Webex, I feel, is good for onine meetings with fewer participants than large masses. Webex is suitable for: Virtual meetings using video. It works well for both small, medium, and large audiences. Recording the meetings and saving the transcripts Conducting meetings using a variety of devices with or without video. Meeting reminders are a nice feature as well. It is not suitable for meetings that require the user to use the whiteboard feature. That feature is hard to use with a mouse.

A great tool if you need to host larger presentations or training. We have had more than 200 attendees to our meetings and everything worked just fine without any issues like sound issues to anyone in the meeting. It has a ton of great features and a great great user experience overall.

Cisco WebEx is the best application for video and audio meetings for corporate and personal use. I recommend WebEx application is the best application around the world for officials meetings. It is less appropriate for larger file sharing. Improvement in the setting and more customization help users to do more agile meeting conversations.

Cisco Webex Meetings is well suited for telephony and video conferencing with remote meeting participants and integrates well with physical conferencing devices in office conference rooms. This lets us run meetings and presentations with meeting participants mixed between being physically colocated and remotely located. It also lets us record the meetings and presentations which provides team members that were not able to join the meeting when it was scheduled to still be able to consume the meeting or presentation content at a time more suitable to them.

Document sharing (rather than screen sharing) needs to be improved so that there can be guaranteed consistency between what the host see and what the attendee sees. At the moment the only way to guarantee this is by using the discontinued UCF format. Screen sharing is nit a viable solution as the annotation toools for the attendees is not available. Apart from that [Cisco] Webex Meetings is reliable and comfortable way to conduct online classes. Ability for users accessing meetings from phones or tablets to be able to use the annoation tools would be useful.

I think itS Best Suited for video meetings but needs more work if you have a lot of people since it's harder to focus on everyone. I have only tested Webex 5k once but I am told that handles 5,000 users and I assume might have more features to help with the Muting and access for participants

Great for company meetings, one-to-one meetings, ideation between the colleagues, for college or school lectures also for training as well. For Webinar kind of situation for larger participants, WebEx events are a more appropriate solution due to much more efficient cloud control and registration features. For Paid events or lectures as well WebEx meeting is suited for the small crowd as it is easy to confirm the number of participants who are present but for larger crowd, WebEx events is great as it provides the feature of Registration Number (Which can be used once per user)

When you need to connect with your team members, Webex Meetings is [a] great tool for this. The user interface is very simple and everyone can understand [it] easily. I am actually going to be focusing on my old company to sell Webex to them. They get between 300-500 emails a day. Using the Teams space for some of the emails that get sent daily will really improve productivity for them. They will not have to search through emails to find files; they can simply search in the space for what they are looking for.

Webex Meetings is able to scale its offering to fit most use cases and feature requirements. Simple 1:1 calls or small team meetings can be scheduled and hosted in seconds. The same scheduling workflow can then be followed to create meetings or training with dozens to hundreds of attendees. Those attendees can join and receive a consistent user interface and features regardless of their platform or method of joining.

It's best tool to have clear voice call with client with easy to use web interface. User can easily schedule recurring meeting with ease which also notify the all user. Sometime if user don't have proper internet connection then he/she can also join by dialing mentioned number. Sometimes it takes too much time to join the meeting which somewhat I think Webex must fix.
