- Zoom has made the work very easy with its amazing video features.
- They have team meetings easily and quickly.
- It is extremely helpful in screen sharing. Customer support is also very helpful.
- It also creates more interactive video conferencing with easy collaboration.
- The dashboard is difficult to navigate, and the use of Zoom is not totally free.

- Zoom has really made a great impact on their users by their amazing feature of video conferencing.
- Zoom also provides the option for multiple screen shares at a time, which is very versatile.
- One thing that really needs to be updated is that there should be muting of incoming calls whenever it is a little noisy.

- We were a high user of audio conferencing before Zoom, now we are even a higher user of audio/video thanks to Zoom.
- I was getting minor push back at the beginning of our deployment. About 2 weeks into it I had users at my desk daily asking how to get involved.

Zooming into the future.
- It has helped a group of our users communicate quicker and easier than they were able to before, and they have zero complaints about the system.
- Cost for a small group of users is a lot higher than we would like, but if we go enterprise, we will be able to join them to our enterprise licensing.
- Can't express that ease of use is so great. We have users that are not as tech-wise as others and even they don't have an issue using Zoom.

Zoom Rooms and Zoom Phone are no brainers!
- Definitely cost savings.
- Saved time and money.
- Improved employee morale because of being able to attend meetings even when remote.
- Helped us solve a number limit of attendees compared to other competitor tools (positive).
- Too many redundant login methods and passcodes...etc... I'm logging into to chat, I'm not logging in to my company's bank accounts (negative).

- Our Zoom Rooms see heavy use. It's often hard to find a room, and other sites are constantly asking when their conference rooms are going to get retrofitted for Zoom.
