Zoom Workplace brings communication, employee engagement, spaces, and productivity solutions together on a single platform with Zoom AI Companion capabilities woven throughout. It is designed to streamline communications with AI-powered tools that work together through solutions like Meetings, Team Chat, Phone, Mail & Calendar, and Scheduler. A chat can be elevated to a meeting or phone call to get to a resolution faster, and the solution drives productivity with products that are built for modern work through solutions like Whiteboard, Clips, Notes, Surveys, and Docs.

To optimize office experiences and hybrid work collaboration it includes workspace solutions like Rooms, Workspace Reservation, Visitor Management, and Digital Signage. Our users love our Zoom Rooms. They like the ease of walking into a room and seeing a meeting scheduled on TVs in the rooms. The Zoom Room is easy to start meeting with one-touch if the room is open and has not been booked. The sharing capabilities have been highly praised.

All our meeting rooms are equipped with Zoom Rooms and the devices we use are Apple devices. The experience with Zoom Room videos and camera connectivity has been good too. The always on [feature] is very helpful for our client calls and pairing across other office team members.

We use Zoom Rooms paired with Polycom phones. They paired seamlessly and support is incredibly easy via the admin portal. Use is very intuitive for all levels of team members. Upgrading is very effortless. Aesthetically, Zoom Rooms are impressive and give us a more professional appearance to guests. Overall we are very impressed.

Zoom Rooms is a user-friendly and stable AV drop-in. We've appreciated the overall quality of the experience, especially with access to a variety of control interfaces. Zoom still struggles to expose their API in ways that integrators need, and the limits on concurrent device limits are frustrating. We also wish we could have direct access to the control interface from the admin portal.

Luckily, my manager has experience with Zoom Rooms and was able to show me the ropes. Zoom Rooms are incredibly versatile. What I really believe makes these rooms better than the older technology is simple: Customization. It's not just a blank screen, you can put slideshows on so that when clients walk by they are given a feeling of professionalism from your organization. Videos can be set to start when before the meeting to clear white noise and to build up to the meeting or event. I also believe that signage can be integrated into Zoom to show when meetings are and who has the meeting scheduled to prevent confusion and, "Oh, I didn't know you had this room reserved." scenarios.
