Moreover, in hosting industrial seminars, Webex has better coverage in industrial associations, so that more such professional events use Webex in this scenario. Webex is a very complete tool, it does not consume resources on laptops, and communication is very fluid. Platform stability is very good, fault-tolerant, and does not require a lot of bandwidth to work. You can record the sessions and you can invite many participants. The tool is of a very high level, it is very well designed.

It allows agents to step away from the other software and have a more pleasant experience when meeting with team managers. Webex has better integration with voice, chat, and video. It's a one-stop communication hub. Teams can't handle softphone capabilities. Skype didn't do video chat well. Teams is a little disjointed between the chats, which I do often, and the meetings, which I do rarely. Teams seems more set up for meetings. I'd rather have one communication app to use since people do both and it's unwieldy to use Teams and Webex.

Webex [Meetings] really was the best meeting option for a while and it is so ubiquitous people will call having any online meeting "have a Webex" or "join a Webex". It doesn't do the kind of always-on functionality that Skype and Teams do (or it's at least not the first choice for many I have seen) - but for online events, or meetings, it's excellent. It performs better than Teams over slower connections and it was a more business oriented platform than Skype was, although Skype is getting more integrated into the Microsoft stack.

Zoom is just meetings and events. Microsoft is not good at telephony. Webex Meetings has the full stack: Calling, Video, Messaging, Meetings, Events, Support, Training, Contact Center, fully integrated with the Centralized management "Webex Admin Hub." Apart from that, Webex Meetings has its own optimized and quality hardware, hence, the admin has a single pane of support contact.

Audio quality of Both Webex and Teams is comparable. Video quality of both Webex and teams is comparable. Chat sessions on Teams and Webex are comparable. I would prefer Teams over webex as it also allows for communication with the rest of the teams very seamlessly. Teams is a single application that does it all.
