- Provides us updated information on prospects.

- Connects directly to SFDC and saves us time with creating new leads to work.
- Helps us with our ABM process with finding key players we need to connect with.
- Importing lists when they do not have the ZoomInfo company ID can result in duplicate accounts being created.
With any tool, it is hard to keep it up to date 100% of the time. Right now especially, people are moving to different companies and that takes time to update on the back end.
ZoomInfo provides more information than what I can find on my own and much more detail into a company!

- Able to narrow down our search fields for each different salesperson and what they are searching for in their customer portfolio.

ZoomInfo is Great!
- FormComplete is an incredible tool and has a better match rate compared to other tools I've used in the past.
- The advanced search is also a powerhouse when it comes to finding companies using specific technologies and more.
- Being able to upload a list and see that in you advanced search, whether it's a contact or company list is also a huge help.
- The UI can be weird in places. Making it hard to navigate to specific tools or the resources.

- Information is robust and includes majority of our target customers.

- Search results - when searching for a name or company that doesn't produce an exact match, the search results that appear when you click the magnifying glass are always the same, which has created a sometimes confusing user experience.
Less appropriate to use in scenarios where accuracy would be important, due to the occasional lag in data being updated.
