Webex Meetings is always available when we require it for conversation purposes. I have not experienced any downtime period since I started working with it. It has the capability to work on desktop or mobile applications. The configuration process is simple and it is easy to work with its features. It has the best voice output and videos displayed during meetings are always clear.

->I often experienced this issue in the desktop version, updates happen automatically. For instance, I was about to join a meeting and when I launched Webex it has started an update it took around 10 minutes to complete the update. So updates need to be notified prior and the user should have the option to decline or update later.
->Sometimes very rarely unknown errors occur in the web version but very rare.

There haven't been any issues so far in terms of opening the apps or anything. It didn't have any application errors or unplanned outages. It always lived up to my expectations. I didn't have any issues with latency problems or freezing of the app. Loved the product as a whole.

The Webex meeting, when you do not have a desktop application. it directs you to the browser view. which browser view has more flexibility view than in another platform. yet it also can put attendee view to sync with host view, making the meeting looks uniform, and more focused on the presentation itself. Webex has also Noise Removal or optimizing your sound in meetings which makes attendees better at hearing and listening to the meeting.

This adds added value to the product for users as not everyone likes the predefined video layouts. can be accessed by users for free and can be directly downloaded on PC, App Store and Playstore. After the download is complete, this application can be used immediately. Real-time translation from English to various languages. I have never experienced any unplanned outages or application errors in the past 2 years of my extensive usage. Their app experience is particularly smooth and so far I have not encountered any issues with their speed, audio and video, while I have encountered a few issues while using their competitor's applications.

Highly recommended for every company. Worth being as a platform and [starting use] in your company. Easy to use and very [user-friendly]. Helps a lot with [you're] day-to-day meetings integrates [easily] with outlook calendar and has a very nice app for both mobile platform IOS and Android. Also offers a lot apps feature to follow up on any tickets that you have raised inside your company.

Like a number of video meeting hosting applications, it requires that an applet be downloaded in order to run it from a machine with full features. Although it is rare that the application crashes or doesn't work effectively, the downloading of the applet/application for new users can often be prohibitive and itself somewhat of a deterrent to easily login and join.

There are still areas where bandwidth is an issue.. and even in populated cities, simple things like lousy wifi or being 'too high' up in a building to receive good cellular. So, low bandwidth (data compression) is still a technology that should be emphasized and worked on/with.

It takes some time to log in to Webex Meeting and i have to install the desktop application every time I have to join the meeting. So I have manually installed the desktop client to overcome the hassle. I have not faced any outage with Webex Meeting till now. But the collaboration fully needs lots of privileges which are sometimes a hassle.

This software is very available. We've had no problems with their system being down. A great feature is your personal room. You can use it as well to invite people to and the meeting number never changes. I also like the break-out rooms and the whiteboard. It works very well. Another great feature is the waiting room. It will allow you to permit people into the meeting.
