The main core reason why we are still choosing Zoom its because of the large-list feature. With Google Meet we have the limitation of potential attendees to the meeting, that results in a big issue for meetings where we need to involve large portions or the whole company.

Zoom is much better than using a source such as Vonage for business meeting solutions. The main reason would be Vonage has limits and can't always function properly when using a government computer. In those situations, one would need to use a mobile device. When it comes to Zoom, you can use it on any device with fewer problems and issues.

We use Zoom for the specific use cases mentioned because it seems to be the best tool for those use cases. Other tools are in use for other use cases in our enterprise, as well as because of the pricing structure for the tool.

Skype for Business had reliability issues and we often experienced poor quality audio and/or video. For a while, we tried using it with a large number of participants (50+) and encountered some bandwidth/quality issues. We haven't had any of these issues with Zoom.

I don't like social media for recording pieces of training because they don't have a good share feature. Zoom is superior in the ways you can share your screen, video, and your phone. Plus being able to have filters and backgrounds makes things look more professional. I would choose Zoom again and again for all the ways that you can share your screen.

Zoom is a tool used for meetings and real-time conferences, academic, business, and also personality-wise. It complements Miro since both are collaborative. Even by sharing the screen in Zoom of Miro boards is something I often do.

Honestly not sure why someone would choose one over the other. I was told by my company that all client meetings need to be done on Zoom. They said internal can be conducted on Google Meet. All 3 applications are extremely similar.

Skype is good for quick messaging and calls but it does not have the screen recording feature. Also it needs a higher internet bandwidth. For more than 2-3 participants it does not work too well. Call drops/disconnects in Skype are more frequent in Skype as compared to Zoom if the internet connectivity is not good.

We have used Zoom for many years now and continue to use it on. While they share features with the other tools that I have listed, learning and getting acclimated to Zoom was easier.

Zoom is user friendly and offers more features like video recording compared to teams. Teams require the end user to have a office 365 account, whereas Zoom allows users to attend calls using their desktop plugin and doesn't really require app installation.

Zoom is a much more user-friendly product than others we have used in the past. The user experience with Zoom was much better than our previous screen sharing, audio conferencing, and video conferencing products. Zoom is a very common tool that is also used by many of our vendors, partners, and clients.

Zoom has higher quality video streams than the competition and provides the ability to record meetings; however, Google Hangouts is more user-friendly and takes little to no training to be able to utilize all of its features (although there are fewer bells and whistles). GoToMeeting is the name most people know about, it's easy to use, but the UI and feature set feels very dated.

Zoom is more equally stacked with Microsoft Teams because Microsoft has been playing catch-up for the last few months. I think that overall I have less latency with Zoom than I do with Teams, but other than that, I don't see much difference between the two anymore.

Zoom is much better to use than WebEx and is definitely more secure. I also get better support from just about everything with Zoom over WebEx.

[I feel] Both Microsoft Teams and Skype are best for internal purposes, whereas Zoom has a wider variety of purposes. [In my experience] Zoom can be used for larger meetings, larger capacity webinars, and on-demand offerings. Microsoft Teams and Skype are great for internal meetings, meetings with clients, and possibly personal events or reasons as well.

Zoom is 100% superior in almost all aspects compared to its 2 main competitors: Microsoft Teams and Skype. Only a few organizations in the Australian Education sector use Skype anymore. There are several universities and organizations that are forced to use Teams by their management. In my opinion, Teams is still pretty clunky as a tool for online meetings.
