We are using Google Drive as a productivity tracker and brainstorm dump. We share ideas in one DOC and it is much easier to track everyone's input without having multiple documents in different places. We also love the calendar which we have connected with Outlook calendars.

I will certainly renew my Premium subscription to Evernote because it makes it easier to run my business as well as provide the current level of service to my clients. I have not found any alternative that comes close to what I'm able to achieve via my Evernote database and the tools it provides.

iCloud is mainly used to organize personal contacts to import into our contact database, sync photos across multiple devices, share settings between iPhone, iPad, and MacBooks, to screencast presentations and multimedia, and to message rather than use cell phone data.

This program is simply part of my daily routine now. I am a programmer and in order to stay relevant, I have to study a lot. Evernote enables me to keep all of my study notes and ideas all in one place and every place at the same time.

I think it's great for any project, as it helps to structure and streamline the process. Maybe the only scenario where it wouldn't be as appropriate would be a big art team with a lot of images and other art assets that they would need to collaborate on.

I pay $45 annually for my Evernote Premium subscription. This is a $15 discount to the $5 monthly Evernote Premium subscription. Frankly, I get far too much value from Evernote to ever consider leaving it.

I use it for back up of my documents because I have multiple iOS devices, iPhone, and iPad, which the standard cloud doesn't have enough space for. I am a paid user so I can back up documents and it's convenient because it integrates with other apps when I need to upload documents.

We actually use all three, Apple iCloud, Google Drive, and Dropbox. We use them for storing different kinds of files. With word documents and excel documents, we use Google Drive. For large saved files (designer files) we use Dropbox, and for Apple we use all of our photos, and random daily storage.
