Really easy to get started, but not quite as easy when you get into the really advanced stuff. We often run into roadblocks when trying to build out workflows that come to a grinding halt because there is no viable solution or we have to settle for plan B.

monday.com is easy to use. They have plenty of resources to learn what you need to be able to build a tool that will help organize your workload. I use this tool every day and my oustside counsel and his team uses it as well. He is very happy with what we've been able to accomplish using it.

monday.com is great with a lot of features and the features seem to be constantly growing which is great to see. If there would be a way to not have the body of emails go into the chat bubble of a task, and into something that is easier to see/search that would be great.

We've been mostly impressed with the automations and usability of monday.com. For all the capabilities, we still find some basic functions that don't seem to be supported yet, though we've appreciated how quickly monday.com rolls out new features. Integrations are somewhat limited with pre-created recipes and no ability to create your own workflow with an integration. Additionally, we've found it surprising that the template automations offer some functionality that can't be recreated in a create-your-own automation.

It's hard to break. You can play and test things and try automations all without harming real products or cases. The visual appeal makes things easy track and understand whether you're a new hire or a seasoned employee. The activity log is a great way to see what has been done, and makes it easy to identify training opportunities and process improvement.

Intimidating at first, once you figure out the details of the automations and learn how to use the different column types, it becomes easier each day to navigate through monday.com. It's easy to search for the correct template to use, and you could always just create another one. I feel the search feature, CTRL+B helps navigate between our many boards super easily.

I think it's constantly improving hence the 9/10, and they take on board the feedback which is really great to see. The support team are great and really quick to respond when you're stuck on how best to use monday.com in specific cases, and when in doubt, they'll always recommend templates and other examples to follow. It integrates with a lot of different platforms which makes it easy to track multiple projects at once, especially when you're transitioning into monday.com and still have things everywhere. Our win so far has been integrating into Teams to make sure we never miss notifications and can load it up on the go wherever the team are.

monday.com is very easy to use, and easy to learn. The way the automations are built and how clearly the boards are laid out makes it easy to onboard new team members. The comments, updates and tagging comments onto images makes keeping board members up to date easy and functional. monday.com could do better with its file sharing and editing integration.

I give the rating of 9/10 because we can not imagine anymore a day without using monday.com. We know that there's a lot more we can use monday.com for. Maybe some online educations can be very interesting.

monday.com is easy to understand and navigate, I didn't take a training on monday.com or use any of the guides that were provided. You can make a template for pretty much anything. We print our checks for our clients and we have a status that lets us know if the check is requested, printed, and/or delivered; which helps so much. monday.com is extremally detailed.

monday.com's user interface is very clean and simple. The simplicity and clean design of it allows for easier scanning. For example, having the "Status" and "Stage" in the list view makes it much easier to see when a project is currently being worked on or is in need of a review before it can continue.

For the most part, the platform is intuitive and user friendly. Sometimes, the templates are a bit tricky to figure out from the preview mode in terms of whether or not they will be useful. It would also be nice to see a bit more flexibility in some areas of the templates (being able to rename anything within the template, for example)
