I use PandaDoc to to send lease documents, and other forms of documents that require signatures from tenants or clients. It allows me to be able to have them sign it digitally, rather than having to physically go to each tenant to sign. It saves a lot of time. I strictly send it for documents to be signed, anything to do with real estate management documents, I use PandaDoc to get the signatures needed.
  • Organizes documents to be signed
  • Allows electronic signature to avoid meeting in person
  • Saves time by allowing signatures to be done virtually
  • SOmetimes the email is sent to junk mail
  • The fields at times are hard to place
Never had a problem with it and is better than competition

Due to the covid 19 pandemic, we stopped seeing our clients in person. To continue serving them while remaining contactless, we began using PandaDoc to receive electronic signatures.
  • Selection of fields. Ex. Text, signature, date, checkbox, etc.
  • Allows users to send reminders.
  • Notifications letting users know when a signer has viewed and completed the document.
  • Maintaining a history of previous recipients' emails and names when I'm ready to documents.
  • I am completely satisfied with PandaDoc.
PandaDoc is well suited when you are unable to meet with an individual to receive a signature.

Keeping everything in order simple and organized. Would be even better if panda doc had a review system incorporated into it as well
  • Agreements
  • Ease of use
  • Visually appealing software.
  • Safe to use
  • Incorporate a charging sytem to it
  • Incorporate a review system to it
  • Enable deal rooms made up of different members of the sales team, sales management, legal, etc.
  • Center align the text within pdf file
Personally think is well suited for everry business

We use Pandadoc to provide a simple yet powerful way for our clients to sign our SaaS and DPA contracts.
  • Contract Signature
  • Legally Valid
  • Notifcation and followups
  • The AI that automatically assigns the fields is a cool feature, but not yet perfect.
I have tried at least 6 different digital contract signing tools and Pandadoc is by far my favourite. Best features including AI field recognition and best value for money.

We use it to quickly and efficiently build quotes for customers. The business problem the product addresses is having to drag and drop every single customer's contact information/contract number information from Salesforce onto PandaDocs. It does all of that for us within 10 seconds. Sometimes less. Never instantaneously, but more than quickly enough to make it well worth it. We live in a world of instant gratification, so when someone clicks a button these days they expect an immediate result. The scope is massive. We don't quote customers on anything else. And we have a ton of renewals. Thousands a year. Saves a ton of time and I have yet for it to make an error.
  • Consolidates Salesforce data
  • Quickly generates links to send to customers
  • Recognizable name so new customers don't freak out thinking it's some sort of scam
  • Random, but I'm a huge fan of the color scheme
  • I like the name and logo a lot lol
  • Its ability to download in other formats than PDF is helpful. Lotta ppl in my industry, AEC, prefer software like Bluebeam and this works with that
  • Could be a bit quicker, overall. Generating docs and links. A very miniscule request because it's virtually perfect. Remember what I said first, I'm a product of this instant gratification society
  • I log into PandaDocs every single day I'm at work. No exceptions. Only days I don't log on are Saturday and Sunday. Occasionally it'll make me retype password info and be like "just verifying it's you"
  • Ya'll ask me to review it a lot. I like ya'll so I am. But I bet others get annoyed? idk
10/10. It is perfectly suited for a company that has renewals managers that manage renewals (aptly named, eh?) all year long. It really is just so ridiculously cohesive that it'll make your head shrink. Really, any document that is going to be generated an insane amount of time, but just with different contact info/pricing, this is the software for you.

Less appropriate? I'm not really sure. One could say "it's not appropriate at a funeral" because it's not. But I don't see any circumstance where it's not acceptable/well-suited for the business world. Only place that would unequivocally NOT have it is DocuSign-esque competitors.

We needed to decrease the amount of time it takes to create proposals, turn them into contracts, and get deals signed. Pandadoc allows me to create a library of a) content, and b) branded design elements that perfectly match our corporate brand style guide, even including custom fonts. We are able to quickly put together proposals for complex SaaS solutions that are tailored for specific prospects, but pulling from our libraries and end up perfectly branded. In our case, we append plain English agreements to the proposals, matching the brand, allowing us to seamlessly move from proposal to contract. Managing signers and getting digital signatures is easy with Pandadoc. The amount of time it takes us to send a new agreement is down from hours to minutes; we are sending and closing deals so much faster with Pandadoc.
  • Create library of branded elements and templates to use in documents.
  • Manage signers and signatures.
  • Match corporate style guides, including custom fonts and colors.
  • Interweave variables in templates and documents to speed up sending new docs.
  • Layouts for multi-column design are based on tables and feel a little constrained.
  • Pricing better suited for small, boutique teams would be nice. It's just a little pricey. Worth it though.
Pandadoc is really excellent for creating branded, reusable templates. The investment of designing and configuring documents is well worth it in this case.

