I provide a live streaming service to my clients and they sometimes request a Zoom conference so that we can do a two-way. I have requests for weddings so that remote clients can speak to the bridal couple.
  • video conferencing
  • breakout rooms
  • customers often talk over each other, and the other person cannot be heard.
When I signed up with Zoom for the annual plan, I did not expect to be locked in for the full year. Most companies allow customers to cancel subscriptions with a penalty fee. Clients like myself who are just starting small businesses often run into difficulties with revenue and need to cut back on expenses. I told the agent that I would be happy to pay on a month-by-month basis but they offered me no option to cancel and told me I would have to wait for the year to end. That certainly doesn't encourage me to continue to use Zoom in the future. Terrible policies and service.

Zoom is one of the most reliable and user-friendly video conferencing apps for teams or meetings for any business organization. The features of the app are very easy to understand and [are] very resourceful for sharing links, files, and useful information as well for operating efficiently in a remote work environment.

Zoom is by far one of the best video conferencing/meeting apps for any organization. My personal experience, working in a remote environment and connecting with colleagues and peers from different geographies the features like screen sharing, annotation, user interface, and resource sharing capabilities are really commendable and easy to use for any first-time user.

Zoom is used in my previous organization for client meetings and also internal communication with co-working colleagues. We need to pass the information and need to find the role of any unknown employee we could use the Zoom Application. Sudden meetings have been scheduled via zoom and it will show the employee Availability status also.
  • Used FOR Client meeting.
  • Better Voice Quality.
  • Inviting the multiple peoples in a single call.
  • Not able to remove that zoom navigation bar.
  • Need to improve a video quality.
  • Need to add sub background image functionality well.
Zoom helps to run all the organization Successfully to pass the Information. It rules the virtual world we can connect with international calls without any network Convenience. It should be able to run over a normal network bandwidth Connection. Especially School students are also using Zoom chat for Educational Purposes.

Zoom is very useful for our teaching profession person. It's very much used in conducting class, moderating exams, and so on. Now its widely use for our day-to-day life due to pandemics. When we conduct the class we are able to see all the members within a frame. So it is very much handy for managing and controlling the class and exam room.
  • Use in Conducting Class
  • Use in Managing Exam Room
  • Presenting report
  • Schedule Maintaning for taking Classes on time.
  • Need improvement when it's work in low network
  • sometimes it's a crush when we need to work on different tasks on time. It needs to improve
  • Costing of the product moderate but we need comfortable region for this price.
It is more suitable for conducting any type of presentation, reporting, managing, reviewing, and most of all conducting classes from home. We would like to tell you about that the flexibility of use in the low networks. People need quality of conversation for better fulfillment of the webinar.

My role as a technical engineer involves connecting with customers to understand their issues. Most of the time, I have experienced bandwidth problems when I use other applications, but Zoom hasn't lagged when I connect to customers.
  • Remote Access.
  • Video Conference.
  • Audio connectivity on low bandwidth.
  • Mobile app access.
  • Restricted in specific regions.
  • More security features.
Communication over a mobile network has a poor sense of clarity. Zoom provided better voice clarity, which made it easier to understand requirements without misunderstanding

It is easy to use and helps in scheduling meetings. It works seamlessly on different operating systems like Android, IOS, Windows. And the interface is also user-friendly. Especially in this Pandemic Zoom has become a solution to a number of problems like online video conferencing instead of meeting in a conference room. Overall Zoom is a good video conferencing software.
  • Easy to use
  • Audio clarity
  • Video clarity
  • Meting schedule
  • Chat feature
  • Stable Internet connection is required for good quality video calls.
  • Security concerns.
It is a good video conferencing software. It is well suited for Video Conferencing with a good quality of Audio and Video Clarity. It also provides the option of screen sharing.

We use Zoom for online meetings. This enables a de-centralized team to meet together, provide program updates, conduct training sessions, and do strategic planning. Zoom meetings have been held throughout the year at various intervals.
  • Facilitates video conferencing.
  • Enables screen sharing.
  • Provides easy access to all participants, inside and outside the organization.
  • Zoom's easy access can open the platform to "bombing.".
Zoom is very well suited to most business and/or personal settings. The feature which enables participant access should always be used when a number of people from outside the organization are participating. Otherwise, "bombing" could occur.

I use Zoom to host my online classes, for private consults with clients and for webinars. I’m thinking also about sharing the platform with others.
  • Great video and sound quality.
  • Easy to use tools like whiteboards, annotators, chats, and to share the screen.
  • Easy to install and use across multiple devices, even at the same time, like be on a desktop and iPad at the same time.
  • Few dropped calls.
  • Um, I’m struggling here to think of something that could be improved here. I wish it were cheaper for some higher end services. But it’s a great product, so I can’t be mad about that.

