The tool helps us manage our lead generation and Sales pipeline in its entirety.
  • Lead management.
  • Reporting.
  • Dashboards.
  • Customization of reports.
  • Reports need to connect multiple modules.
  • Dashboard does not have many options to depict graphs and compare 2 reports.
They are priced well, the user interface is great and easy to use. Where they lack is the reporting capability and the ability to incorporate custom fields into their dashboards. Their API does not integrate with our in-house software so that has to be a manual exercise and their outlook plug-in could be better as there are not too many options to tag contacts if you don't know the exact account name and this does not pick up on the domain.

We use Zoho CRM for Leads management and sales funnel monitoring. It helped us in effectively managing sales pipeline by providing us with different features/ stages. Leads management and data management was made easy due to the presence of various funnels like qualified leads, meeting, proposals, negotiation, deal closure or lost. It is an effective way of data management and funnel management for salespeople across large and mid-size organizations.
  • Funnel management - presence of various funnels through which you may figure out which lead is in which state.
  • Lead analytics - helps you in figuring out your sales cycle.
  • Reports - customized report formulations are possible.
  • One has to open each and every lead individually if they want to read notes or comments.
  • Comment date is not available.
  • Login process is difficult.
  • Deal trackage is difficult.
Zoho CRM is best suited for large and mid sized companies as it helps in effective data and lead management. The scenario where it was not very effective was when we try to fetch lead wise data, manual tracking is not at ease. Although it allows us to create tasks and reminders which helps in scheduling calls/meetings with a prospective client.

Zoho CRM makes the entire Lead to Sale conversion easier with such mapped and comprehensive data. Easy customizations, reporting structure everything else is just an add-on. By far have used Salesforce as well, though Zoho CRM is the best of all.

IT Sales and Services are easy to scale up with good Zoho CRMs, Zoho CRM is particularly one of them. The automation and integration with custom tools make the work easier. We have used mostly all the modules in our Zoho CRM Plus subscription plan. Everything works seamlessly and as expected. Cheers! keep up the good work.

We utilize Zoho CRM as part of the larger Zoho One suite of services. It is a highly customizable platform that allows you to capture the data you want and cut out all of the "fluff" that you don't want (but comes with nearly every CRM). In addition, the larger Zoho One ecosystem gives an immense value, including CRM, social media management, calendar scheduling, webinar hosting, invoicing, online chat, and 20+ other SaaS solutions together for the same cost as a typical CRM.
  • Capacity to customize
  • Integration across 3rd party providers
  • Bundled solution
  • Sync across Zoho platforms can be slow
  • Too many support tickets need to be escalated rather than fixed on the spot
Well suited if you are looking for a customizable all-in-one solution. Not as good of a fit if you want an "out of the box" solution that you don't want to customize.

CRM for the whole group; creating a database of prospects, opportunities and customers. The product in question addresses GDPR concerns as well as logs customer/client opt-ins/outs etc. Extremely user friendly and access to ongoing support
  • Intuitive design for sales journey
  • Customer mapping and automation
  • GDPR compliance and rule setting
  • Automation options could be more straightforward for new users
  • A link to organisations' websites to access visitor info would be be useful
  • A more simplified call/meeting logging system with less mandatory inputs
For looking after a customer database including clients, prospects and ongoing deals Zoho is ideal. It helps your team to forecast deal amounts, closing dates and progress. As well as the nitty gritty such as managing individual prospects for lead generation initiatives. It's less well rounded than HubSpot's CRM that seems to be more all-encompassing

We were looking for an end-to-end solution to support and/or replace our legacy systems, streamline processes, and prepare for the future. There are many options available in the market but preferred one vendor instead of a multitude of apps that had to be connected through automation that would likely break at the most inopportune times. We were also looking for a product that allowed us to match our tried-and-true processes instead of forcing us into other ways of doing business that would increase training time and decrease adoption and usability. Our goal was to automate the sales process that would automatically flow into a defined project management system to track over 25,000 projects per year through to billing and automatic payments once the project was reviewed and completed.
  • Fields and modules are very customizable allowing for significant growth and tracking.
  • Excellent integration between apps.
  • Pricing is very good.
  • Daily and hourly limits on API calls force workarounds.
  • Limits on field types and number of emails that can be sent each day don't line up with enterprise needs.
  • Insufficient documentation at every level of the product.
Zoho CRM is geared to small businesses with limited usage. However, through additional programming, our enterprise company was able to leverage the core apps into a well-honed customized CRM and end-to-end ecosystem that meets our needs. Zoho CRM has been responsive to this process and provided the support we need. With Zoho CRM, we can customize it any way we want allowing us to track all aspects of client requests and tax or service categories and then follow up with email campaigns based on specific criteria with ease.

