PathFactory is used to provide seamless self-nurturing experiences across many different channels. We struggled with one and done content experiences. PathFactory allows us to provide multiple pieces of relevant content in a single experience to allow a user to consume content at once rather than having to wait for additional emails or endless website searching. PathFactory was also implemented to provide more thoughtful lead scoring in relation to content consumption. Rather than scoring a lead based on an email click or open, we are able to incorporate content consumption time to provide more meaningful context to a lead's behavior.

PathFactory is a great tool for nurture activities across many different channels, but email especially. Rather than sending out one piece of content and hoping it's the right piece, users have the opportunity to "binge" through multiple pieces and/or find a more relevant piece if the first asset happened to not be the right one. PathFactory is great to find out account/user behavior. Rather than having to guess what topics are top of mind for a user, PathFactory captures the topics based on user behavior which can help you customize future content journeys.

We use PathFactory to easy share our marketing assets. The product address the issue of easily sharing a lot of different kind of assets and being able to put them in one place to consume. They also help us understand who is reviewing our assets. We use it all over our website and in our marketing/sales emails.

I think PathFactory would be really helpful for any companies working with large enterprises and have a good amount of content/assets to share. It is such a great way to organize a bunch of assets in one place or engage prospects with several different assets at once. I think if you dont have a lot of content to work with it might not be the best.

PathFactory is used to host multiple types of asset types which provides an important insight and overview of not only our current product suite, but also relevant hot topics covering anything from green crime to USA presidential elections. PathFactory allows Refinitiv to bring large amounts of important content in one track into a structured and informative format. The data we collate from PathFactory on visitors of our tracks provides us with a deeper understanding [of] their behavior which was not clear previously, so this has enhanced our ability to make better strategic decisions in how we nurture interested recipients of our tracks.

Given that Refinitiv is a relatively new brand in the financial world, we were spawn from Thomson Reuters, so our experience, top class product suite, and trusted clients came out of this together. Getting the message out there to prospects was important and PathFactory played an important role in hosting a lot of the content out there in the public domain via multiple channels. Another area PathFactory plays an important role is within our Demand Generation program in nurturing our prospects through a structured communication stream of relevant content.

PathFactory has been our go-to solution to share content externally with customers and prospects. It has allowed us to add a touch of personalization that comes a long way given the immense amount of data we could share with a specific contact or company. This tool has also allowed our teams to track the consumption of our content which has allowed us to take a look at trends and adjust for campaigns.

As a marketer who works closely with sales, PathFactory gives me the ability to create URLs for PDFs and make updates to such PDFs without losing the URL that is distributed through marketing channels. For this reason, sales are always eager to use a PathFactory link rather than a PDF attachment. Also able to provide viewer stats/metrics as sales intel.

PathFactory is good for sales use as a replacement for sending PDFs. For that reason, it is good for asset management though that is not necessarily what the tool feels like it's meant to do. PathFactory is less ideal from a marketing perspective since it doesn't provide the ability to make simple landing pages; if this were possible would be a big plus.

I've used a competing solution before path factory and I like Pathfactory much better because of the analytics, it's user friendly, and it's built into salesforce! I like how intuitive the dashboard is and how it sends assets as a link that doesn't have to be embedded, this shows our prospects that we're committed to security.

I use path factory for my own learning and for sending resources to prospects. It has improved communication and saved time for our marketing team, especially those who create the assets. It would be nice if there was a way that Salesloft could alert us when someone read a resource rather than going to salesforce.

Path factory is a good insight but hard to use when calling someone for the first time. We can't call saying 'Hi, I've seen that you spent 12 minutes (or just say "a lot of time") reading this earlier" because we sound intrusive really easily.

We use PathFactory as a place to build ABM level and more broad marketing sites of curated content. Our sales team will request us to create access-protected explorer pages that they can use when working with individual prospect accounts. We also use PathFactory to host a variety of our marketing assets like recorded webinars, PDFS, infographics, webpages, etc. We can then create curated content tracks of these assets to provide as follow-up content hubs after meetings, events, webinars, etc.

We use their Marketo integration for tracking and attribution as well as using their forms within the PathFactory Content Tracks.

We use PathFactory for creating asset catalogues, the assets range from documents, videos, and more. The problem we had was to nurture the leads in the funnel journey, and PathFactory does the job well. For multiple personas and account-based marketing, PathFactory helps in creating journeys for the leads and helps in nurturing them from pre-funnel to funnel.

We use PathFactory as our platform of choice for our global webinars. We wanted a self-serve platform with the flexibility to upload on-demand webinars, as well as broadcast, live webinars as we needed in all the languages that we support. We use this across all regions, Americas, Europe, and the Asia Pacific, and find the platform very versatile and easy to use. The main business problem that we tried to solve was how to provide users with a rich webinar experience that enabled them to explore related content on the site while watching a webinar. We needed a way to engage our customers with additional content that would support their needs in their journey. The professional services provided by PathFactory are world-class. They have been our partner for over 2 years and are the gold standard of the kind of support that a client looks for in a vendor.
  • Very responsive to the needs of their client. Their level of support is the gold standard. They are flexible and willing to do whatever it takes to address requests from our team.
  • They have a quick turnaround time and provide exceptional service to address the needs of their clients.