  • Available on multiple devices
  • Break Rooms feature t all the class preform different task
  • Recording option and cloud storage
  • Security feature t protect the meeting with a PIN or password.
  • Link the Google or Outlook Calendars to exports meetings easily would be good a great option.
  • Having an integrated calendar into the Zoom app would be good to easily manage the meetings and availability.
It's perfect fr every kind of scenario, since the family meeting, business, and education purposes since it meets all the needs to perform this.

Zoom To The Rescue

I use Zoom to do video conference calls with others. This makes it very practical to replace the need to meet in person especially during the covid-19 pandemic.
  • Breakout rooms.
  • Still backgrounds.
  • Enhance audio & vide effects.
  • A method to sync audio from various participants especially for the purpose of music lessons over the internet.
  • Feature to allow for more than a single designated speaker camera zoom window.
Zoom can be used for multiple participants to meet from different locations as long as the participants have an internet connection, camera & microphone. During the time where the pandemic kept us from meeting in person, we used Zoom as the alternative of choice to perform virtual meetings allowing everyone to still come together and virtually see each other simultaneously on the computer screen. Unfortunately, Zoom cannot be used to perform musical instrument rehearsals since there would be feedback from the various participants.

I use Zoom to interact with clients. This includes setting up intro meetings for prospective clients and also weekly meetings for project status or planning. The most significant use of Zoom for me is through the delivery of workshops for clients. They range from 1-hour sessions to 8 hours a day.
  • Breakout rooms - their simplicity and ability to manage.
  • User interface - ability to manage all the features and see participants at same time.
  • Playing videos and audio - can adjust settings.
  • When doing breakout rooms, I would like the ability to not place co-host in a room.
A specific scenario that I use it most often is for facilitating group learning of 20-30 people. We can see all the people on one screen to allow for good group discussion and then break out into smaller groups for smaller discussions. For larger groups of 100 more, you have to use different screens to see all the participants which isn't optimal. Webinar version of 500+ participants works well where you can easily see the hosts/speaker and participate in chat.

Zoom is used for all virtual meetings within organizations and outside organizations. Its ability to have a video call, moderator-controlled chat, poll, annotate, screen share, etc. makes it a market leader.
  • Break out rooms
  • Annotate while screen sharing
  • Zoom webinars
  • File management system
  • Warning to host in big titles, that when you leave meeting all will be exited
  • better chat UI
Very good for virtual meetings where the intent is to collaborate and discuss something. Further can breakout sessions into multiple small sessions for a dedicated discussion.

  • Raise hand while discussing for questions without other interruptions.
  • Scaled meetings with very good quality.

Zoom is my go-to platform for client sessions. As a service-based business, Zoom has been absolutely integral to service delivery. In addition to delivering sessions, we have also used Zoom to attract leads to free webinars and to deliver workshops to groups. Zoom is a key tool in replacing in-person venues in order to run a fully virtual business.
  • Easy to use.
  • Widely understood.
  • Supports multiple concurrent video feeds.
  • Integrates with many other apps via Zapier.
  • Data collection.
  • Video quality is poor.
  • Webinars lack features to improve interactivity between guests.
  • Spotlighting controls take some getting used to.
Zoom is a great all-around video conferencing platform. The ubiquity of Zoom, especially following the advent of quarantine lockdowns, means that most of your potential clients already know Zoom and understand how it works. This is perhaps its strongest selling point. Zoom is a great platform for service-based business owners who work with their clients online from anywhere in the world. If you are wanting to run a live round of a course in order to get videos for an evergreen product, however, Zoom is a poor choice because of the lack of HD video recording.

I use Zoom for meetings within my company and professional development meetings with external groups. It is so easy to connect. Zoom remembers my information for selection when opening up the Zoom app. You can use it on the computer or phone and a tablet if you have one. Meetings can go on even if you are sitting behind a screen and can't meet in person. It is a great alternative and user-friendly. Zoom is a unique tool for communicating with co-workers in the Netherlands and Belgium for screen sharing and training. We had to implement an ERP system in Belgium over Zoom. Thankfully, the Netherlands was implemented 6 months prior and co-workers could travel 6 hours by train to the Belgium office to provide additional on-site support while we were in the US virtually working through the integration and initial bugs. It wasn't the ideal situation, but [it was] the best we could do under the travel restriction circumstances.
  • Easy and simple connection over an internet connection on a tablet, phone or computer and can switch from 1 device to another in an instant
  • Remembers previous meeting information for quick access as you don't have to look it up prior to connecting
  • Provides easy collaboration with people all over the world direct from our homes
  • Limit on participants for phone call via video
  • Time constraints on meetings for free version
I haven't heard any audio issues during meetings. Zoom attempts to reconnect you if your internet disconnects during a meeting. It is very easy to take control of the meeting with the collaboration tools so that I can quickly share my screen and files with the other team members in the meeting. It is best to limit the number of participants for a call or meeting. Sometimes it is difficult to discern who is talking during a screen share presentation. Also, it seems like [Zoom] is modeled after Skype [which] I've never had a particular affinity to .