At Renu, we use Zoho CRM for our Marketing and Sales management. We primarily use the Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Deals modules. We have to sever API connections to 3rd party lead generation organizations and our website. Having these connections allows for the flow and access of the customer data, at the same time keeping the accuracy of the data strong. There are over one hundred workflows set up to send automated emails, text messages, and field updates. Having these automations have allowed us to scale our business while keeping the headcount lower which has helped us drive profitability. Additionally, customer support has been paramount as we continue to evolve our business and needs arise that we have to reach out to them. There is always someone friendly and helpful when speaking on the phone or over the chat. They look for solutions and have a solid understanding of their product's capabilities. We have looked at other CRM software, we decided to go with Zoho CRM because of their focus and dedication to improving and enhancing their product so that over time it becomes more user-friendly and powerful. It's a tool that will grow and scale along with us.
  • Workflows that include functions, webhooks, field updates and notifications
  • API integrations with 3rd party software as well as other Zoho products
  • Customizations to look and feel of canvas layouts
  • Reporting and dashboards make it easy to interpret the data
  • More API syncing with custom modules
  • A trouble tickets portal to keep track of the requests made to assistance because when there are several it can be difficult to keep up with managing the different case numbers.
  • Continued improvements to the mobile app so it's closer to the web browser functionality
Useful For: - Managing customer contact information and history of interactions. - Having solid user tracking of activities and interactions with various records. - Having to visualize the data to empower tracking of trends for marketing and sales. - Enabling the users with scheduled email reports. - Pipeline management from new lead through to sale. Not So Useful For: - Tracking projects to completion. - Complex detailed analytics reporting.

We use Zoho CRM for all our client needs including proposals. CRM is a great tool to keep everything organized and efficient. We use a lot of workflows with many other applications to systemize many tasks.
  • Keeps all our clients information organized
  • Many integrations are available to make our jobs easier
  • Very helpful for our sales team
  • It would be great if there were more sorting options with the columns
  • Creating a work flow is difficult unless you have lots of programming experience
  • I would be nice if the email creating process was more user-friendly
Zoho CRM is a great product for any size business. In combination with Zoho One, the options are endless for integrations, customizations, and automations. We have been using Zoho CRM for many years, and it has greatly helped us to grow our business and streamline many tasks. I highly recommend any business owner to check it out to see if this would work for their business.

Our client used Excel to manage their members (organizations) and their respective statuses for many years. They wanted to track all active members, prospects, as well as expired members and what type of membership each of them is. They also wanted to keep track of the users and their contacts for each member.
  • Has a variety of features
  • Fields are all customizable and is pretty flexible
  • The admin UX (the interface that allows us to customize the fields, and configuration of the CRM) is pretty old school, from the stone age. It's also very slow.
  • They market them to be able to integrate with many 3rd party applications. But the integrations are not detailed enough and lack customization there. It wouldn't close the loop for us to fully integrate it with our client's website.
If you don't really need any 3rd party integration, but need a small-scale, flexible, customizable records management system for internal purposes, then it's a great choice. Even the free plan would work.

Cheap, effective CRM with tons of add-ons. We also use Zoho Campaigns in tandem. Also easy, cheap, and effective. Good reporting integration even at lower package levels.

  • CRM Forms has many deficiencies
  • Sequences are a bit clunky
  • Going from Campaigns into CRM
GREAT for small businesses and startups. Recommended it to a client who purchased Enterprise. Scalable platform and good customer support. Not sure where the platform is not appropriate as they have tons of add-ons.

We use Zoho CRM for managing all our contacts - mainly sales contacts, and we also manage our website users. We are also using Zoho CRM to manage our order processing pipeline.
  • Pipelines
  • Customization and flexibility
  • organization
  • Tasks can be made better with descriptions and commenting like Clickup for example
  • Contact records, Sales orders, Accounts, etc - these modules should have a commenting feature more like conversations on chat
  • Zoho support in general is not great, so that definitely needs improving
Zoho CRM is perfectly suited for all sales activities and even order processing activities. Not great for task management.

