We use it for cosmetics product development for a packaging company.
  • Timelines
  • Alerts managers of upcoming milestones
  • Keeps track of internal data
  • Easier to get back to projects based on notifications
It is well suited for us because there are a lot of organized features where we can input data which is saved forever if we ever need to go back and refer

My company uses Wrike for project management in a variety of orgs. I primarily use it to submit and track publication proposals and manuscripts.
  • Wrike keeps all tasks organized
  • Easy to communicate with relevant stakeholders
  • UI is not very intuitive, hard to find what is needed
Wrike is decent, but it feels overly complex at times, and it can take a while to get it to do what you want.

I use Wrike as a part of a team when implementing new items.
  • Notifies me when I am assigned a task.
  • Organizes steps in a project.
  • Helps Communicate cross-departmentally.
  • Accessibility is tricky on the front end.
  • Notifications are often hard to follow to the main task.
  • Assignments are often hard to follow to the main task.
It works well with new item rollouts and new customer acquisition. Having multiple relevant departments see the status of a project in real-time is helpful, but education on navigating the website and software proved more difficult than expected. All in all, it served its purpose and is priced very competitively. I wouldn't mind using it again.

We use Wrike to manage marketing projects. It has changed the way we work in a positive way. Prior to the pandemic, we operated through a makeshift process that wasn't able to cross departments (i work in intergrated marketing). In my position, I work across departments alot. Wrike allows us to work seamlessly on projects that require an integrated approach.
  • Seamless communication of projects when working in integrated departments
  • User friendly interface that allows users to update information in realtime
  • The ability to customize forms and templates to accommodate different external processes
  • The dashboards are helpful as a group, individually we don't use them.
  • Probably just an extra, but with AI, how can Ai be used to improve the platform?
  • Be cool to have Wrike be our one stop platform for everything. We currently use slack, for communication, and zoom for video calls.
Wrike is well suited when projects utilize integrated marketing. We did not have a particularly effective process prior to Wrike. We had utilized two different systems. As someone who works with both digital and traditional media teams, being able to utilize one process has relieved so much frustrations, all around. I am able to communicate the same project to both teams in real time.

We used the platform as a tool to manage tasks and projects, follow Timeline and Gantt, and assess risks and challenges.
It's pretty easy to understand and control, with a nice task tracking system.
You also have a dashboard to oversee progress and status, with a variety of filters you can apply to better highlight your needs.
  • Task management
  • Canban
  • Gantt view
  • Visible clear dashboard
  • Automation are missing
  • Connection to outer platforms
  • Mobile support
It has a very good value to cost ratio for task management, or program management tool. Better than other paid software, and easy to operate.

In most small companies you can use simpler free solutions that do not require waterfall Gantt control, and compile of not so many team members, and long duration tasks

Wrike is used to track jobs. Many different areas of our company use Wrike to check the status of a job. Having all the details in one place saves so much time. It has reduced emails and improved our work flow.
  • Assigns tasks
  • Updates job status
  • Uploads and stores documents
  • Accounting system integration
  • Data must be entered into Wrike separately
When there are several different departments within a company that work on a job or project, Wrike is very helpful. It assigns tasks to the appropriate user and updates the job as tasks are marked complete. Each user can see the job status and know where the job is at from start to finish.

We use it to monitor the amount of time dedicated to particular projects. Hence, it is possible to guarantee that projects are profitable, while identifying potential areas of improvements for future tasks
  • Simple and easy to implement
  • User friendly interface
  • Wide range of options to export and visualize data
  • Gant chart interface could be a bit better to navigate
I particularly find it extremely useful to monitor the amount of time spent on projects to then compare it with the initial plan. It is also very helpful to organise personal tasks within your day-to-day worklife.

Wrike is how all projects funnel through our agency. It allows us to streamline and disseminate information to cross-functional teams, while being able to easily see and manage individual workloads efficiently.
  • User friendly - making it easier to adopt
  • To do list functionality - making it easier for teams to get work done
  • Dashboard functionality - making it easier for managers and project managers to have visibility into queues
  • Files sometimes take a long time to download
  • Finding a way to assign multiple people to a project/task and have each individual get it crossed off their list without completing for all (instead have to create all individual tasks)
  • Sometimes the sorting/ordering functionality doesn’t work as hoped
It’s best suited for for teams who know their way around a project management tool and can maximize the benefits. It’s probably less suited for a small team who may not need something as sophisticated.

I use Wrike in my positon on a daily basis, it is an extremely useful tool in managing our clients workloads and new tasks that come into the studio. we can upload all work to send to and from the clients through Wrike being able to make up any amends and questions on artwork or within a chat like set up. it is great for collaborating meaning any designer can pick up where you left off.

My only negative is time management, I use a separate tool for this, as remembering to start and stop jobs when managing lots of tasks at once is something i am not very good at. I then have to go back and add these in at the end of each job which is also a remembering game. id love Wrike to be able to record my time automatically then it'd truly be a one stop solution.