Zoom is integrated into our organization for meetings, collaboration, and also delivery of online classes. This was a requirement at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and has since replaced our institution-wide video conferencing tools.
  • Easy single sign-on.
  • Integration into Microsoft 365.
  • Excellent video and audio performance over many connections.
  • More educational focused tools for teachers and students.
  • Better integration into Learning Management Systems.
  • Improved presentation models beyond "sharing screen".
Corporate meetings and collaboration events are excellent use cases for Zoom. It outperforms other video conferencing apps in those areas consistently. However, as a teaching tool, there are many missing features, and is clearly not designed to be a remote delivery application.

Over the last few years, Zoom has become one of my go-to tools for video conferencing and group meetings. Simply put, it’s easy to use and understand. With this, we can communicate face-to-face, and we can rely on its reliability and integrity. We’ve used it for various online workouts, as well as for webinars and other web-based events. My official meetings and conversations with friends and family are made more accessible because it’s so simple to use. People from all over the world can now talk to each other via Zoom’s global reach. Users experience technical difficulties other than making sure they are using the correct video and audio input. We employed it for remote coworkers as well.
  • It's a great way to connect around the world with minimal bandwidth consumption.
  • Meeting our peers and exchanging ideas is made possible through the use of high-quality video and audio calls.
  • Exceptional audio and video quality; we are recording meetings and transferring them to other storage.
  • Compared to other apps, it has more features and allows for efficient file sharing within the chatbox.
  • Sharing zoom complete information is not visible on the screen, and also a bit is confusing minimizing and maximizing.
  • Every time someone enters the chat, a chat box appears on my screen, and some features are missing from this version.
  • Automatic conference connection based on a schedule isn't an option, and neither is enhanced security measures.
In this uncertain period, we must have Zoom, whether we're teaching, running our business, or working in IT. Using Zoom to conduct regular or one-off meetings with remote team members is ideal. The most inconvenient use case for Zoom is the transfer of confidential information. Various options are available to meet the needs of businesses.

During Covid, Zoom has allowed our sales teams [to] connect in ways that would not have been possible without it. Whether it was for our immediate sales teams, cross-functional meetings across the organization, or even connecting with our European colleagues, Zoom made it easy to stay connected.
  • Connecting colleagues
  • Collaborating across functions
  • Boost team morale through chat
  • Lack of comment control
  • Occasional network errors during meetings
  • Quality of [the] video sometimes sub-par
Zoom is well suited for any time you need to collaborate with a prospect or colleague. During the pandemic, Zoom was used on a daily basis to conduct call blitz's, share best practices, and/or meet with managers. Some of the more creative individuals at the company even hosted events, such as happy hours or trivia nights!

Zoom is used by our teams to communicate with clients/customers/teams outside of our organization to which we cannot connect because of organizational security and restriction on connecting people out of the organization. Among the multiple options available on the market, Zoom has proved to be the best communication channel. In addition to managing day-to-day tasks, Zoom can be used for client meetings, standing meetings, walkthroughs, etc. Besides the usual features like recording, screen sharing, chat, live streaming, etc., it has additional features which any communication channel should have.
  • Screen Sharing
  • Recording
  • Chatting
  • Rooms
  • Live Streaming
  • HD quality
  • Apps availability
  • The meetings will be over at a given time, and teams will need to rejoin the bridge again to continue.
  • Won't work with low bandwidth.
A well-suited communication tool with no limitations. A wide range of features is available for a variety of professional needs. When most things are done online today, Zoom is a must-have tool whether you are teaching, working in IT, or running your own business. A great feature of this is that we can connect with a large group in a single window or do a live stream so that audience members can participate in the Q&A.

We use Zoom for any and all remote meetings, and even in separate rooms while in the office during COVID times. It allowed us to all connect even when we couldn't be together in person and gave us the ability to share our screens and collaborate on projects easily. Everyone in our office uses it and it helped keep us moving forward when times got tricky.
  • Remote conference calls.
  • Screen-sharing for project collaboration.
  • Joining webinars and interacting with the moderators.
  • Better professional backgrounds for work settings.
  • Whiteboard feature for group collaboration.
Zoom is good for desktop video conferencing with a solid internet connection but doesn't work as well when trying to connect with those you are over the phone or without a solid internet connection. Sometimes the audio settings can be hard to navigate when someone can't figure out how to manage their mic/speakers, but when it is working, audio quality is great.

