We are using Zoho CRM as a company-wide CRM tool. We are an international company with head offices in 6 countries. We. use Zoho CRM for our sales, emails, and supply chain. although we for support we have another tool.
  • Sales pipelines
  • integrations
  • custom automations
  • Support from Zoho
  • Support modules
  • Custom object functionality
  • AI functionality
Zoho CRM is great when it comes to native integrations, most tech-tack companies use Zoho CRM to integrate with them well. Zoho CRM support is very responsive and if you need some custom codes for your functionality they are happy to help. One thing that Zoho CRM is lacking is the use of AI functionality. it is very basic at this time. Most of CRMs area already using AI functionality to help sales teams get a kick start to their work.

Sales, marketing, and business development are the departments that use Zoho, previously we use HubSpot. Every department has its own objective using Zoho, for example, in sales, Zoho helps me organize my contacts by filtering them into some categories and helps me to do the sales process from prospecting to after-sales. The good thing about Zoho for me right now. I have unlimited contacts slots and I can send mass email 1000 emails per day, Zoho functions itself more or less similar to HubSpot but I can the UX is quite more complicated, most of the steps started from setting up
  • Contacts management
  • User Interface
  • Variety of function
  • User Experience
  • Mass email , is it possible to sent directly from my inbox ?
  • The dashboard activity leader board to keep us motivated
The pros: price-wise, is comparatively cheaper wide function variety user interface the cons: The user experience ( the step by step on using every function )

Zoho CRM is being used by our sales office in the USA as well as foreign offices. It gives us a central location to enter all products once they have been released by engineering. And then [the products] can be added to the price books for the foreign offices at the rate they would like to sell the products so that the conversion rate to their currency does not need to be calculated for every order. It also allows us to better track and organize our orders and total sales globally. When the prices increase, we can utilize excel to update the prices and bulk import all the new prices as well as the price books instead of touching every record multiple times to accommodate all the offices and currencies.
  • Import bulk records.
  • Custom workflows can be set up to email persons within the company when a task needs to be done once a trigger action has occurred.
  • Customize modules and layouts to suit your specific business needs.
  • Some of the reporting features could use a little more flexibility to allow more filtering options within the report without creating multiple reports for each salesperson.
  • The ability to download unlimited back ups at any time without additional fees.
  • The use of Zoho Sheet within ALL modules.
Zoho CRM is very well suited if you have a large amount of products you sell within one business system. It is less appropriate if you have two business systems (say Zoho and an older outdated program), one being utilized by sales & the other by manufacturing, that are not both willing to update to the same platform. This creates a lot of extra work because details have to be entered in[to] both programs, and the two programs will not communicate with each other.

We use it for the entire spectrum of Pre-sales, sales, and post-sales record management. However, we use GetResponse for email marketing, although Zoho CRM does have Zoho campaigns as well. Record management includes lead entry, appointment setting, follow-ups, post-sales support records such as invoices, payment receipts, and the like. It is also our go-to for long-term customer relationship management. Zoho CRM helps us keep a close eye on tele-caller activity and empowers them to schedule such in a very organized way.
  • Customer record management
  • Sales management
  • Salesforce monitoring
  • Automatic generation of customer web details such as social media activity, etc.
  • Downloading reports to Excel, etc. is still a bit archaic
  • None other for now. We love Zoho CRM
Well-suited for any business that has many customers and especially suited for B2C like ours where there is constant selling to new customers. Thus if you are a sales or marketing-driven business, one has to have this.

Good Application for Tracking of sales and Deals. Easy to create workflows, Email Templates ,Blueprint. First we were maintaining details of our customer in Excel sheets. With passing of days we lost touch with our client. This result in leaving of our customer to new vendor. With Zoho CRM not only we kept details of our customer but i can categorize them, schedule notifications, always updated on my customer activity.
  • Email Templates
  • You can integrate whatsapp directly without any third party vendor.
  • You can create workflows simply by low code functions.
  • Customize whole CRM according to your needs
  • Only 2 subform are provided in Enterprise edition. Need more
  • Some improvement need to be made on creating function
  • Export pdf option need to be made for every module. Right now it is available for inventory.
For Sales, Call center it is well suited. It is mostly well suited for small business who want to switch to crm rather then excel. It is money efficient. It is not that much appropriate for factories, production and Engineering companies. Lots of customization need to be made for these companies.

