I've determined that it's a very cost-effective solution for our marketing needs. It's constantly updated by the company with new features. For example, recently, they've added a Social Media feature to post updates to LinkedIn company pages. It's a robust marketing automation software solution and I've always gotten help when I needed it.

I will certainly recommend the renewal of Act-On for this client because the more the organization uses it the more features are unlocked to us. It's much like eating an elephant - it can't be done all at once. We started with email marketing and SalesForce integration. We got good at scheduling emails, creating the emails and interpreting the data in about 6 months. Then we moved into using the system to create webforms and marketing automation. We have been using those features for over a year. We still have not uncovered the social media tools and many of the other features. Act-On is a tool that grows with the business and I anticipate there is a lot of data being collected that will be invaluable for future decisions on marketing spend and activities - we have yet to uncover the many benefits of Act-On.

This is an increasingly crowded space, and new platforms as well as mature platforms constantly improve. Once you are tied to a system, extraction is difficult. We will always keep our options open, and offer the best product.

We have taken our marketing practices from the stone age to 21st century! There are so many features we are able to do now because of Act-On. They include: landing pages, surveys, new call-to-actions on website, enhanced reporting with webinar integration, lead scoring and nurturing with automated campaigns. I can't imagine doing my job without this tool!

If it was up to me (and it's not) I would renew with Act-On as it seemed to be the right solution for the business at hand. It was easy to use, took the lists from SFDC easily, and reported on the success. It seemed to integrate well with other SaaS platforms, too, if we needed to do that.

It's very easy to use and you are able to implement it very quickly. We love the support that we have received from the Act-On team, and they truly care about their customers. I love that even if there's a feature that isn't currently active on Act-On, I know that the product will only get better and better as they evolve and add. Another plus is that pretty much everything you see when you demo Act-On is INCLUDED. You don't have to buy a separate reporting module to know how your emails are performing or who's visiting your website. They don't charge you based on the number of emails you send and that has been a paramount reason why we love Act-On.
