[...] uses Chorus by ZoomInfo in meetings that we have with people outside of our company. It is used as a note taker to capture key points discussed as well as next step action items. This allows us to be fully present on the call instead of manually trying to make notes. Chorus by ZoomInfo also saves us time by providing a full recap of those key points and action items that can be quickly copied and pasted into our CRM instead of having to type in our notes.

We have found Chorus by ZoomInfo to be an appropriate tool in a number of scenarios. The scenarios we most often use Chorus by ZoomInfo are when we are providing a prospect with a demo of our solutions or discussing ongoing projects that we are working on with our clients. Other scenarios include calls where we are talking with other companies about possibly establishing mutual partnerships.

The key features that we use are the call recordings and deal notifications. The call recordings help us understand how the flow of each call went. It shows us whether we were asking the right questions and providing the information the people on the other end were looking for. It shows us where we did things well and where we need improvement. The deal notifications help us stay on top of our pipeline and help guide us as to when follow ups need to be made and whether the next steps we needed to take have been done.
Unless the people on the other end of the call object to it being used, Chorus by ZoomInfo is a tool that we use on every external meeting. We tried Gong for a short while and found that it did not compare well with Chorus by ZoomInfo. While Chorus by ZoomInfo will usually give you ten key points from the call in good detail, Gong usually gave us three to four points that were delivered in short poorly worded sentences.
Our VP of Sales recently asked our sales team to prepare a Power Point presentation on one of the SAP solutions that [...] provides. We each chose different services and formatted our slide decks differently. At the end of each presentation the team provided each of us with feedback as to what they liked about our presentation and what they felt we could improve upon. We decided at the start of the call to use Chorus by ZoomInfo to record it so that we could go back at anytime to review everything.
We have been using ZoomInfo for the past four years and their knowledge base and free training resources have always been a tremendous value to us. They have always reached out to us whenever we have added new sales people to see what they could provide in the way of onboarding and training. At one point we thought we had lost several calls that we had recorded and their customer support team helped us work through the issue and helped us recover the calls.
We stayed with Chorus by ZoomInfo because of the superior way it recaps our calls. Depending on the length of the call and what is being discussed, Chorus by ZoomInfo will usually provide 10 key points in clear detail. When we used Gong, we were finding it was only providing three or four key points. The quality of the recaps was very low as they were very short and were not worded very well.

We use Chorus by ZoomInfo for 2 major needs, which is finding contacts within an organization to build business and pipeline and reviewing our business calls. With these two pieces being leveraged within our org we are able to continuously improve and make sure we are finding ways of getting our business moving forward. Being able to review calls and dive into our discovery process or negoations as been critical for improvement among us as sellers and this tool provides that for us.

Chorus by ZoomInfo has been able to provide me areas to really hone in on where I am to improve for discussions within a deal. In particular giving me the ability to not just look at my own performance but grab key quotes when bringing them back up to a prospect and using that during our discussions when it comes to change.

Scorecards have been inpactful for our business as it has helped us look at ways we can improve not just as a seller but where we could ask better questions to the prospect. Also, making sure we are making proper discovery and asking the right questions. Other key pieces are looking at how long we are talking so we are able to distinguish ranting vs providing value.
It fits well into my tech stack now as everyone in our company is using it. They use it for grabbing recordings, getting feedback, or just learning from other peers who are doing well in their roles. Without this tool we would not be able to fully see where we are all able to improve and get thing rolling in the right direction.
Most ways have been to provide snippets to sellers by someone who is reviewing the calls at the end of the week. It provides us with a view on how others are handling their deals and maybe some lines we can use in our own. Major win for the org as a whole.
I have not had the chance to work with the Chorus by ZoomInfo support system. thankfully, everything has been relatively easy to use, and I have been able to find everything I need. Should it be any close to the way their support in the past has been with finding contact I imagine it to go very well.
It works well with the ability to find contacts as these are typically the ppl i engage and will then have on my own calls. Being able to find new contacts and then see how the interaction is with them has provided me with direction in deals and works well to get things moving and not lost.

Chorus by ZoomInfo is used in my organisation as a note taker who joins prospect meetings. I find it super useful as often when engaged in conversation it is hard to make notes and remember everything discussed. The tool at the end of the meeting which provides a meeting recap and overview is so great and assists me with adding notes into our CRM

At my organisation Chorus by ZoomInfo is used as a note taker to join meetings, record our discussion, provide coaching, conversation analytics, and provide a wrap up which includes a follow up email to the prospect that we have met wit calling out action items, any follow up that we said we would do, and the bulk of what we discussed.
I very much enjoy used Chorus by ZoomInfo, it easily plugs into my google calendar and is easy to add to meeting invites, meetings are then run through Zoom which most people are familiar with. The tool is silent in the background and simply appears as a notetaker. I find this tool super intuitive and simple to use
Chorus by ZoomInfo is used within my organisation by the Account Development Representative team, there have been a huge number of positive impacts but I'll say one that I like the most is the capabilities to monitor the number of filler words we use per minute, we can then monitor this over time and aim to improve.
I have not had the pleasure of working with the Chorus by ZoomInfo customer support team. In my organisation we have a team member who is trained on the Chorus by ZoomInfo tool and we reach out to this particular colleague for support. I will however say that this colleague of ours knows the tool back to front so it would seem as though they have been well trained.

Chorus by Zoominfo gives a 10-point breakdown of every conversation that is easy for the sales team to review! The AI email breakdown after calls is my favorite feature. I copy and paste it every time and put it in the notes tab on HubSpot to refer to. It's also nice that it automatically adds to customer calls, and I don't have to remember to turn on the recording.

I appreciate having the AI conversation breakdown of Chorus by Zoominfo because Zoom's transcript recording doesn't do that. Chorus by ZoomInfo is nicer to share a recording of with colleagues and easier to snippet and share a few minutes from the call. However, I sometimes don't like the search functionality in Chorus by ZoomInfo.

To be honest I don't use any of these features via Chorus by ZoomInfo and was never trained on them. I just use the recording and AI breakdown. I would say it has helped me realize I need to talk less and let the prospect talk more.
Chorus by ZoomInfo is integrated with Zoom. We use Zoominfo to get contacts from Linkedin Sales Nav to Hubspot / Salesloft. We didn't use a recording tool before Chorus by ZoomInfo and were just watching recording from zoom directly. Its nice that Chorus by ZoomInfo calls don't delete after 90 days like Zoom does (unless downloaded).

Sales uses Chorus.ai to review calls, coach and skill development. It records zoom meetings and phone calls and is a very useful tool to improve sales.