We used Zoho CRM for lead management, account/contact management, sales opportunity management, and a little bit of other marketing automation. It helped us move out of Excel spreadsheets into a CRM. We qualify/disqualify leads, log notes and emails, and maintain all of our sales records within the Zoho CRM. The sales pipeline is completely managed out of this new CRM
  • Sales Process Automation - Stages and workflows
  • Reporting and dashboarding
  • Lead, contact and account management
  • Data importing functionality via excel csv can be made better in terms of auto field matching
  • Self training video library can be made for easier onboarding
  • While many B2B solutions offer seamless integration with Salesforce and HubSpot, the same level of integration is not available for Zoho CRM
Well Suited

1. Leads and opportunities Management - Efficiently manage leads, track deals, and automate sales workflows
2. Workflows - Automated workflows to update dependent fields, send user notifications etc
3. Reporting and dashboarding - Custom-built reports to track the team's performance, lead quota, sales pipeline, etc

Less Appropriate

1. Mobile Access - The mobile UI is bad and difficult to use

We are using Zoho CRM for sales team and also marketing team,
Our Accounts team use Zoho CRM to update the payment from the customer
Our operations team use Zoho CRM for operational requirements.
  • Adding the lead and known the source of lead
  • Stage of leads
  • Helps to send customizable mail to customer
  • Easy to create deal for the lead and the task in the Zoho CRM.
  • auto trigger for the customer follow up.
  • Dashboard view
  • Task management pop up
It is well suited for Sales and Marketing, but it helps our organization to add attachments, especially when it helps the Accounts team add an invoice in the CRM, and also add notes and description of each leads.

We use Zoho for a variety of tasks like to keep our database of leads updated. Also to send emails. Mainly, we use it to as our sales pipeline. This helps us understand how many warm leads we have, how many are super interested that we can potentially close in the next quarter or so.

  • Easy to use
  • Affordable
  • Scalable
  • UI
  • Design
  • Customer Service
  • Email Marketing
If you are on a budget, Zoho is probably one of the most affordable CRMs out there.

But if you want to really scale and have a huge database, I think it's not for that.

Especially with marketing campaigns, it has tons of room for improvement.

Also, email deliverability with email marketing campaigns is an issue.

  • Customization
  • Features
  • Pricing
  • Automation can be complicated
  • The learning curve from other systems
  • Not the most user-friendly
It is an excellent solution for companies with a lot of data and on a tight budget.
It's less suited for companies with limited technical skills and systems understanding.

Zoho will provide the date-wise time tracking so that the client will know how many resources will work on the particular tasks. Zoho will provide information about the different reports of the different users monthly weekly as well as task-based. zoho will helpful to track the details of the different task and developer
  • Time sheet
  • project Management
  • Resource Allocation
  • Download Report in PDF Format
  • Calendar view could be betteer
Well Suited: When you want to analyze a particular task and how much time was taken by the developer then Zoho is required. Also, there should be the proper allocation of the resources in the particular project then Zoho CRM will be useful.

Less Appropriate: When there is a download of the report and automation required then Zoho is not appropriate. For example, if I want each developer report at the end of thee month on my email ID then it is not suitable

We use ZOHO CRM for multiple purposes, mainly:-
1. Project Management : We use it as collaborative tool for team, assign work here and keep track of progress and all other normal features.
2. Marketing; lead management: We use to keep tracks of both digital and physical marketing campaigns, ROI of campaign and other related use cases.
  • It is good tool for quick setup of work distribution system
  • It tracks and calculate ROI of campaigns very well
  • It has vast ecosystem and connection with outside apps makes it much more powerfull
  • It provide free credits to startups.
  • It is particularly not good for Agile management.
  • Initial setup is little tedious; however thier support is really good and help you in all sorts of customisations
Is very powerfull marketing campiagn tracking tool if you integrate it properly with outside apps. I am using it with Mailchimp, Google Ads and survey monkey to get full insights. As mentioned earlier, Zoho CRM teal collaboration tool, it is not meant for Agile management so not suitable for sprints etc. Please note Zoho provides free credit to startups.

