Usability is very simple. After a quick and easy scheduling (or using personal room) everything is very straightforward. The new icons with the text clear any kind of confusion as to what the buttons mean. The new breakout rooms are super simple and work great.

Cisco Webex Meetings is a really easy-to-use solution. Cisco has a mentality linked to joining meetings: one button to push. There is always the same big green button that appears everywhere—on invitation emails, in the calendar, on videoconferencing devices, on the application in our phones and tablets. One button and the meeting is started. Anyone can start a meeting.

The solution is therefore minimally demanding for IT teams, and even easy to set up and support for smaller environments where there simply isn't an IT team.

I use it a lot and think it is very user friendly. I think there are some things that could be improved, particularly with helping users understand and differentiate between scheduled meetings and their personal meeting room. The way this is laid out in your account as well as the app is confusing. I'd say our users have the most difficulty understanding this distinction and how to effectively use each--why and how to choose one over the other. It seems obvious to me, but there is a lot of confusion over this at my institution.

Cisco Webex Meetings is very easy to use, and is also intuitive, which requires less training from our internal IT teams. This results in an excellent end-user experience for new users. Cisco Webex Meetings also continues to add new features and functionality as well as security measures on a monthly cadence which keeps the service fresh.

On Mac computers, there have been times when Webex Meetings did not work well. This particularly seems to be the case when it comes to screen sharing and audio selection. As to screen sharing, there have been times when I would attempt to share a specific application in Webex, but the other people on the meeting couldn't see my screen. As for audio selection, Webex doesn't always do a good job of automatically selecting the current headset and microphone that you are using. It will sometimes default to a different audio input/output than the one currently in use by the system. Zoom never seems to have this problem.

Being a very common and simple product provides a great advantage. There may be problems with issues such as whether to use it for the browser or by installing the webex application on the computer. However, installation instructions and automatic prompts are sufficient. Supporting mac and windows operating system increases its usability.

The usability is great as it is seamless and you can join from anywhere, schedule using @webex, and use the great endpoints for a rich experience. There are options for everyone and lately, the speed of development has gone up which is really great to see.

Integration into Outlook and having the desktop client is really helpful in scheduling and having meetings. The chat feature set in the meetings does not have all the features and capabilities required by the younger folks and should be more feature rich like a Messenger or Teams chat.

The ease of use and intuitiveness is what drives the adoption and following of this product. Users are willing to use this product due to the simplicity in setting up as NOC and schedule meetings. No specialized training is required. Another key feature is the availability of the product in other organizations which helps also in utilizing of the product.

I would rate this a ten if we could get the "Panelist" role back instead of using the Cohost role with so many privileges. A Cohost (who is just visiting and watching their AMs in a Breakout session) can actually end a meeting if they are not careful. Need to be able to adjust these privileges!

Cisco Webex Meetings is easy to use. People do not need much training to proficiently use it. Even students can easily use it, via the web app, desktop app, or mobile app. The administrative use of Cisco Webex (i.e., Control Hub) is not so easy and straightforward. No detailed guides are available to explain some common use cases.

Simple to use and integrates with almost everything, especially Microsoft Office products. Even in cases where it did not fully integrate with some of our software - specifically with Lotus Notes - parts of it did. For example, I was not able to directly tie WebEx to my Lotus Notes calendar but was able to download .ics files to open with my calendar.

Overall, WebEx gets the job done with a simple and intuitive interface. Some of the areas in Events Center look dated, especially when compared with Meetings Centers, but I feel this area will be updated to maintain a consistent look, feel and user experience across the entire WebEx collaboration platform. The platform does what you need it to do without a ton of extra useless features.
