Cisco Webex is still a helpful platform, particularly for large organizations. Multipurpose: Conferences and live webinars, and IT support are just some of the uses of this tool. There are no complicated features to learn how to use. It is unquestionably more user-friendly than the alternatives.

I chose Webex Meeting because it has more complete features. The quality of the video that is served is of HD (High Definition) standard. So, the video is not blurry. In addition, you can customize the layout of the video, making it easier to convey information. the capacity that can accommodate up to 10,000 participants in one broadcast. It is very well used with the aim of getting as much audience as possible. In addition, the video and sound presented are of the best quality and also have a video on/off feature, so that privacy is maintained during the meeting.

Good to use when you have no other choice, otherwise Zoom is easier and Microsoft Teams is much more powerful.

We chose Webex Meetings because of the prerequisite of our suppliers/vendors. If we had a choice, we would choose Zoom for simple video communications or Microsoft Teams for more demanding video communications, including things like better whiteboard functionality, much better screen sharing, and text chatting - all in one window.

Webex Meetings particularly works well in slower network settings when compared to other apps. We were able to communicate effectively with the help of automatic captions. Their app is more fluid than their competitors. Their hassle-free experience when setting up meetings is an added advantage. Fully recommend this application over their competitors.

I prefer Zoom/Team in comparison to Webex for the following reasons: 1. Delay in joining calls 2. Delay in sharing presentation 3. Not intuitive enough 4. Webex crashes often 5. Webex hangs the system 6. Where is the "Mute all" button Do not have limitations on words, one can express a lot of things in under 50 words.

Once the Best in Class But Now Hard to Justify Cost Relative to Distinct Features and Special Abilities
Initially, Webex was the most reliable, secure, and feature-rich option on the market when we started our online schools 12 years ago. Skype was much more of a social platform (prior to Skype Business) and we wanted to communicate to potential school partners and parents that we were, indeed, a reputable, trustworthy, and reliable organization that didn't just throw open-source technologies together and then charge an arbitrary price.

Webex is fantastic and user friendly
Webex is easy to manage. It gives immense quality compared to other online meeting apps. It doesn’t crash often. Very good support from the Cisco Webex team. Able to configure both SIP and h323 protocols. Its integration with VIdeo conferencing devices is easy and they provide great quality. It is easy to use.

Webex is the go-to Software for seamless collaboration
- Microsoft Teams and Zoom
I used Microsoft Teams and Zoom in different companies. The part where Webex makes a difference is a seamless synchronization with meeting room equipment and the stability of the meetings compared to Zoom and Teams. Every time we need to host a big meeting in Teams (because the company is using Teams) I always hold my breath and hope for the best because anything can happen. Because Webex provides stability, you don't have to worry about a problem during an important meeting.

Something negative in my opinion is the video and image quality that Zoom maintains is of low quality, in addition to organizing a meeting you must be sure if the chat will be used otherwise it will not be possible to activate it once the meeting has started.

A great vedio/audio conference cloud based application to collaborate with people across geography
Webex is good for large scale townhall meetings, whereas team is good for teams collaboration in small teams. Webex has a chrome extension and is a light application, Teams is a heavy application and it comes with the whole set of office apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Webex calls never drop in the middle but teams call drop if you open a parallel teams client in a virtual machine.

It is lacking some features that Google Meet and Zoom have now. When covid first hit they were all about the same, but since then, Webex has dropped the ball. Webex only has 200 meeting participants whereas Zoom has 1000. Webex is lacking a touch-up appearance filter. They also don't integrate with as many vendors as Zoom.

I like Webex [Meetings] for the conference features. It allows many people to join and be in [a] listen-only mode. This works great so the speakers are not interrupted until it is time to do that.