Our organization has multiple departments that work as a team. Having the CRM allows us to have a centralized location to input information regarding a case. By having the Zoho CRM, it cuts down on excessive emails and phone calls to get information. And it's great that it can be customized for our constant emerging needs. It's also good that it houses the information for future needs as well. We can always refer back to a customer for information needed for a new case.
  • Zoho CRM has so much space to capture lots of information.
  • Zoho CRM can be customized for your organization's needs.
  • Zoho CRM is great for running reports to help make business decisions.
  • We love all the different dashboards we can create.
  • It would be nice if there was a calculator within the program
  • Filters in reports could be better
Zoho CRM is well suited for organizations that have multiple departments all working together on common cases/situations. It's where you can look for almost any question/answer you may have about a particular customer. A wealth of information can be housed in each customer's file. It may not be appropriate for a small company without lots of moving parts to each customer.

I use it to keep track of customer records and sales made by new leads. I have had no problems using the tool.
  • Registration and follow-up of leads
  • Synchronization with Calendar
  • Graphic detail of sales
  • customer reporting
  • Update supplier base with an excel file
  • Improvement in the search for created clients
  • Improvement in the synchronization of events or webinar with the calendar
Zoho CRM is suitable to use for sales record keeping, lead creation and follow-up, everything related to sales and marketing. It is not suitable for other administrative areas such as accounting for example.

We use Zoho CRM in our business to track and forecast sales pipeline, as well as to record all contact and account information for prospects, customers, and partners. The Zoho CRN product addresses the issue that many, if not all, organizations experience data clutter. It allows us to track historically key performance indicators, in order to make sound business decisions both on a finance, sales, operations, and product front.
  • Dynamic Search
  • Module Customization
  • Template Creation
  • Role Based Access
  • Process Automation
  • No-Code Integrations - Deluge script development needed in order to do many basic CRM tasks
  • Lack of Native 3rd Party Integrations
Zoho CRM would appear to function great for basic CRM functionality. It does well in the customization of record fields and role-based access. However, for more advanced data flows or integrations with other 3rd party applications, it requires a lot of low-code data process builds. Many native integrations, that would be available in Hubspot or Salesforce, just simply isn't available for Zoho, so a lot of additional work needs to be done to integrate.

We use Zoho CRM in our organization to create proposals for our customers and also to manage customer accounts. Without a CRM such as Zoho CRM, we would not be able to follow up on leads and see that they close properly. Zoho CRM allows us to do this with ease.
  • Customer Follow Ups
  • Proposal making
  • Service Ticket History
  • Searching within accounts is sometimes hard.
  • Some of the features require other Zoho App products
Zoho CRM has been well suited for our needs. We find that we are able to manage a lead properly and see that we can easily create a proposal and then hand off that proposal to the end-user either by email or by hand. Its less appropriate on the technician side as there is no mobile app for the techs to use.

Zoho crm is used for all lead management, sales stage funnelling, and customer invoicing.
  • Forecasting is improved
  • Live website lead chat function - can reach out directly to site visitors
  • Customer insight record - shows leads social details for connecting
  • REPORTING DASHBOARD IS LIMITED
  • SYSTEM NOT AS SLICK AS HUBSPOT
  • HAVE TO PAY FOR OTHER ZOHO PRODUCTS, IF TRYING TO BE TOO AMBITIOUS WITH CRM
Zoho crm is great for lead-gen campaigns that attract visitors to website. It also provides functionality to turn this lead into a client. It's an end-2-end system that works well, albeit with some limitations. Zoho crm is not as clean or easy to use as hubspot, but it is so much cheaper.

We are using the Zoho CRM across our organization to manage our customers, projects, and communications in between, all from a single cloud-based platform. It offers an easy-to-use interface for managing contacts, sending automated emails and notifications, managing inventory, and implementing AI assistants to answer our customers. Its mobile apps have allowed our customers to stay in sync with our business all the time anywhere, generating more leads and deals. By implementing Zoho CRM, we have increased customer retention like never before, making our services more reliable, yielding more business revenue.
  • Easy to use cloud-based CRM.
  • Manage leads, contacts, accounts, activities, deals, and reports from a single application suite.
  • Offers a free version and paid version starting just from $14 per month.
  • Suitable for small to enterprise level businesses.
  • Zoho CRM is a software as a service product that you can't host on your private server.
  • User experience needs improvement to make it more faster to use.
Zoho CRM is well suited for managing customers and communicating with them to generate more business leads. It is a software as a service so it is not reliable where privacy is a prime concern. It is less hassle to implement and get started with Zoho CRM and comes with cheaper pricing but supports less third-party integration.

