The team have always been brilliant and really quick to respond whenever we've needed them, and they've always come up with some great use cases and scenarios for us to help explain products and services better too. I think without the team it would have taken us a lot longer to be able to achieve some of the workflows and setups we have going and actively using everyday so I highly rate the support team and encourage more users to tap into the knowledge they have behind them more!

I have not had to use 24/7 customer support at this time. This is another reason why I love monday.com, because it is user friendly. Knowing that that there is a 24/7 live customer support, also boost my confidence in monday.com. This is good to know as we move forward.

We have yet to fully utilize the customer support, however there have been a very small handful of times where the software was experiencing significant issues. monday.com not only contacted me (via text and email) to make me aware of the problem, but also how they were solving it and the timeline they were looking at. As soon as it was corrected, they messaged again to let us know everything was good to go!

monday.com is very quick with resolving customer service issues as well as providing a timely response to inquiries and questions. Due to the high demand and utilization of the platform, this level of customer service is highly utilized and appreciated. Receiving troubleshooting information and data also helps increase user ability and knowledge of the platform.