It's not as great for simple word processing. Use Google Docs or Microsoft Word for that.

We also found it too constraining for very detailed, complex design brochures. Use graphics design software for that.

When you need a well branded, moderately design, but highly templated document to reuse, Pandadoc is a gem.

Why I use PandaDoc

I send power of attorney documents and property damage release forms to customers and clients. these forms are used in the purchasing of vehicle that are total losses and getting titles renamed. The releases are so parties can not come back to sue our insured at a later time.
  • easy interface. easy to use, and navigate
  • saves documents that may be used a lot.
  • the ability to check progress of documents and send reminders
  • I do wish we had a little additional time before the documents expired.
  • if document expires the ability to make small changes and resend.
PandaDoc is prefect for quick signing of legal documents so people do not have to travel to offices. these legal documents can range from limited power or attorney, medical releases, and releases of liability. I have used it for parental permission documents for school activities and church activities.

We use Pandadoc to obtain digital signatures from our clients on legal documents. The system has been excellent so far and has been used widely firm wide on a variety of use cases and legal documents. We never had any issue with the system and it is an efficient platform for us to sign clients remotely the documents that are required to complete their legal matter. We give it a full rating as it is easy to use and easy for our clients to use. It stays out of the way and we can see signatures go in live when we sign together with our clients over webcam. Its a great system.
  • Signing clients digitally together
  • compliance with digital signature requirements
  • Ease of use and implementation
  • sometimes the system glitches when signing on the phone or ipad
  • auto placing signature spots and fill spots is finicky and we dont use it much
Pandadoc has been well suited in our workflow as we can sign clients efficiently with the same. It is well suited to sign multiple documents and the ease of use makes clients feel comfortable with using it to sign documents with us. It is not as well known as other signing platforms so it does take some explanation to the client on what the system is but ocne they get on it, its smooth sailing.

We use panda Doc for a few different tasks, Onboarding of New Dealerships and to sign Documents need electronic Signatures. this is the easiest way to make sure we have documents signed and sent back immediately.
  • Gives us Electronic Signatures where it could have taken days to get we get in short Time
  • I wish that it was easier to Make Changes to Panda Doc Sent and change of emails if typed in Wrong it is a little tidiest to change
Although it is hard to Navigate sometimes I have had great success in using Panda Doc and it is also user friendly for the Client

We use Pandadoc usually for procuring signatures from internal employees. We have grants that need signed timesheets, so we use it for that. We also use it for internal agreements - for example, acknowledgment of a new policy or confirmation of receipt for technology. Every once in awhile, we will use it for external stakeholders.
  • User-friendly interface
  • Reminders if someone hasn't signed the document yet
  • Ability to CC other parties that need to receive the document
  • Ability to see who has viewed the document
  • I'd like to see how it would handle forms (e.g. consent forms)
It is very well suited for just getting signatures. It is easy to use. You can also invite other users to be part of your team. It is also well suited if you need to copy multiple people or if multiple people need to receive notifications on who has signed.

We used PandaDoc to send out quotes to potential clients as well as the onboarding process. Clients need to submit information to us in a specific format, which this software allows us to do and validate. Finally, it has clear indication of which parties filled out which information. We use it daily.
  • Quick document creation
  • Friendly user interface
  • Excellent customer support
  • Mobile app could use some work
  • Quoting system does not fit my industry
  • Website is sometimes slow
PandaDoc is excellent for onboarding and document collection. It is easy to create templates for even the most inexperienced users (I was able to get the hang of PandaDoc in less than a week). Even though I use PandaDoc to send out custom PDF quotes, the quote builder from the system is not good for creating quotes that have items with different frequencies. It still needs a lot of work.

