Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

At this point, we're off Hootsuite entirely. At peak use, I was the only user in our small organization, though others were trained on it if they had an interest. Marketing and communications are the most obvious uses but I can imagine some companies using Hootsuite and other social conversation monitors to strategize in other areas.

We no longer use Hootsuite Free because we now use Sprout Social which gives us a better overall insight to our social activity. We have two hotel properties we manage. Both properties have their own unique profiles for Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.

One human resources representative and two marketing representatives use the free version of Hootsuite. We have too many profiles to use the free version of Hootsuite for the rest of the company, so we upgraded to the paid Hootsuite. We are still working with similar issues with the paid version and adding more users becomes very pricey.

Marketing and Operations. I do a lot to keep the company running as the Operations Manager. Everything from trucks and equipment to products and supplies. Marketing is just one of my hats that I wear on occasion. This is why Hootsuite has been so helpful. I'm able to schedule posts for the future and plan out the posts.

It is mainly me and one other person that use HootSuite - I spend all of my working hours on HootSuite, while the other person in the company is my supervisor and only goes on for administrative reasons.
Because I am the social media manager for the entire company, I do all planning, writing, scheduling, interacting, and more. If we were a bigger company, we would have some people designing, some people writing, and some people scheduling, and I would delegate each task.

1 I am the CEO. I use it to see if things have been scheduled properly and way in advance. I further modify the posts if needed.
2. My social media guy directly uploads the status and creative to Hootsuite. HootSuite helps him to strategise things better and saves his time.

There is only one person that uses Hootsuite in the company. He is the responsible for the company and clients' social media management and uses this tool almost every day. He creates the editorial series of posts for the whole month, thinks about the most logical sequence for each company considerating special dates such as holidays and promotions, and easily schedules it using Hootsuite.

We use Hootsuite Enterprise to manage our social media platforms, which are five different Facebook pages, a Twitter account, an Instagram account and a Linkedin account. The social media management is under two departments: mainly the marketing one, but also the events organisation one. Through Hootsuite we are also able to see whoever has scheduled anything, even if it was another member of the team.

Those working on our social media team and two customers with access through our account to their social channels. The ability to cross-collaborate with team members and create various teams is one of my favorite features of HootsuitePro.

Our team of three encompassed posting social updates (as well as paid ads), creating original graphics and video content and copywriting for both organic and paid social, as well as for landing pages, emails, web content, etc. Then the three of us collectively teamed up to run analytics on all marketing efforts.

One of them is the Marketing Director, she points the goals and the path we need to follow to achieve them. She is also the bridge between our department and the others.

The second one is me, I am the Social Media and Community manager, I function as mini communication department.

The people that use Hootsuite Pro primarily work in the marketing and advertising department. More specifically, it's used by individuals who have a key responsibility to manage our clients' social media presence and efforts. While we provide access to them, it's not used as often by our end clients (since we manage the work).

As content strategist and specialist, I'm the only active user of Hootsuite at my organization. I'm tasked with "feeding the social media beast," allowing fresh content to flow through our digital channels. Our mission is to curate interesting posts, publish our press releases, and incite engaging discourse through our content.