We use Zoom on a daily basis to conduct meetings between our internal team, current clients, and prospects. It allows us to connect face to face, and we can rely on its consistency and quality. We've used it for online events, webinars, and even online training. It has such a consistent platform, that allows us to be creative within its constraints.
  • Call Quality.
  • Use of multiple devices.
  • Screen sharing and recording.
  • Group video calls.
  • Scheduling.
  • Integrations with other platforms.
  • Pricing for webinar features could be better.
  • Would love to see lower cost options.
  • White labeling would be nice.
  • Ability to join without the downloaded app would be helpful as well.
Zoom is well suited for a team that just needs it to "work" without the fuss of adjustments or settings. It's consistently solid, and you can rely on quality. It's also widely utilized, so you don't run into people not being able to join the meeting. If you're looking for something with a white label that's affordable, you'll want to look elsewhere. Also, it's pretty expensive for webinar situations.

Our organization is located around the globe. Zoom ensures we can communicate effectively across all locations. The video and audio quality is extremely good, even on slower connections. The product is easy to use and intuitive, so our end-users rarely have technical issues other than making sure their correct audio/video input is selected.
We also utilize Zoom for distance learning. We have multiple sites set up with Zoom classrooms for teaching/learning.
  • Easy to use: the product is a lightweight install and even non-technical individuals can figure out how to use it.
  • Dependable: in the 5 years we've used it, I only recall one outage.
  • Quality: the quality of the audio/video is very good.
  • Communication: audio/video meetings and also a nice chat feature are included.
  • Recording: meetings can be recorded to a local computer or to the cloud.
  • The user interface in meetings needs improvement & could use more modern design elements, like the main Zoom window.
Zoom is the best video conferencing tool for PC/Mac/Android/iOS. We've used a lot of different products and Zoom shines. As long as you have good audio/video equipment, you can scale Zoom to be used in small or large rooms.

Zoom is used as an app for collaboration and communication for [our organization and others like it] in Balkan. It is an easy-to-use option compared to other platforms, and it perfectly solves the main necessities of video and audio conferencing, collaboration, chat which is a must other competitors offer those services also.
  • HD video
  • Chat
  • Rooms
  • Very good audio quality
  • You need an app to make the calls and meetings, but it would be perfect if it had a web-based option.
  • Sometimes when internet speed drops, the audio quality also drops; I would understand the video quality dropping, but the audio doesn't consume much bandwidth, so it would be nice to have a consistent audio even on low internet speeds.
Zoom is a nice option for those people that know the basics of surfing on the web and using basic programs. It doesn't require a high level of understanding or being in IT software; the design is simple and easy to use, which makes it very friendly for new users. One pleasant option is that you can join meetings without creating a Zoom account. If Zoom added an option like web-based without the need to install an app, it would be perfect, because let's face it, some people don't like installing other software programs on their pc.

Using Zoom for communication is an excellent idea because of the high quality of the service. It has an intuitive interface that makes it easy to use for beginners. We can have unlimited one-on-one meetings or group meetings with up to 100 participants and 40 minutes per session. Screen sharing allows multiple people to share their screens simultaneously, which is excellent for collaboration. The fact that I'm in a different time zone or country doesn't stop me from using Zoom because it saves me time. With the help of this tool, I reduced the amount of time I spent emailing my clients. It provides consistent services and helps me schedule meetings.
  • It's simple to operate. Creating, joining, and using the tool is simple and requires no training.
  • The audio and video quality is excellent, and it makes it easy to meet with colleagues and have productive discussions about ideas.
  • It has a wide range of features that appeal to millennials and the next generation of users with an intuitive design.
  • If you're looking for a simple method of connecting with people worldwide, this is an excellent option. We've had problems with other web conferencing solutions, but not with Zoom.
  • More branding on webinars and a good connection to fully utilize the tool.
  • We can no longer access recordings or invite people directly to meetings.
  • There are too many buttons and unnecessary repetition of attendees who log in and out of reports.
Use it for virtual meetings, presentations, and get-togethers; it's a fantastic tool. It's a brilliant way to communicate with people all over the globe. It is a professional tool that allows us to share our experiences and keep working. It's easy to use, integrates with Google Calendar, and schedules meetings. Zoom has excellent features like screen sharing, remote control, presentation mode, and even backgrounds if you work from home or elsewhere.
