I used Zoom for all the official meetings. Basically Zoom is the solution for virtual office setup. The main challenge was to connect people physically for a meeting or any official gathering, it was time taking and too much hectic. Zoom solved these issues really very well. It saves the time and also increases the productivity. In our creative field we have to take help very often to our seniors. It was also time taking and less productive. By Zoom we can call anyone instantly even during meetings also in break out rooms. We can get help by sharing our screen and also can help others remotely by taking access to their pc. So for me this is the best solution for saving time increasing productivity and making life easier.

- We can choose breakout room for discussion separately.
- Real-Time Transcription and Translation- Its translation and transcription does not work well . There should improvement

- Advanced noise cancelation - Noise cancelation should more advance.

Best features are available for free of cost. it is well suited for our business and all, so we opt this as our primary source
We use Zoom Phone and Zoom Meetings. There are many VOIP providers, but we needed something that JUST works. We don't need fancy call center features. We just need a phone, a simple automated attendant, and integration with our CRM to log calls and meetings. Zoom does all of that and the price is good. It is simple to use, works all the time and stays out of the way.

ZOOM is miles ahead of the game.
Since COVID-19, Zoom has allowed us to migrate to the online platform, which has reduced travel time and cost and made it a very positive experience for our users.
- Breakout rooms.
- AI Summary.
- Recording of Sessions.
- Annotate could be more visible, often first time users have difficulties locating it.

I wouldn't say I like Teams; it's complicated, and it lacks functionality; often, clients use Teams, so im forced to use it, but during meetings, I end up sending them Zoom links so we can continue on Zoom.
