  • Switching to BigCommerce actually improved our SEO ranking just by making the switch.
  • BigCommerce allowed us to increase the amount of site visitors we had.
  • We ended saving a bit by switching our payment processing to Braintree powered by PayPal which BigCommerce offers a good rate for enterprise users only which is easy to set up.

  • Having the ability to offer single item orders or multi quantity of items, with various pricing points makes it easier to have diverse buyers and sellers on our platform, making it a big plus for our members regardless if they are the buyers or sellers.
  • Streamlining all aspects of the supply chain and the ability to customize 3rd party applications where needed makes this platform needed in our ever changing world and its various market places. This is cost effective in serving your clients and giving them a choice other than just the Big Tech Conglomerates.
  • We needed to give our members a better experience since our model demands for such, so I decided that giving our members and users a better customer experience will benefit everyone much more in the long run, than having started out with less features or options.