We use PandaDoc to send engagement letters to clients for review and signature. We also use it for internal documents that need signing remotely. We needed a solution that was better than printing, wet signing, scanning and then sending back documents. It also negates the need to have all parties present in one location.
  • Remote contract signature
  • Tracking of document views or interactions
  • Live notification of actions on documents
  • Name, I don't find PandaDoc a particularly corporate name so speaking to clients they generally give you a funny look if they've never heard of it.
  • Amending of existing documents can be a little complicated, it needs more versatility to change one small detail rather than re-start the whole document.
Great when you want to get started on a client's work, the speed you can get a contract signed or an NDA in place is fantastic.
Sometimes you get a client who is less 'tech savvy' that wants to download and print the document, then wet sign and send it back.

We use Pandadoc for quoting and invoicing. It integrates well with our Hubspot software so it pulls across all contact and business data and puts it straight on the quote. This saves a lot of time compared to our old process where we had to prepare each quote from scratch.
  • Quotes
  • Proposals
  • Invoices
  • Hubspot integration
  • Editing a document
  • Tables
  • Calculating totals
It is very well suited if you use it in the way we have; quoting and invoicing. It is also really well suited if you use hubspot because of the strong integration. It is probably less suited if you don't have the integration and have to manually edit sections of the document.

my self and my team use this to send out contracts to get electronic signatures.

We had a problem with people not able to use our old electronic contract. It was not user friendly and it was held on our website, people were unable to find it. We are also located really far away from some of our customers that are not able to come into our office to sign documents. This product has made our life and our customers life a lot easier.
  • templets are easy to set up
  • easy to follow prompt to sign
  • I havent came across anything that was not easy to me
The cost is great. The unlimited envelopes are also a huge buying point. I have gotten quotes from competitors and the prices were crazy for our small business.

I use PandaDoc for signing contracts and settlement agreements. The platform is easy to use for clients and myself. I find it less complicated and less expensive than other similar platforms.
  • Attorney client contracts
  • Settlement agreements
  • Once completed by the parties, the document cannot be signed by the Court. I have to convert the document to a pdf to submit to Judge.
  • The certificate of authenticity is bulky and awkward
It’s great to sign contracts and retainer agreements. It’s not appropriate for documents requiring notarized signatures.

We use pandadoc to send order forms to customers to sign. In the past we sent them to customers and they would have to print them out, sign, and then scan back to us. Pandadoc does this all in just a few clicks of your mouse. This has helped to increase the amout of order forms signed.
  • CREATING DOCUMENTS
  • E-SIGNING
  • GREAT TEMPLATES
Great for sending documents that need to be signed. Customers can view and sign document with just a few clicks. Makes the process so easy and can even be completed on a cell phone or tablet. No computer skills are needed to sign a document and return it to the sender. Works great for what we do here.

We use PandaDoc to create sales proposals, MSAs, NDAs, and employee agreements.

The forms feature makes it very easy for someone to request an NDA with us and for agreements that new hires or contractors need to sign.

The content library and conditional content make customizing sales proposals very easy.
  • Create customized documents from a library of content
  • Handle e-signatures
  • Decrease the back and forth emails when someone needs a standard agreement
  • The design tools for sales proposal could be better.
  • Importing a PowerPoint or Google Slides file to use as a template would be very helpful

We use PandaDoc to onboard tenants, allowing them to read, digest and retain a copy of the agreement. The software has enabled us to do so remotely which has been pivotal during the pandemic, allowing work to continue whilst saving time by generating legally binding electronic copies in real time, removing the need for additional work and filing, thus permitting us to further reduce carbon emissions by eliminating unnecessary commuting, meetings, printing, etc as well as reducing the inherent costs. Most importantly, documents are available 24/7, facilitating access to all parties at convenient times eliminating the logistical constraints we faced previously, thereby ensuring we are compliant at all stages of the process as timestamped logs are available within the dashboard and completed documents emailed to all parties. Our organisation currently uses PandaDoc for Tenancy Agreements, Standing Orders, Notices and forms.
  • Remote viewing and editing
  • Legally binding electronic signatures
  • Flexibility to scale at the companies needs
  • Automatically recognised fields
  • Suggested size / dimensions
  • Edit fields after saving these
PandaDoc is well suited for remote contract and document signing in the Real Estate industry, saving time and facilitating logistics of otherwise obligatory in person meetings. The fact that it serves as a legally binding signature platform and is highly encrypted and accessible via cloud storage enables remote working and company wide access.

