We selected ChurnZero based on price and having the functionality we needed for right now. Gainsight had more features, but at a much higher cost and these features weren't necessarily items we needed to get ourselves up and running now.

I much prefer the ease of ChurnZero compared to Salesforce. Within my company, there are many action items that I can do within either platform, and I choose ChurnZero every time. There are items I wish I could do in ChurnZero that I cannot, however, that is due to what ChurnZero is for, and is no fault of theirs!

CZ has everything in just one tool, it is better organized and has a lot more of automatizations to configure. But for sure, the breaking point for us to change was the customer care, CZ has a very well-prepared staff to be with you all the steps on the way and we really appreciate that.

I am so disappointed in CZ. We use dozens of other plaforms. Elevi.io, Salesforce, Fresh Desk, AWS, etc. CZ is by far the toughest and least supportive software. By the way, we are a Saas company and get software - so if it is difficult for us to get answers I feel badly for other companies.

I don't know a lot of other companies that do this sort of Churn Scoring - I'm sure they are out there. Prior to CZ we used Monday to track some metrics and usage, but Monday is much better suited to project management and not customer management (we still use Monday daily).

ChurnZero really dives deep into our client's statistics versus simply storing client data and information. It has also allowed our various departments to collaborate on the client's journey based on the implementation stage they are in. The ability to monitor client usage has really been key for us to help maintain the client relationship and know where we need to improve. Along with storing key pieces of client data for easier access.

Security parameters are good with churnzero security certifications are available with ChurnZero. Ease of use is a USP of ChurnZero datapoints are very much easy to add data point customization is available. We are using it along with a lot of other systems via integration. Overall we chosen it since it was a good fit.

Prior to making the decision to purchase ChurnZero we conducted an exhaustive benchmark and it came up very high in our parameters including flexibility, integrations, ease of deployment and price. Churnzero provides high touch points of contact customer support so you can get the best out of the tool in the shortest amount of time. This is something you realize after the purchase and it validates you made the right choice.

ChurnZero was a solution that better fit our needs. The pricing was better for our budget, and the product wasn't split up into pieces like some other products were. As a B2B software company, the ability to have ChurnZero sit in our app for success centers, walkthroughs, and training was huge. Other companies offered those as well, but ChurnZero's seems like not only the easiest dev process but the best use case for our customers.

Salesforce is great for storing your data in one centralized place. It doesn't track usage though, and that's why I like ChurnZero. ChurnZero gives you insight into the customer's journey. Salesforce is more of a customer relationship management database. The good news is you can integrate the two together for a seamless workflow.

We chose ChurnZero due to a few factors. The first was cost, ChurnZero offered a package that fit our lower budget while Gainsight did not have any wiggle room with a more expensive product. Next, the implementation period for ChurnZero was much faster than that of Gainsight. Last, ChurnZero offered similar product matches however adoption was much faster.

During the sales cycle, ChurnZero seemed to better fit our use-case of "early stages" start-up, and they provided better pricing options. But it was more than just pricing. We felt that the ChurnZero team "talked the talk and walked the walk" when it comes to Customer Success. The expertise of their own Customer Success team allowed us to trust them with the growth and maturity of our CS team.
