Very intuitive. Love that it is clear when you are on/off mute. The share screen option shows you thumbnails before you begin sharing so you can confidently know if you are about to share your slide presentation or today's WORDLE challenge. Our team is also big on celebrations and the emote options are one way we can hype up a team member or their work without interrupting.

In general, the interface is quite good and intuitive. I would say that 99% of users do not need to go through an introductory tutorial to take their first steps in the application. However, there are cases such as presentations that do require support.

The ease of use through a web browser without having to install an app is a good thing, but I think other communication software also provides this. It is easy to use and works fine. It is fast and reliable. I give 8 points for usability. It would be better if it had contacts sync.

I rated Webex Meetings' overall usability as a 10 because it is a very simple and easy working system with the proper training/overview. It is very easy to hit the one-touch join button or even manually type in the numbers. Anyone from an admin to an executive can easily access their meetings.

Works every time as advertised, users are able to join meetings, use controls etc. External guests are able to follow the instructions. Overall, it's a good experience for our teams which makes WebEx a "usable" solution for our users.

I give this rating because of the good experience I had when I tried to connect with my team in virtual mode. I needed to connect with my team to understand the requirements and in this situation, the only thing that helped me is Webex Meetings. This increased my productivity and my workflow.

I use Webex meetings to support Ciena's Customers on Ciena products. I use this platform to fix products issues weekly meetings and training. I found the below challenge while using Webex. 1 Annotation option is not available while trying to guide customers .2 Remote control froze often while remote controlling the system.3 it would be great if we can enable Subtitles option like Google to meet to understand the client language in China, Germany, Japan who usually comfortable with their own language.

The Webex system does work but the interface is quite dated. Everything is text and menu driven, sometime it is difficult to find a particular feature that may be hidden within the menus. We've utilized Webex for some time and we are familiar with the interface, we've found that new users to Webex have a hard time navigating the menus and their comments are that Webex is quite complex to navigate.

Webex supports almost all kinds of devices and can be used almost anywhere in the world. It works great for internal meetings and meeting with clients, vendors, and providers as well. It supports almost all the browsers and operating systems. All the features provided by Webex make people's daily a lot easier, especially for those who need to communicate with others who are remote most of the times.
