugging sessions where remote assistance is needed, sales calls etc. It is extremely well suited for video calls where face-to-face interactions are mandatory. It is less suited if huge files need to be shared. If the number of participants is more than 100, then a different subscription is needed, so it might not suit the small business.

Webex is used best when it's applied in formal online business meetings. Such as when my company has an official meeting with our partner, we would prefer to use Webex. In my opinion, it is suited when you are in need of a program for online meetings that you may not want to use other applications such as zoom or Skype. If other programs are more well suited or appropriate, such as the accessibility and now popularity of zoom, it may not be as appropriate.

Webex Meetings is well suited for both individual and group meetings. With almost everyone working remote these days, a tool such as Webex Meetings is critical. For those people with lower bandwidth environments, this may not be as useful unless video quality is lowered or turned off, as lags sometimes occur. Otherwise, good for everyone.
