Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

It is very well suited if you regularly do meetings and present presentation.
And if you want to troubleshoot your customers system it is very useful as it is easy to setup.
It is not useful if you don't require regular meetings or presentation.
It is also not recommended if one does any physical work and does not require working on computer or something do manual working.

Zoom is perfect for situations in which meeting in person is simply not possible. For example, as an estimator for a masonry contractor, I'm constantly pleading my case to different general contractors on why we are right for the job. There's only so much you can get across via email and phone calls, and face-to-face meetings aren't always possible (*cough* COVID *cough*). That's where Zoom comes in.

Zoom is great when you need to schedule video calls or conference calls with people outside your organization, since it is pretty easy to join the call (using any web browser or a local phone number).
When you don't care about using a dedicated application, you can have better solutions.

I will highly recommend this application to the entire business sector; this tool will help you get rid of extra expense that [was] spent on traveling, this software gives you freedom of work and it is available in various plans based on your team size, thus they allow you to choose according to the budget.

Zoom is ideal for medium to large organizations. The breakout room options are very useful when it comes to segregating a single meeting into multiple meetings. We create breakout rooms and transfer participants based on naming conventions. This approach is very useful. We've managed to optimize the use of licenses for multiple meetings. When it comes to security features, it's difficult to manage meeting security on breakout rooms, as the security setting for each breakout room is different. For example, if we apply security settings to the main room, it would be applicable to the main room only. For each breakout room, we have to manually go and apply security settings for chat, emojis, mic control, etc. or the default settings will be applied.

For us, where Zoom could be most useful would be if you are working with seminars, either for sales of any kind of product or service or for the execution of online classes. Since the Zoom approach can be customized to cover meetings of all kinds, it could feasibly [...] be used for smaller calls, whether personal or work-related, [that] simply need[s] to have a higher level of privacy. Zoom could also be used [for] group planning so that everyone involved is [...] notified of the points to be carried out when doing their part of the job, which even if it does not directly involve meetings is useful at an informational level, in case you are familiar with most of the services that exist to publish newsletters for a certain number of people to see.

Well-suited for team meetings when team members are at different locations. Well-suited for social distancing needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not as well suited for meetings when interpersonal communication is needed (i.e. body language) since not everyone has a camera or microphone.

It is suitable for almost any kind of work emergency that requires quick communication with co-workers. It is not useful if you do not have at least a mid-range device for meetings, as this would lead to quality problems.

I think Zoom provides a lot of flexibility and it is reasonably priced. I think it is good for doing online presentations both as the person presenting and the person(s) watching. The features of asking survey questions and breakout rooms are very helpful if you are using it for online instruction.

It is well suited for the educational sector but, less appropriate for field-related work. You can show your presentation using the screen sharing feature and complete major tasks online whereas during fieldwork you have to show physical works being done and that's quite difficult without the help of a smart device.

It's very well suited for group calls. I run a mastermind group of 10 guys. We meet regularly and all of us connect from all over the world. It's great that can all see each other's faces like we are in the same room. Zoom may be less appropriate for people wanting to do a webinar with the conversation only being one-sided.

The best scenarios while dealing with the clients directly or third-party as it's very smooth in functioning with corporat[ions] as they have corporate licenses with best data security.
Less appropriate for personal use as there may be issues related to data breach or personal data might get captured by Zoom.

It’s well suited for your basic meeting. When more than one person is speaking, it’s very distorted and hard to hear. I wish that worked better as I feel I missed valuable information quite a few times during meetings.

I [suppose] every organization has different needs and based on that they can choose the app that suits them. There are several apps now like Google Meet, Zoho Meetings, Cisco, Teams, etc. Zoom is useful for instant meets and where you don't have a large number of participants. We felt Zoom was more than enough for our work and it could be easily accessed anywhere from any device.

Zoom works fine for a small company and on 1 to 1 meeting, basic meetings and chats. Zoom is a bit unreliable lately. We get some outages and also the plugin are continuously problematic. Still, it does the job and is a bit better than Skype for Business.

Love the option for virtual backgrounds which especially is suited nowadays during the COVID while we all are doing work from home. Its breakout rooms feature enables us to do activities within small groups when we have a large set of audience in the same meeting room. Its feature to share live on Facebook, YouTube, or other apps is also good so other viewers can use those platforms and still be connected to the talks presently going on. Overall the video and audio quality are really nice, and it has decent options for the host to make different settings based on types of meetings.

Zoom is well suited for meetings of small and larger groups of people to discuss in a lecture room/seminar/webinar style. Here it is certainly one of the best solutions on the market. The implementation of breakout rooms is very rudimentary and does not allow users to pick whom they want to discuss with. The chat functionality also has a somewhat rudimentary appeal, and for most use cases, other solutions are more appropriate here. The video recording of meetings is a nice feature but might be problematic due to privacy protection. Webinars add some further functionality, for which, at least in educational settings, the standard Zoom video conferencing solution seems less restrictive and is a better choice. This might, however, depend on the preferences of the user. However, from my own experience and reading about other platforms, one gets the impression that Zoom does not invest sufficiently in their billing and support departments, resulting in long waiting times and often embarrassingly inadequate solutions for paying customers. Despite the very good product, the lack of support is a no-go in a professional setting.

Zoom has been a great addition to our company, not perfect but it's getting better all the time. I think Zoom is good for people that want to use it for long meetings and webinars, people that plan to use it daily. If it's just a few times a month, I think it would be a waste of an investment. If you are an MS Office 365 customer, with Teams, you may not need this. But you definitely need it if you are doing webinars, Teams isn't good for webinars.
