Based on provided feature sets the ongoing developments & the utilization of existing hardware's with free Audio dial in the plan & no additional license cost & cost-effective solution with their own hardware if required as well as the complexity of the GUI & ease in participants joining & controls in the meeting making it a great solution.

Webex Meetings software is largely available, although it could be harder to suggest using this software while communicating with companies that have never heard of Webex Meetings. In other words, if more companies adopt Webex Meetings will make the software more available for the users. The adoption will drive tool availability, especially overseas.

Most of the time all works really well. However, on startup, it can take some time for it to load in and get going. I find that it repeats itself a few times Webex meetings and Webex are both applications on my laptop. They duplicate themselves at the start and slow the whole process down. So when you arrive at your desk and turn on your laptop for the first call of the day you have to plan 10 mins before to allow it to get through its processing. Do not worry MS Teams is worse, you need to leave 20 mins after startup.

I have been using Webex Meetings every day for the last 2 years, and I have never had any failure. It has proven its reliability without a doubt. The only time I had issues accessing meetings, was when I had a problem with my internet connection, and then I was able to use voice-only meetings.

We have had near-zero support issues with Webex since we started using this 4 years ago. Deployment of the client, user training, education, and post-deployment support [has] been easy to handle and resolve. Creating, modifying, joining, and administering Webex meetings and scheduling is easy to do and [has] proven pretty easy to train staff and third parties to join and use.

As described before, probably it is the most reliable platform among the ones we use in our organization, so usually, there is no problem at all using it. Availability problems only happen when the organization exceeds the session slots that are established at the platform acquisition moment. A possible improvement would be the possibility to reuse the slot of a canceled meeting.

Webex Meetings is a secure and reliable product. As a cloud technology, Webex Meetings is accessible on any device type and in any workplace setting as long as you have a solid Wi-Fi/internet connection. We haven't had any problems using Webex to conduct online meetings across our organization or with our clients.

There are rarely any outages that we have seen or come across using Cisco Webex Meetings. Any maintenance or planned outage is done considering less or no impact to business which is done in non-business hours. A very good calendar is maintained to help users plan for any outages or regular maintenance.

It appears to be a decent piece of software however there is still some room for improvement. Performance and ease of use are some of the factors that can be discussed here. Also, initial setup sometimes takes a lot of time which can potentially be avoided - this would make the initial experience much better.

We can rely on Webex Meetings to be available whenever we need them. Anywhere and anytime, we can use it, and the meeting experience is still excellent even if we're using our mobile devices. I'd like to see more integration with VoIP services in this application. All of Cisco's collaboration tools will benefit from artificial intelligence.
