Great Software

It works well with new item rollouts and new customer acquisition. Having multiple relevant departments see the status of a project in real-time is helpful, but education on navigating the website and software proved more difficult than expected. All in all, it served its purpose and is priced very competitively. I wouldn't mind using it again.

Wrike is well suited when projects utilize integrated marketing. We did not have a particularly effective process prior to Wrike. We had utilized two different systems. As someone who works with both digital and traditional media teams, being able to utilize one process has relieved so much frustrations, all around. I am able to communicate the same project to both teams in real time.

It has a very good value to cost ratio for task management, or program management tool. Better than other paid software, and easy to operate.

In most small companies you can use simpler free solutions that do not require waterfall Gantt control, and compile of not so many team members, and long duration tasks

Wrike makes business Right

When there are several different departments within a company that work on a job or project, Wrike is very helpful. It assigns tasks to the appropriate user and updates the job as tasks are marked complete. Each user can see the job status and know where the job is at from start to finish.

I particularly find it extremely useful to monitor the amount of time spent on projects to then compare it with the initial plan. It is also very helpful to organise personal tasks within your day-to-day worklife.

Wrike is well suited for small to medium businesses. Where workflow overviews and departmentalized managers are easily accessible. I do wish there was a discussion platform implemented on wrike to have live discussions if needed, as comments are sometimes vague and can take time to reply on. Linked deadlines would also be a great upgrade, and not just for general projects, but co-dependent project deadlines which influence each other on a percentage base, would be a great aspect to add.

It is a great cross-functional to-do list that helps contributors to keep track of where they are and what needs to be done for a project. The approvals are clear and allow for sub approvals on steps that must be done before others can be. It doesn’t seem to handle budgetary constraints well.

I think it is well suited to keep small teams organized and work across an organization on creative projects. As a creative, being able to upload my work to be reviewed and move through the content approval process was especially nice for me.

I found that team members (non creatives) didn't enjoy the platform as much. Aesthetically theres a lot going on and I wouldn't deem it as "easy to use". It took a few weeks to train our team in it and we still felt like we didn't know the entire platform.

Wrike is changing the game of project management. Prior to using it, I had to email individual stakeholders and freelancers to delegate tasks. My inbox was so messy, and we were missing deadlines. Not anymore. With Wrike, I can create, detail, and arrange my tasks into efficient, searchable folders. I especially love the status tracker, and the comment features for communication. It's great to have all the information and attachments in one spot that assignees can access. The UX is intuitive and easy to navigate, so I know exactly where everything is. Productivity within the team has never been better, and I feel so organized. Wrike is the best platform in its category, and it just keeps innovating.

Managing clients from start to finish. At least in our business. Managing assets, deadlines and full scale projects. If the job is small and can be done quickly, i'd only use Wrike to manage the schedule. Because these types of tasks can be done in a day or two. With large scale projects Wrike becomes a necessity for me.

I believe Wrike is very user-friendly and easy to work in, it's easy to keep all of my tasks organized in my dashboard and loop in the appropriate individuals as needed. However, for a growing company with a lot of moving parts and plans to expand their portfolio, I think it may become more difficult to contain it all on this platform.

If the team tends to receive specific requests from many different stakeholders, Wrike is a great platform to track and utilize it. It's one stop shop for those needs. I imagine it is less needed in executive leadership levels, more operational and reporting spaces.

For managing a larger team who all have input on certain tasks. For example a campaign. It may involve our designer, email specialist, comms team and digital team. Single task can be moved from team to team and everyone can see where it is in the current workflow.

Wrike is a particularly effective platform for companies, especially in the consulting/market research vein, to keep track of all published contents without creating a massive flow of emails that often gets messages messed up and accountability uncertain. Contrarily, it is less of an effective tool for storing online contents.

Wrike really helped me out with a project this week by clarifying what we could do within a city that has extra rules. My team was not aware of certain setbacks & changing the overall outcome of a solar layout. Wrike was able to educate my team on the rules & gave us the max we could work with.

To me, seems well suited for repetitive projects, like creating an email blast or a set of social media assets. Less well suited to unique projects where you can't clone an old project or template.