I mainly use Zoho CRM for user account management. Pairing this with the email utility really creates a smooth workflow for my business. It makes organization of roles very simple and ensures people are not bombarded with things unrelated to their job.
  • Email works flawlessly. I have never had a problem with the service.
  • Managing user accounts is super simple and straightforward.
  • The initial interface is quite overwhelming for someone just getting started with CRM
I have only used Zoho CRM for the two functions related to my business: User Management and Email. It handles those utilities extremely well. I have not yet delved into the other functionality of Zoho CRM.

We are still in the implementation phases. We use Zoho CRM and Projects currently for small sales. Having a single pane of glass to review not just revenue forecasting, but also view our in flight orders. This has helped tremendously with interdepartmental communication gaps.
  • Forecasting.
  • Defining processes.
  • Pre and Post sales communications with customers.
  • A lot of customization by an outside developer is needed to make CRM truly functional.
  • Technical support can be limited at times.
  • Better explanation and support on integrating Zoho applications.
A small company growing aggressively would likely not have the time, money and patience required to implement. Out of the box options are very limited.

Other platforms we tried were more user friendly for customization. You need someone internally to handle basic "coding" to make this platform useful for a company offering services with monthly subscriptions. For companies that sell a product and walk away, CRM would work fine out of the box.

We use it to manage everything from our marketing efforts, to our sales pipeline, to our client relationships.<br>It is an end-to-end pipeline for us.
  • I love the flexibility of the modules.
  • We have built out a bunch of custom workflows to manage our sales to service turnover.
  • I like the customization options.
  • The marketing hub was not built by a marketer. There is VERY little campaign management and very few useful analytics and campaign metrics.
  • The report functionality could be more robust. It gets really frustrating trying to collate information between modules.
It has a LOT of functionality that has been well thought out. There are other places where it seems to have developed in a silo.
But I do love the modules related to the sales cycle. That is very well integrated into the rest of the CRM, and is great for tracking future opportunities.

We use Zoho CRM within our team sales department to manage incoming leads, assign tasks, and ensure customers are followed up with. We get different lead types and have sales reps in different parts of the country, so having everything on one system makes communication and reporting easier.
  • Automation templates.
  • Ease of form building.
  • Filtering options are easy to navigate.
  • Round robin features are not at all intuitive and we needed to buy a plug in.
  • Most automation steps require a ton of research to implement.
  • No direct integration with our ERP system.
For basic form-based quote requests, Zoho CRM has come in handy. We still would prefer to have more integration with our ERP system so that everything could be pulled into one system.

Zoho CRM has proven itself as an invaluable tool. Our marketing and sales team have all the information available to them when they need it. Since we have the Zoho One platform we are able to automate and integrate our systems with ease.
  • Easily build custom forms.
  • Custom scripting.
  • Never down.
  • Difficult contact sharing with peers.
  • Scripting help lacking.
  • Documentation examples weak.
For the price Zoho CRM provides all the functionality most users would need. More advanced feature are there but require workarounds to make work for different scenarios. If you have the stomach to figure things out you find there are lots of diamonds hiding amongst the coal. Sharing leads and contacts can be a bit tricking depending on your business model. Over all a strong product moving in the right direction.

Our organization uses Zoho CRM to organize and track all of our clients' information. We use the task features to ensure prompt follow-up. We've run into some troubles with lead imports from various 3rd party apps, like Shopify, and have been manually importing them which wastes a lot of time. There also doesn't seem to be a way to configure IMAP settings for shared mailboxes, which is a shame.
  • Activities

  • IMAP for shared mailboxes.
  • More tools for lead importing.
  • Ability to auto pull information from Contact when creating a deal.
We've opened several cases with Zoho CRM support to mediate the issue we've been having with our Shopify leads. It might fix for a day or so, but the connection is broken quickly. This has caused us to have to manually import our Leads, which is very time-consuming. We do like Zoho CRM's task functions- it's helpful to keep up with our client's projects in a timely manner.

  • File storage is minimal

We use Zoho CRM to manage our customer and vendor data, market to our customers, and integrate this data with other applications such as Zoho Projects and Zoho Books.
  • Integrates with Marketing Campaign Software.
  • Sales lifecycle management.
  • Flexibility - different views and reports.
  • Integrates with other Zoho apps.

Zoho CRM is well suited to mid-size companies with a moderate number of users. To get the most out of Zoho CRM, you need to have one internal power user or hire a partner to help you optimize it for your organization.