We had a few challenges that we did not know how to handle and Pathfactory came up with solutions that we did not think of and then proceeded to execute and deliver a better-than-expected solution.

They are great at developing a world class webinar experience with insights to user behaviour on their platform. They are great at creating a seamless experience that looks great and is easy to engage with for customers. We use it to store and categorize our content pieces, build engaging content experiences and pull sophisticated reporting. It gives us incredible insights into our audience's behavior and helps them binge and learn as much beneficial content as possible.
  • They are amazing at ensuring their customers get everything from their platform. Very responsive, attentive, and ready to help us meet our business goals.
  • The platform has many unique features that can be easily customized to fit our needs. One of the recent ones was the microsites; they are so sophisticated yet flexible. We actively use them across different marketing departments for various purposes just because they are easy to customize and get the most results.
  • The level of reporting is unmatched! We can find numbers on every single aspect of the experience.
  • For some newer features, there is still some UX work that can be done, but it is a minor thing.
PathFactory is excellent for those who want to improve their buyer's journey experience and elevate how they view your content and brand as a whole! Buyers need to learn more about your company and your product before even talking to a person, so PathFactory will allow you to build highly engaging content experiences that will encourage the audience to do exactly that.

PathFactory is currently being used within the marketing department as a content activation tool. We use PathFactory to drive acquisition and conversion by creating an integrated and contextual experience personalized to our buyer, and help our content team make better decisions.

We intend to deploy it to sales this year as well, and enable them to view PathFactory insights and data, and send out tracks themselves.
  • PathFactory tracks allow prospects to binge on content, giving them a contextual and personalized user experience.
  • PathFactory gives Sales insight into what their prospects are engaging with.
  • With the Marketo integration, PathFactory allows us to build behavior-based nurture programs and score on engaged intent.
  • The team at PathFactory have been great! They're always responsive and have been key to helping us build out our campaigns for 2019.
  • PathFactory lacks A/B testing functionality.
  • It would be great to see campaign-level reporting, specifically having the ability to view the performance/analytics of multiple tracks at once. Today, PathFactory only allows you to see individual track performance or an overview of all tracks.
PathFactory works really well when trying to educate the prospect. We allow the prospect to consume as much or as little content as they like. It allows us to understand what content is resonating and engaging buyers, which topics, formats, and lengths work best to enable and nurture the buyer most effectively.

We use PathFactory to curate content by topic, audience, interests, etc... in order to send targeted communications and promotions. We'll include PathFactory resources within emails, social media, and our website to provide focused outreach to our users, and then use the stats on their interaction with the content to hone our strategy further. Rather than spending time collecting and sending a dozen links to different digital collateral pieces, our Sales team can send a single link to a highly streamlined playlist of content that encourages their targets to binge our materials and take action on the pieces they find most compelling.

A well-established content marketing team with a robust library of marketing collateral and defined audience personas would be wise to use PathFactory for the targeted distribution and automation of assets, especially in coordination with a Sales team that has an aggressive ABM strategy. The comprehensive stats and analytics will take your content and sales strategy to the next level as you optimize and refine established messaging for segmented audiences. A smaller company that is still developing its library of content should wait until they have identified its target markets and built up resources. Without strong, established content in place, PathFactory can only go so far as a means of distributing and measuring what is available.

We purchased PathFactory to support two of our products and one GTM initiative. I could not be happier with our decision. It is the platform for enterprise business. It is built to support complex setup and advanced structure as well as high business requirements. The platform checks all our boxes when it comes to hosting the content and creating a personalized user experience. Furthermore, it has a robust integration with our MAP Eloqua and sends form submission and ungated content consumption data. This way allows us to build advanced content consumption strategies and best-personalized tailor-made journeys.

We use PathFactory when we need to spin up microsites for a very specific purpose and don't want to get our web team involved. It allows you to upload PDFs, video webpages, and other content to be housed within a digital "look book." The lookbook can be tailored content specific to your customer or prospect's needs. They can be spun up very quickly using your library of content, and unique URLs can be created and shared easily. We integrate all of this data into Marketo to track engagement.

PathFactory is great when you want to spin up specific content tracks for specific prospects (or customers). They can be cloned and updated quickly to create personalized experiences while not taking as much time as creating individual websites would in an ABM approach. It doesn't work as well when you're looking for the full functionality of a standard website. You're more or less stuck within the I-frame model. I should mention that they do have the capability to create an "Explorer Page," which is a second way to serve up content, but it's more of a skin over the existing I-frame.
