At Florida Blue, we were looking for an all-in-one solution for social media management, listening and analytics. Needless to say, we found it in Sprinklr. We use Sprinklr on a daily basis to manage all brand posts across our corporate social media channels. Sprinklr is great as we have various users across our organization who submit content. Through Sprinklr's approval process we are able to screen the content prior to letting the content go live. We also use Sprinklr's analytics and listening to assist us in determining ROI and tracking our engagement and growth in the social space.

Groupon utilizes Sprinklr as our global enterprise solution for social content management and measurement in 47 countries. This includes basic publishing and scheduling across mainstream social networks, conversation management and engagement, and campaign (app) optimization).

Beyond the immediate social team members, Sprinklr is also used by our editorial, SEO and customer service teams.

In regards to Sprinklr's relationship to solving business challenges, the platform has made a major impact in three core areas:

  • Global insights and tracking. Groupon is a hyper-local company operating at an international scale. Sprinklr has enabled us to accurately measure performance across hundreds of accounts in several difference languages in near real-time. This level of tracking has helped to discover trends early their life cycle, and make adjustments to improve our bottom line.
  • Content production efficiency. Operating at a local level requires a high volume of original content. The Social Asset Manager (SAM) and customer reporting dashboards within Sprinklr have helped us identify operational efficiencies in content-sharing across all geographies.
  • Customer service at scale. Being one of the largest Internet retailers in the world, customer service is a natural extension of our activity in social media channels.

In December 2014 we completed our new Social Command Center powered by Sprinklr. This has opened the eyes of our company to the world of Social Media in a very open environment. Agggregated Social Media in easy-to-read graphics is very powerful.

Sprinklr is officially deployed in our Customer Quality department for monitoring and moderating any type of customer concerns that are voiced in social. Our main purpose as a department is to work closely with customers to understand their needs by responding quickly and accurately. We are also (like everyone else) "analytic hungry"... Sprinklr provides ease of use for reporting and measurement. We are also providing Sprinklr to our Marketing Partners and Ad agencies for their use as well. Additionally, we have recently introduced and rolled out other countries to Sprinklr.

It is centralized through the marketing department but is also utilized throughout our service department, product development, engineering, and international business units. It assists our organization in getting to know customers (CRM, audience profiling), understand what is impactful, what needs are not being met, and also empowers us to eliminate silos within the internal organization. Sprinklr solved the problem of having too many systems (and people) not communicating effectively. Sprinklr has allowed our business to become a social business.

Sprinklr is used to simplify the process work flow of engaging our audience. It helps different product and service experts answer our audience's questions. It helps us identify trending questions to help us write content to answer those questions. The reporting and Google Analytics integration is unlike any other I've seen and I've seen and used many social media management enterprise tools.

At the organization I used Sprinklr at, Sprinklr was being used by the entire public affairs team around the world. Being a social media management and listening tool, Sprinklr addressed the problem of connecting a spread out and spread thin public affairs team into one tool that allowed each team member to contribute to the conversation. Team members were able to monitor their specific brand social channels, particularly important as the industry I worked in often had negative feedback from social media users, and derive detailed reports from Sprinklr's reporting tool. This allowed the public affairs team to grow the company's social media presence by not only listening and understanding the audience, but also easily sharing content in an easy to use user-interface.

We got the opportunity to use Sprinklr across various social channels for numerous verticals for one of our clients. It helped us in being more efficient and in handling the channels with a lot more ease. Be it scheduling, putting multiple QC processes in place, managing ORM or churning out reports; Sprinklr has made life simpler. Previously we had to manually go to individual social channels and take of our daily chores in quite a tedious manner, but now we get it done on one platform. Simply put work is a lot more sorted thanks to Sprinklr!