We use wrike for day to day task planning. With our generalized workflow that consists of wrike task management and deadline structure. The only limit we have with wrike management is the flow between company leads and project managers. Where the is no platform for task scoping on a level above basic workflow structures.
  • Task reminder mails are well structured for reminders
  • The user flow is quite easy to understand
  • Love the search bar for previous work projects
  • Nice interface design
  • Loading times and refresh rates. (Especially when starting up)
  • Overall interface flow could improve as its tricky to get to certain sub tasks
  • Date assignment is over complicated for what is needed, sometimes bugs out if your flow is wrong
Wrike is well suited for small to medium businesses. Where workflow overviews and departmentalized managers are easily accessible. I do wish there was a discussion platform implemented on wrike to have live discussions if needed, as comments are sometimes vague and can take time to reply on. Linked deadlines would also be a great upgrade, and not just for general projects, but co-dependent project deadlines which influence each other on a percentage base, would be a great aspect to add.

It’s primarily a project management tool with feedback loops built in to help the sales and marketing department keep track of progress and approvals on all projects. It is used across the company. The business problems it helps is the sheer amount of customer and stakeholder communication and their frequency mixed with the needs of each requires constant engagement. Monitoring of progress from marketing initiative contributors is unruly without it. And approvals from management was impossible to verify at the various stages without it.
  • Identifying progress across teams on projects
  • Keeping updates quick and clear
  • Communication of processes for standard operating procedures
  • It is a multi-step process to see to-do list
  • Hard to identify key initiatives from lower priorities at a glance
  • Filtering projects is unclear
  • Searching initiatives requires too much specific knowledge of what you’re looking for
It is a great cross-functional to-do list that helps contributors to keep track of where they are and what needs to be done for a project. The approvals are clear and allow for sub approvals on steps that must be done before others can be. It doesn’t seem to handle budgetary constraints well.

We utilized Wrike to manage our creative projects. We used Timelines, workflows, reviews, forms, etc. within the platform to stay organized. Any time someone within the business had a project request they'd submit a form that would come to us. We set up blueprints so certain projects automatically populated with the correct workflow to complete each project.
  • organizing projects
  • reviewal process for outside (non users)
  • blueprints/workflows
  • adding people to projects
  • request forms.
  • Platform overall itself isn't simple. There are a lot of buttons and things going in everywhere
  • dashboard views are chaotic
  • not pretty/aesthetically pleasing
I think it is well suited to keep small teams organized and work across an organization on creative projects. As a creative, being able to upload my work to be reviewed and move through the content approval process was especially nice for me.

I found that team members (non creatives) didn't enjoy the platform as much. Aesthetically theres a lot going on and I wouldn't deem it as "easy to use". It took a few weeks to train our team in it and we still felt like we didn't know the entire platform.

My team uses Wrike as a project management tool. Before, we had to email individual stakeholders, team members, and freelancers to delegate tasks and outline projects. Wrike is our workaround for this now, and it's cleaned out our inboxes and improved team efficiency all around. We also use it to request new user profiles for the different software platforms we use today.
  • The UX is very intuitive. The fact that there is a search bar means that nothing is ever lost.
  • The ability to get really granular with folders is very helpful. I can categorize the different tasks within projects with ease.
  • The comment feature within individual tasks makes communication simple. We're always up to date on the status of projects.
  • As much as I love the UI, it can be a little overwhelming. An option of viewing a "simplified" version would be wonderful on chaotic days.
Wrike is changing the game of project management. Prior to using it, I had to email individual stakeholders and freelancers to delegate tasks. My inbox was so messy, and we were missing deadlines. Not anymore. With Wrike, I can create, detail, and arrange my tasks into efficient, searchable folders. I especially love the status tracker, and the comment features for communication. It's great to have all the information and attachments in one spot that assignees can access. The UX is intuitive and easy to navigate, so I know exactly where everything is. Productivity within the team has never been better, and I feel so organized. Wrike is the best platform in its category, and it just keeps innovating.

We use Wrike to project manage our marketing requests for the entire university. Before Wrike we relied on email, and the result was chaos. Now we can not only track and manage all the requests more efficiently and effectively, but we can see metrics on how many requests are completed in a given year.
  • Provide a single place for intake of requests
  • Streamline and consolidate communication around requests
  • Provide metrics on numbers of requests handled and in what timeframe
  • Notifications can be a bit overwhelming, but are customizable
  • Visual interface is a bit dated
Wrike is great for project management and tracking. It might be less useful for collaboration on a specific project between multiple departments.

All my teams use Wrike to increase visibility and collaboration on both projects and BAU. It helps drive efficiency and aids greatly in reporting.
  • Provides easy visibility on project status and progress
  • Aids transparency of the work undertaken for stakeholders to deliver outcomes
  • The UI is helpful when you want to be in the weeds but it's hard to get easy snapshots of a project at a high level.
Wrike is an excellent tool to enhance collaboration between teams working on shared projects.

