I used PathFactory to drive prospects to relevant content. PathFactory worked as a content platform and I was able to leverage our marketing assets for the right prospect at the right time in their customer journey.

In addition, there are distinct buying personas and multiple stakeholders on nearly every opportunity, with different areas of concern. PathFactory did a great job in assets consumption increase as well as overall improvement of the user journey. Chosen tools gave an opportunity to consume the assets in a great suitable way with an addition of context-based personalized recommendations. On the other hand, there were some minor technical issues that affected the overall experience with the product.

From a marketing prospective, we used PF as a content library housing external facing assets such as flyers, whitepapers, thought leadership articles.

Best use case was ability to share with our sales team to send a set of content to existing customers and new prospects allowing them to consume as much or as little content as possible. Not so great tool for internal education Thomson Reuters uses a platform called Advisor. I view PF platform as a customer facing tool excellent for content sharing.

We use tracks to allow our customers to easily be able to view multiple pieces of content. We track how many users go to the site and interact with the content. We also display a lead form on the site for lead generation. We have used a microsite as well, but that has not been as successful as the traditional track experience.

Being plagued with having to see, understand, and visualize the performance of our diverse content marketing activities in an easy to understand and present way to top level management, we decided to try out PathFactory and it's been a gamechanger.

We use PathFactory to essentially give us the ability to create web-based experiences in less than 24hrs. Rather than create a webpage on a topic that may be too niche or too campaign-specific, PathFactory gives us the ability to stand up these pages quickly and efficiently, without taking an SEO hit. We also use it for reporting to get a better understanding of who is consuming our content, what topics are they gravitating towards, and which content types they like to consume content through.

PathFactory is great for topic-specific, ABM, or campaign-specific experiences. If you have lots of different types of content relating to a topic, organization, industry, or campaign, PathFactory makes it very easy to create those "all in one place" types of experiences. It's also great for creating a collection point across content types where blogs, videos, ebooks, etc. can all live on a single page simultaneously.

In my opinion, PathFactory is not a website replacement tool but rather a content empowerment tool. The experiences you're able to create don't lend themselves to the type of exploring you'd get on a typical website.

We use PathFactory as a way to provide a bingable experience across our website as well as nurture through email marketing, social media, ABM activities, and microsites for pre-implementation communication with customers. PathFactory is now embedded in everything we do across our website, blog, social, sales prospecting and account management.

  • The onboarding and implementation experience was fantastic
  • Many of us small marketing teams do not have designers or web developers on staff, so having free resources for HTML for microsites or templated experiences would be amazing
  • Better integration with HubSpot similar to Salesforce for PathFactory. We use lead scoring from PF data but would love to have more information in the HubSpot contact record
Very appropriate for smaller or mid-size marketing teams looking for solutions for better web experiences and with teams who have a dedicated content strategist or sales enablement manager who can help sales with the utilization of this tool.

PathFactory is a great tool for those who are still stuck with sharing PDFs with their prospects and who rely on content marketing or just want to optimize their content hubs. To avoid PDFs being a dead end, PathFactory enables buyers to get hooked on the content they are reading. It also provides valuable information on how long did the users stay on your content, did they move to the next one, and where did they come from. A smooth integration with existing martech makes it suitable for organizations of any size or industry.

We use PathFactory to host and share marketing content and collateral with our prospects and customers. We create relevant, personalized content tracks to engage with various audiences in our target market, and utilize the engagement insights we get from PathFactory to inform future content decisions as well as enable our sales team with these insights for personalized follow-up.
  • Content engagement insights for Sales. Time spent enables them to prioritize their follow-up with high-intent leads who have increased time spent on content. Content journey insights allow the Sales team to see what content actually resonated with a prospect, enabling more personalized conversations throughout the sales cycle.
  • Content insights for Marketing. By analyzing PathFactory's insights on content, we are able to make smarter, more strategic decisions on the future content pieces we should produce based on what we know will resonate with our audience and what they will actually spend time reading.
  • Ease of use. Many members of our team are able to utilize the tool, uploading content and creating tracks in an easy and intuitive way.
  • Smart and supportive team. From the first sales cycle to our regular check-ins as customers, we have enjoyed every step of working with everyone we have come across on the PathFactory team.
  • Support team. The support team has specifically been so helpful in dealing with any bugs and even working with us to come up with new custom solutions to fit certain use cases in our go to market strategy.
  • Evolving into a more sales-focused UX. While the tool is great for marketing, there are some areas to improve the functionality of PathFactory for Sales in regards to navigating and sending out content as a salesperson.
  • GA goal reporting. I can't speak to this specifically, but I know our web team has run into some issues creating GA goals when we lead to a PathFactory track.
  • Evolved reporting. Reporting is great, but for some use cases, we have had to ask for custom reports that the team is always happy to create! But it would be great if this was self-serve.
Perfect for teams who want a deeper understanding of content engagement past form fills or page views. Great for marketing teams who are always looking for more insights to enable their sales teams to follow up on, specifically around intent. Currently, only for marketing teams to create content experiences for sales to share as they cannot create their own experiences.

PathFactory allows customers and prospects to get more information in whatever format they best consume content without having to search around to find it.

We use PathFactory in a number of ways, including for ABM and personalized campaigns, measuring engagement and content consumption from webinars, conferences, and campaigns, and for the sales team to have individualized tracks for prospects. We're gearing up to expand the usage of PathFactory to different sectors of the company and with more teams outside of demand gen and product marketing.

