  • Saved us money on our benefits offerings and created a seamless on boarding process.
  • Once you are assigned to Payroll contact they are extremely responsive.
  • The sales team was fantastic Moorim Kim (especially) as she stayed close with us as we transitioned to ensure a smooth process.
  • The only feedback I can provide is that we are not able to expand in Montreal, Canada (where my second office location). So hard that we can not have the same site for both offices. This is not because of the team trying but a payroll issues that prevent us from moving forward (thank Dylan for all your help).

  • Our reps almost always have the answers to my questions at their fingertips, and on the rare occasion when they don't, they know whom to ask for help.
  • The web portal is very, very slow, especially when generating reports.
  • The portal should have a feature for uploading files with sensitive information so we don't have to email them to our rep
  • The portal should accommodate payroll deductions, instead of making us complete forms manually.

  • Gives HR advise on issues we have where we don't have expertise such different states with different laws
  • The portal - especially with the upgrade - is very useful for the managers and employees of the company
  • Keeping us updated on law changes and import HR issues through weekly emails or videos - making it easier to navigate
  • Processing payroll is clunky at time - we submit by the deadline but by the time the final payroll is ready to approve can very great - sometime hours after the TriNet cut off time
  • Connect360 isn't the best system - sometimes you get a different answer to the same question - a dedicated rep was much better as they knew your business - Connect360 has gotten better overtime - still need improvement