We are able to integrate with Salesforce in order to generate proposals and contracts easily and effectively. We send for internal approval and maintain accountability to the document throughout the process. From creation to complete the process is simple and effective to maintain the level of success we need within our organization.
  • Salesforce integration ease of use
  • Document creation and effectiveness
  • Monitoring the workflow of the document throughout the life cycle
  • Some of the editing functionality makes it difficult to change formatting
  • Some of the variables don't pull in as desired
  • The variable date doesn't update to today's date depending on send date
PandaDoc is great for generating documents and being able to quickly import pertinent information from sales opportunities. The approval workflow process is efficient and easy to use to ensure there is accountability for the document and it moves through the process smoothly. It is not as effective in maintaining visibility with prospects as we would like.

It helps us accelerate our closing cycles and streamline our accounting process. Being able to customize our contracts has been great. Beyond signatures, it has allowed us to get accurate data for account management. We keep POCs, account information flowing straight from Panda Doc into our system. We have integrated Panda Doc into our CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Customize Forms
  • Tracking of signing progress
  • Clear concise data acquisition
  • Customizing forms could be a little easier with integration to hubspot
  • A 3-4 month evaluation of how we are using panda doc to help us get better
  • Alerts on lack of progress of signing
It's straightforward and not too complex. This makes it easy for quick adoption. I would like to be better at using it but don't use it regularly enough to invest time to streamline it. We work with businesses around the county so while we are not in the same area it is helpful for us to close deals external to us.

We use PandaDocs to send out proposals and contracts. I had used PandaDocs at another organization and valued the efficiency of sending a contract with a proposal. This increased their close rate and created a better user experience. Since deploying PandaDocs at our company, we've sent out proposals and contracts with greater ease. We're also able to have a better insight into buyer behavior as we can see when they view the contract, what pages they've spent the most time on and how quickly they view/sign.
  • Analytics
  • Document History
  • Templates
  • Robust Dashboard
  • Design Capabilities within Documents
PandaDocs would be well-suited for technical companies. As a creative agency, we do experience some design restraints but overall it functions well and is a great resource to effectively manage proposals and contracts. PandaDoc also integrates well with Quickbooks making the sales/onboarding process extremely efficient.

We use PandaDoc for sending customized contract proposals, B2B contracts, and contracts to contractors who work for us. Using PandaDoc solves common problems such as missed signatures and initials on contracts since the system prompts the signer where each date, initial, and signature is required.
  • Allows us to see when and how often a recipient has looked at a document
  • Allows us to see how long a recipient has looked at specific pages
  • Take the user error out of signing contracts
  • Better integration with Outlook so we can see when in our Sent folder that documents have been sent
PandaDoc is well suited for any document that requires a signature from one or more parties, such as contracts. But it can also be used for sending customized sales proposals, even if a signature is not required. Some examples to use PandaDoc include service agreements, employment contracts, rental agreements, sales agreements, etc.

PandaDoc makes it easy to use to templatize proposals and contracts so that we can quickly send out documents to customers tailored to their use case but using a mix of standard elements and variables. It also allows us to track who had opened and read the documents, which can be valuable to understanding a deal.
  • Content library: easy to add custom content
  • Variables within documents: quick to personalize a document for a specific users
  • General design: PandaDoc documents generally look professional
  • Analytics: some of the analytics are only available at the document level, i.e., which page someone looked at. I wish it was easier to see analytics on page views across documents
  • User experience: not fully intuitive - as someone who has trained many people to use, it does require some initial learning curve
  • Formatting: some of the numbering and lettering, especially subclauses in contracts, can be tricky or nonexistent
PandaDoc is suited to a company who has a clear sense of their proposals, contracts, and other marketing materials that need to be templatized. It works particularly well for companies who use a popular CRM like Pipedrive or Hubspot because then much of the document creation process can be automated.

We use PandaDoc in our organization for all of our contracts and proposals. With version two, it's much easier to create attractive proposals and agreements that are very useful for both us and the customer. It also offers a legal digital signature for contracts, similar to DocuSign, adobe sign, etc.
  • contracts
  • aggreements
  • proposals
  • version 1 and 2 are totally different
  • version 1 is much harder to use when neccessary
It's very useful for creating attractive and modern contracts and agreements. I wouldn't use it for full project proposals as it doesn't have process flows, etc.
