We're taking advantage of apps that BigCommerce has partnered with (ShipperHQ, Yotpo Reviews, etc) to increase functionality in specific areas where other companies may not need that functionality. We haven't yet needed to take advantage of the open API for our own customizations.

- Improved the interface design times
- Simplify implementation of payment gateways
- Ease the integration times with other tools like online chat support
- It's streamlined ROI for us because our previous website didn't have customer accounts. Now customers can log into their account and retrieve their download links at any time. Previously, they had to be sent new download links.
- It's a lot easier for us to create new product pages and make updates to product pages on the fly.

Compared to Network Solutions
- Actually, BigCommerce is more expensive than any other host we've had and I don't like having to purchase other programs to upgrade my store. I think BigCommerce should implement a rewards program rather me having to purchase one from another place.

The platform for dummies
- The website is user-friendly, and the back end gives us plenty of options with regards to what kind of vendors we can use for payment.
- It’s easy to look up history and transactions, though I have had trouble with the system not finding orders or customers when I put in their email address, even when the email is correct. I’ve found transactions under a name (though it won’t find the name if there is a space before the first letter) and witnessed that the email I had searched was indeed correct, but the system had not found it until I searched the right name.

Love BigCommerce
- Really helps me keep track of orders and all their details
- Has a service to calculate and keep track of my taxes so I don't have to
- I really enjoy the PayPal checkout.
- Tech support is available 24/7, which is amazing when you have a problem in the middle of the night.
- Switching to BigCommerce has allowed us to increase the number of site visitors and transactions by a large amount compared to the 3rd-party site we previously used.
- Since we launched in October of 2017, we've had 97,000 site visits and 2124 orders.
- In those almost 3 years, we have $217,015 in revenue.
- Top of the list of positives is the fact that it works so well and has more than doubled our web-sales just in two years.
- The second is simplification. Now we can manage the products from their initial listing, to changing images and updating pricing in a few quick steps.
- Our average order value has increased as time goes on, and this can be seen by the built-in reporting package.
- The return on investment is good, but not just because of the increased sales, there are many more benefits gained from managing products and other office data using the website.

Our BigCommerce Overall Experience
- Site visibility is an absolutely real issue.
- If customers cannot find our site, we cannot sell.
- Site very seldom found in searches unless using third party's expensive ads. Not good!
