The single most important factor in our decision to purchase Dayforce was the available features. We were looking for a product to streamline our internal processes as well as enhance of employees access to their personal information and earnings from remote areas. Managers needed immedate access to reveiw employee schedules, attendance, and Time Away from Work. We were successful.

The single most important factor would probably be price but customer support was a very close second. We were assured the customer support model had changed drastically and that we would no longer have the poor support experience we had with their legacy product.

The single most important factor in our decision to go to Dayforce several years ago was that they offered integrated electronic scheduling. We are a large organization that has over 30 locations and often share employees between those locations and needed a way for everyone to be able to schedule them efficiently.

When choosing Dayforce we really relied on everything the system could do for us and how we would be able to adapt and improve our employee engagement. We also really listened to other clients and their very honest feedback was an important factor in choosing Dayforce over others.

The reason why my company went with Dayforce was because it was a product that was able to process Canadian payroll and Unites States payroll in one system. Price is a huge factor but finding the right system that was user friendly and had the ability to process two payrolls was a selling factor. It is very hard to find a system that process both Canadian and US payroll out of the same system.

We did a lot of research and consulted with HRIS professionals to make sure we were on the right track with a product that could combine most of our HRIS needs. Other than great reviews, the one prevailing factor was the single database of employee information. Too many other systems are patched together and seem to pull from difference places based on feedback I heard from other people.

Product Features was a big part of why we decided on Ceridian. The ability to provide different products in one platform was a big deal. We had multiple products that took our staff away from what they needed to do. Having a scheduler, timesheets, onboarding, recruitment and so many other products in one just made a difference. The option to also add the products when we were ready. We wanted to be able to take one and learn it well before we moved to another was an option. It gave us the flexibility to go on our own pace.