We use PathFactory to create curated landing pages for ABM initiatives and also to lead newly closed customers through a content path filled with training one-pagers and videos. We've also used it in email marketing to create general content journeys for prospects.

  • The microsite builder is not user friendly but there are ways to create pages that feel like microsites even though they are just content journeys.
  • I do think the reporting could be more intuitive. It also takes some time to load (although I realize this is an issue for a lot of software)
PathFactory works great for email marketing, ABM, and paid advertising. Our onboarding team also loves using it to help assimilate newly adopted customers with our software. Our sales team uses it to understand the specific features a prospect is interested in, but I think the sales piece could be enhanced for easier use. Sales reps are not easily convinced to use any software (well, at least ours aren't), so making the process as simple as possible would be beneficial. These are the only areas we've used it in, and it works well. We are a B2B software company - I don't think PathFactory would be helpful for a B2C company.

We use Pathfactory as a way to promote additional pieces of content that are relevant to the asset that a user finds via paid/organic searches. We also use it to create pages that are tailored specifically for accounts that we target to make sure all the content on the page is relevant to the questions and challenges that we are trying to solve.

  • Creating ABM types of pages with very little uplift from a technical perspective.
  • Makes it very simple to include carousels of content on your existing web pages.
  • Making complex pages isn't the easiest, as you are somewhat restricted in their page editor.
  • Some form of data validation would be valuable when multiple people are adding new content.
  • The analytics aren't the easiest to extract from the platform.
Anyone that is selling to businesses would be a good fit for Pathfactory. I feel like Pathfactory is an especially great fit if the product that you are selling requires buying from multiple people in an organization and if the product itself can be viewed as complex.

PathFactory is used to provide seamless self-nurturing experiences across many different channels. We struggled with one and done content experiences. PathFactory allows us to provide multiple pieces of relevant content in a single experience to allow a user to consume content at once rather than having to wait for additional emails or endless website searching. PathFactory was also implemented to provide more thoughtful lead scoring in relation to content consumption. Rather than scoring a lead based on an email click or open, we are able to incorporate content consumption time to provide more meaningful context to a lead's behavior.

PathFactory is a great tool for nurture activities across many different channels, but email especially. Rather than sending out one piece of content and hoping it's the right piece, users have the opportunity to "binge" through multiple pieces and/or find a more relevant piece if the first asset happened to not be the right one. PathFactory is great to find out account/user behavior. Rather than having to guess what topics are top of mind for a user, PathFactory captures the topics based on user behavior which can help you customize future content journeys.

We use PathFactory to easy share our marketing assets. The product address the issue of easily sharing a lot of different kind of assets and being able to put them in one place to consume. They also help us understand who is reviewing our assets. We use it all over our website and in our marketing/sales emails.

It is such a great way to organize a bunch of assets in one place or engage prospects with several different assets at once. I think if you dont have a lot of content to work with it might not be the best.

PathFactory is used to host multiple types of asset types which provides an important insight and overview of not only our current product suite, but also relevant hot topics covering anything from green crime to USA presidential elections. PathFactory allows Refinitiv to bring large amounts of important content in one track into a structured and informative format. The data we collate from PathFactory on visitors of our tracks provides us with a deeper understanding [of] their behavior which was not clear previously, so this has enhanced our ability to make better strategic decisions in how we nurture interested recipients of our tracks.

Given that Refinitiv is a relatively new brand in the financial world, we were spawn from Thomson Reuters, so our experience, top class product suite, and trusted clients came out of this together. Getting the message out there to prospects was important and PathFactory played an important role in hosting a lot of the content out there in the public domain via multiple channels. Another area PathFactory plays an important role is within our Demand Generation program in nurturing our prospects through a structured communication stream of relevant content.

PathFactory has been our go-to solution to share content externally with customers and prospects. It has allowed us to add a touch of personalization that comes a long way given the immense amount of data we could share with a specific contact or company. This tool has also allowed our teams to track the consumption of our content which has allowed us to take a look at trends and adjust for campaigns.

I've used a competing solution before path factory and I like Pathfactory much better because of the analytics, it's user friendly, and it's built into salesforce! I like how intuitive the dashboard is and how it sends assets as a link that doesn't have to be embedded, this shows our prospects that we're committed to security.

I use path factory for my own learning and for sending resources to prospects. It has improved communication and saved time for our marketing team, especially those who create the assets. It would be nice if there was a way that Salesloft could alert us when someone read a resource rather than going to salesforce.

PathFactory is immensely helpful when it comes to hosting, presenting and reporting on our creative collaterals and other assets. The fact that PathFactory makes embedding and sharing so seamless is an absolute dream. Reporting-wise, we find the detailed insights incredibly useful, and they've been key in helping us with our content optimization efforts.

We use pathfactory quite frequently at work. We’re all about saving money in any way possible, so finding the most efficient ways to communicate to clients/customers is very important to us.

Parhfactory is be very well suited at creating better leads. It makes for a much easier conversation as we can relate to our clients needs. It is less appropriate when we are looking for new leads, which I think it can do a better job at. Perhaps recording some keys search terms that somewhat relate to our product/service that we can use to create more leads.

I use Pathfactory to know how long our ebooks have been read, their title and what's their main topic. It's usually the only information i get
  • Track users
  • Create categories
  • What does the time of opening exactly means (active scrolling ? Open in a tab?)
Path factory is a good insight but hard to use when calling someone for the first time. We can't call saying 'Hi, I've seen that you spent 12 minutes (or just say "a lot of time") reading this earlier" because we sound intrusive really easily.
