Webex Meetings addressed the needs for virtual meetings and trainings we are attending. It has a tools that can use to collaborate during the meetings, like live chats, Q&A, polls, and reactions buttons. Easy to access and use, it can be used on mobile phones. The tool has come to innovate and improve internal communication and communication with customers. Previously we had a free tool but communication was cut off after a few minutes. Alternatives were evaluated and we requested demonstrations from our closest and most trusted provider to use Webex. The installation is very easy to perform, it does not require much capacity in laptops and it does not consume much resources. Our clients have liked the tool, they can schedule in their calendar and they can choose whether to connect from a laptop, smartphone or tablet. When running the application through a web browser, you only have to install a plugin for the first time and then the other connections are instantaneous. Presentation mode is very effective, remote desktop and provide assistance. Without a doubt, our staff was satisfied with the product, it improves communication with clients and it is a lot of fun.

It addresses certain issues within the company as an alternative to Skype Business and Adobe Connect. Webex Meetings is very good for holding large company meetings. It can handle large numbers of attendees and works well over an office or a remote network connection. I've used it both as a corporate solution and as a company solution. It really solved the business problem of having everybody (or everybody from my company and clients) on an online meeting at the same time - with the ability to speak and hear clearly, present materials, and record the meeting. Also, the question submission feature in Webex [Meetings] is great.

Webex Meetings is a great program that allows us to be part of meetings, seminars/webinars, classes and other group events that we otherwise would not be able to attend. Having the option to join via our computers, rather than commuting to one central location is vital. There are several programs available that allow for this type of meeting--but Webex is in the top of that list. The process of starting and joining a meeting is very easy, and self explanatory. A lot of times you are unsure if you are muted, if your camera is on, etc. but Webex makes both of those things very clear.

I use Webex Meetings to collaborate with suppliers, partners, customer and collaborators making online meetings and callings, and Videos. I make also events in combination with Slido, and I use the messaging to chat and collaborate. I take part of a lot of Webex Meetings spaces to collaborate and receive information.

Initially we started using Webex Meetings as internal and external meeting and collaboration tool. With time and as we switched to O365, Teams slowly replaced Webex Meetings for internal short calls however it IS still irreplaceable for bigger audience and external meetings. Webex Meetings level of control, invitations, integrations with Cisco conference systems, live tools like pools, Q&A is simply top notch and still unique on the market.

These webex sessions are mainly to troubleshoot the problems that we have in out network related to out core network. These sessions are usually created by our partners such as Cisco and we join them.

We use Webex meetings to schedule meetings with TAC, vendors to discuss problems or purchasing decisions. This product helps organize and schedule meetings with ease. While wedo use Microsoft teams with internal meetings, Cisco Webex is better for when scheduling meetings with outside personnel. We mostly use it for screen sharing and video calls.
