I use Rippling to keep track of everything from Payroll, to benefits, to PTO, etc. It also keeps track of the company's org chart and reminds us of things like birthdays and company anniversaries.

We use Rippling as our HRIS system and use it to power all People and Finance Functions. From Onboarding and Benefits elections and enrollments to payroll and time keeping - Rippling is the powerhouse that keeps us going! All employee information is stored in Rippling and within the People Team of our company I use it every day to either process a change, look up information I need in the moment, or pull a report that I will use to further accomplish my objectives. We have recently decided to add the Applicant Tracking System aspect to our Subscription and we are looking very forward to seeing the myriad benefits of using Rippling to process and handle that kind of information. Rippling's recipes and workflows have completely revolutionized how we do our People business and I am exponentially more pleased with this HRIS than our last product, which also happened to be great for what we needed at the time.

Rippling's workflows and recipes have completely revolutionized how we handle our People processes.Our onboarding and offer letter process has become very fluid and streamlined so that documents are signed and sorted in real-time and are easily retrievable for future reference.Have custom reports triggered to send out to the right people is also a game-changer, and I enjoy having custom reports that I can refer to and update in real-time whenever I need them. We love Rippling!

Rippling has been incredibly easy to use as an employee. It's very helpful to know there is one place I can go to find all of my necessary documents – from benefits to vacation requests. It also keeps all of my employment contracts handy. My company uses Riplling for Payroll, Benefits, and Time and Attendance. I use it for checking payroll and insurance - as well as PTO. Our company has several regions across the US. Ripplings is universal enough to be used by everyone across the company. It's extremely user friendly and save a us a lot of time with reporting. It's easy to make adjustments and updates.

It's also easy to request time off; there are a few different ways I would like to view my data for my time off requests, but that is also very simple and straight forward to use.

I use Rippling primarily for payroll, benefits & learning management for myself and my team. I have used a number of different workplace management systems and have by far found Rippling to be the most efficient, user-friendly, one that I have worked with. Additionally, the user interface is simple and crisp, the workflows are intuitive & customizable and there is a very comprehensive set of service offerings making Rippling a great "one-stop shop" for HR-related needs.

  • Sometimes, it's a bit confusing about what features are available to me in the "Admin" account vs. the "Employee" account.
  • Not sure if this is an available feature but if not, enable dotted line relationships to be illustrated in Org charts.
  • More detailed overview about app store and integrations.
A few scenarios where I think Rippling is well suited: For companies that have team members that are distributed in different geographic regions, For companies that have a really lean Human Resources team where efficiency matters even more, For companies that are looking for a comprehensive "one-stop-shop" for Human Resources related services.

I use Rippling in a talent acquisition way. I hire people, process offer letters, manage documentation, merit increases, etc. The only problem I have with Rippling is the response time when you are creating offer letters. It takes an insane amount of time for information to pull from JazzHR and auto populate in Rippling.

Rippling is a great platform with some very good integrations. The reporting features are great. I do administrative tasks-approving employee time off; reviewing survey results. I also use it as an employee to request time off, review benefit information, access employee benefit documents. We also, use it to complete company wide surveys.

I appreciate that Rippling is so user friendly. I very rarely need to reach out directly to our Human Resources department because it is so easy to find all that I need on Rippling. I’ve been able to easily gain access to benefits information, organizational charts and employee job titles, as well as payroll and leave request information.

I use it to keep up to date on any benefit elections and payroll changes, as well as time off request and accruals. It's a very user friendly site that is simple and easy to navigate while Rippling takes care of the complexity that is the nature of insurance and electing benefits.

Rippling has always been an easy tool to use to manage my own HR related need and my direct reports'. The email notifications help make sure that nothing falls through the cracks and navigating the UI is straightforward. I've used some 'legacy' HRIS tools as well, but prefer using Rippling.

I use both the Employee account, as a W-2 and the Admin account, as a manager. I find both are extremely easy to navigate. They provide real time access to both information I need (staff management) and learning (LMS system). The reminders keep me on track to hit deadlines, which I'm sure make our HR team's work easier. We are a virtual company - there's no "HR person" to walk over and talk to. Rippling is extremely intuitive, easy to use. They have a fun personality, as well. I like the puns in the automated emails announcing it's pay day (yppie pie yay!). Feels personalized and human, as much as tech can be. I have recommended Rippling to other business owners.

For an a user to navigate so many applications can be confusing and time consuming. Rippling has many applications that is centralized making it easy to access new information, historic information, provide information, and request information. If I need an employee verification letter or a medical group number, Rippling makes it easy to request and have within minutes.

In addition, all employee are readily available thru a email, text, or call thru the mobile app. If I am a customer site, I can text a question using the mobile app so I can answer a question or two. Every helpful.

I use Rippling daily to login and out. I am able to review my benefits, time and attendance, payroll, and for learning management. I am also able to put in for time off which helps me keep an accurate account of my time available.
  • It keeps a count of my days available for time off.
  • It keeps up with my clock ins and outs.
  • It helps me to see my payroll in case there is an issue.
  • I would like to see a tab for weekly praise or encouragement.
  • I am pleased with the tabs available right now.
  • I would like to receive a pop up if there are task that need to be completed.
I think that having the learning management gives us easier access to modules that need to be completed. I like being able to see my clock in and out times..

We used to use another software to manage HR including payroll, time off, benefits etc. But it was extremely hard to use and locked out very often.

Now we are switching to Rippling and it's day and night. Rippling is sooo easy to use and friendly.

As a director I use it for my own personal benefits and time off management, but I also use it to approve employee payroll, and time off requests. It covers everything from full details of the benefits available to you to open enrollment each year.

it's bar none, one of the best user expereiences i've had accessing personal admin information. it's very much a self serve tool that has made it easy to understand what's available to you and is great at alerting you of tasks. I feel that at times the email reminders they send can be in abundance (not sure if there's a setting for this) but I feel open enrollment has only been open for 5 business days and i've already received 5 reminders (one each day) it's excessive IMO.

All HR-related management, including payroll, is on a single login website so that people do not need to jump for benefits, 401K, or FSA separately from one site to another.

Onboarding and benefits elections are a breeze with Rippling! With so many people working remotely nowadays, it's nice to have an online tool for these items that keeps information safe and secure.

  • When asking for additional forms, the ability to fill them out right in Rippling would be nice instead of downloading, completing and uploading again.
I have not used many other platforms in my short time in the HR world but I absolutely love Rippling and all it has to offer so far!

Rippling is very thoughtfully designed, and it's easy to do the things I need to do as an employee. Requesting vacation time is one example. I can see my balance, request PTO, see my future balance, and more. As a manager I get notified when a member of my team has requested PTO and I can easily approve it.

For benefits enrollment, they make it super easy, having all the paperwork pre-filled out with my information and I just need to review and sign after making my plan selections.