Our design firm has many clients and Wrike is the perfect compliment to what we do every day. We can track, manage, understand exactly where we are in the process. When you're working with many different projects it's easy to get lost. But with Wrike, all those problems go away and we are able to manage all our clients efficiently. There is a little bit of a learning curve with this program, but it can be used at various levels to serve the needs of the client. I like that!
  • Time management
  • Deadlines
  • Milestones
  • Efficiency
  • update user interface
  • combine some features to make it easier
  • use AI to understand the process
Managing clients from start to finish. At least in our business. Managing assets, deadlines and full scale projects. If the job is small and can be done quickly, i'd only use Wrike to manage the schedule. Because these types of tasks can be done in a day or two. With large scale projects Wrike becomes a necessity for me.

I used it for organizing issues learners had in the online university courses as well as keeping track of other tasks I was in charge of such as beta testing and designing new courses to add to the growing list we offered. With Wrike I was able to easily assign the appropriate individuals to the tasks we shared.
  • Organizing tasks by type or status
  • Having personal customizable dashboards
  • User-friendly design that was easy to learn
  • There was capped access on number of members based on price point which makes it harder for growing companies to use
  • Would like to see more customization options for public dashboards that can be shared and managed by multiple people
  • Make it easier to view details of a task that was created, this did not feel very user-friendly and felt like I had to go searching for these details
I believe Wrike is very user-friendly and easy to work in, it's easy to keep all of my tasks organized in my dashboard and loop in the appropriate individuals as needed. However, for a growing company with a lot of moving parts and plans to expand their portfolio, I think it may become more difficult to contain it all on this platform.

Wrike has been very helpful to have a centralized platform for all the request coming for our team and being able to track the progress, assigned the right people to work on the tickets as well as track overall volume. It provided information how much volume of work our team has in order to service our stakeholders.
  • ticket submission
  • project tracking
  • better user design
If the team tends to receive specific requests from many different stakeholders, Wrike is a great platform to track and utilize it. It's one stop shop for those needs. I imagine it is less needed in executive leadership levels, more operational and reporting spaces.

  • Task management

  • It's confusing that blueprints hold on to dates and show as overdue. And you have to scroll back to the date in the gantt chart.
Wrike is great for creating repeatable processes to execute campaigns and making sure everything gets done.

I use Wrike to design print and digital marketing materials at a public 4-year university. For print materials, I create "post cards" for prospective students with university information about admittance requirements and institution resources. For print, I create digital signs and email headers. Both the print and digital assets are easy to edit and keep on brand for the institution.
  • Providing templates

We use Wrike to manage all tasks and projects within the Marketing team. All tasks are created and assigned, and once complete either marked as such or moved to another teams board for their input / sign off. <br><br>It allows full overview of all work within the team as well as individual to do lists.
  • Project management
  • Task assignment
  • A few too many clicks to jump between boards and dashboards. Adding 'favourites' or 'quick links' could help
For managing a larger team who all have input on certain tasks. For example a campaign. It may involve our designer, email specialist, comms team and digital team. Single task can be moved from team to team and everyone can see where it is in the current workflow.

We use Wrike as our primary site of submitting, reviewing, and publishing all written contents. Analysts will upload their draft documents on the site and other stakeholders will review them, edit them, and then finally get them published. We also use the platform to collect various contents including case studies for each project.
  • Content Storage
  • Workflow
  • Step Tracking
  • User Interface
  • Registration and Login
  • Integration with other Softwares
Wrike is a particularly effective platform for companies, especially in the consulting/market research vein, to keep track of all published contents without creating a massive flow of emails that often gets messages messed up and accountability uncertain. Contrarily, it is less of an effective tool for storing online contents.

  • Solar roof designs.
  • Engendering
  • Very user friendly. No need for any change.
Wrike really helped me out with a project this week by clarifying what we could do within a city that has extra rules. My team was not aware of certain setbacks & changing the overall outcome of a solar layout. Wrike was able to educate my team on the rules & gave us the max we could work with.

We use Wrike to schedule virtually all inter-departmental projects including email campaigns, social media campaigns, updates to our website, database maintenance jobs, etc. Anything that requires communication between departments.
  • Emails updates when someone else @ mentions you inside a project task
  • Allows you to see when others have completed their tasks so you can begin yours
  • Maintains an archive of completed projects
  • When I click into a task, it is not always easy to find my way back to the project level
  • When I clone a project for the next one, it is hard to control which aspects get cloned and which I want to populate with new information
  • I don't really know how to get an overall view of my to dos
  • Sometimes I am given access to a project, but not sub-tasks or attachments, which is annoying.
To me, seems well suited for repetitive projects, like creating an email blast or a set of social media assets. Less well suited to unique projects where you can't clone an old project or template.
