  • It has saved a lot of time for us since most of the important metrics can be accessed through one single dashboard.
  • After knowing which feature is not getting visitors and considering the bounce rates and average session duration metics, we have made certain changes to the website. We saw users started flowing in more.

  • I think we may find Google analytics to be more influential if I was dealing with eCommerce clients, or those that heavily relied on their attribution model features, but for our current set of clients, we only use Google Analytics for basic level reporting and tracking, so ROI is pretty minimal.

  • Conversion tracking not only tells us what is working, but what isn't...and where.
  • You can get lost in the data, but that's why good goal setting is important. Don't set nice but meaningless goals. Add a goal that changes the business for the better.
  • There are good dashboard like tools available. Use them.