Zoho CRM is currently used to help coordinate our service sales processes, from marketing through deal creation and onto the eventual sale. It is also planned to incorporate our accounting processes to give a "cradle to grave" service for our sales and finance teams. We also run a small e-retail store that uses the CRM add-on Zoho Inventory for its own product sales and inventory management.
  • Basic Sales Process
  • Regular updates
  • It's relatively open to user suggestions
  • Generally customisable
  • Better communication for updates
  • Published roadmaps for updates
  • Less reliance on script writing for some relatively simple customisations
For a small to medium enterprise business, Zoho works pretty well out of the box without the need for much customization. As you expand your usage of Zoho, it becomes a little more difficult to customize to fit your business but the team at Zoho is generally welcoming of ideas for improvements.

Wee use Zoho CRM for day to day sales and customer relationship Management activities. We use this for maintaining our sales pipeline and client followupas as well as customer feedback management. • Lead Management
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Sales funnel reporting
  • Reporting
  • Integration with lead magnets
  • Ease of New user understanding of the system.
In case of mass lead managment of companies and sales teams Zoho CRM is very effective and if used in tandem with integrated tools such as email and lead magnets can be a powerful option for any companies sales funnel realisation. This tool when used effectively brings efficiency and fluency to work.

Our company uses Zoho CRM to store all of our retailer information - everything from inbound leads to corporate contact information to divisions to store address information to contract information and everything in between. We use it mostly to keep our teams well organized and as a communication tool at the store level. Our operations teams highly benefits from the information stored in our CRM and helps keep everyone accountable for their tasks.
  • keep our teams organized
  • communicate with our retailer partners
  • efficiently run automations in the background so our team members can focus on larger projects
  • it isn't the prettiest CRM software so could use some splash of color/more creative customization
  • we're currently unable to bulk upload attachments (like PDFs) this would be a game changer
  • weekly scheduled reports don't always get delivered to our inboxes so it would be great if the the gmail configurations were kept more up to date
though it's not the most user-friendly CRM it still gets the job done and really helps keep your company organized. they also make it easy for people to access different types of reporting
it's also helpful for setting up automations - you can link Zoho to other applications like Gmail/G-suite and Slack which helps our team get out of doing busy work to focus on larger projects that take more priority
another really cool feature is being able to connect different modules together so multiple teams can access info where they need it and helps us maintain efficiency as a entire organization

I used Zoho in reimbursing my travel expenses and requesting for office supplies. It allowed me to organize my receipts separating meals and transportation expenses helping me file and save digital copies. Submitting to the office was much easier rather than the old ways of pasting each receipt in a bond paper manually.
  • providing updates on the status of my reimbursement
  • taking digital copies of receipts using mobile phone
  • automated calculations of all expenses
  • the scanning of photos does not work when used as automatic
  • the 2 factor authentication is a nightmare when you forget your password
  • had a hard time to change my mobile number listed on my account
Zoho CRM is well suited in managing business expenses where you need to keep track of all your receipts to be submitted to the office for reimbursement. It does have challenges when you are attaching photos of your receipt. Also, when doing performance review, it is not that user friendly when it comes to navigation and approvals.

We use it as a platform to house information of our leads and then gradually work them through until they pay and sign up for our SaaS platform. Marketing team runs different campaigns and gets us leads in the CRM. BDRs would pick up each of them as well as do some direct targeting themselves and then do the qualification. BDMs would then do the demo and close deals.
  • Basic record keeping
  • Some level of automation
  • Dashboards are relevant
  • Automation can become more modern and intuitive
  • AI tools can become more accurate. We have turned that on, but it seems very distant from actual outcomes
  • Updating and fetching records at scale is a problem
Definitely well suited for small and medium sized companies with <500 leads a month, a team of <10
