I used Rippling as an employee to manage my own information like benefit and time off. It is super user friendly and makes it easy for me to have all of my information in one place.

I think it's great for companies of any size. It's easy for employees to use and see all of their information in one spot. It's super easy for me to manage my benefits, time off and other info without having to search in multiple places.

I use both the Rippling app as well as the desktop site for all of my work/HR needs. I mainly use it to look up employee info, benefits, resources, and any other kind of info that HR would typically provide us. I love that it's easy to use on both the app and the desktop site, and everything such as benefits comes up simplified

Rippling is well suited for looking up any kind of info I do not have at hand and would have needed to contact HR for. Things like benefits, insurance policies, employee contact info, and just any kind of personal data on my own employment. It's not so much suited to see my current hours/work week hours or clocking in/out

I like that Rippling is very intuitive. Rippling is very easy to navigate through for my payroll and Benefits. I enjoy the displays that are set up to inform me on all health benefits including medical, dental, and vision. Rippling makes if very easily accessible to compare different plans. I also use Rippling to easily track my PTO days. Rippling makes it very easy to view my used and unused PTO days. And the submission process is super user friendly and quick.

Rippling is helping me pick my best choice as far as medical elections. Rippling is helping me keep track of my paychecks and ensuring that they are accurate and easily viewable.

Rippling makes it easy to access my pay stubs and request time off. We also have it integrated with our Salesforce, so it makes it easy to sign in to Salesforce from Rippling.

Rippling makes it very easy to stay on top of benefits enrollment tasks and helps provide resources so that the process is very smooth. The automated emails when payroll goes through is also very helpful to track when payroll has been processed. I also enjoy how user friendly the home dashboard is, the list of to-do tasks is always easy to navigate to.

  • Website somewhat slow to load
It's very nice to be able to have payroll, benefits, and tax information all in one place. Sometimes difficult to remember where the tax information is, but a few clicks gets me there every time. The emails from Rippling are always a helpful reminder about when payroll goes through or if there are any outstanding tasks to complete, specifically during open enrollment periods.
