ZoomInfo's offering stacks up well against competitive offerings because they have everything we needed -- accurate data, list building tools, buyer intent data and scoring. It was an easy choice.

ZoomInfo has better data quality and accuracy, and a broader range of target identification tools (scoops, Intent). ZoomInfo is also much more expensive than either of these tools. It is worth it to focus on negotiating a better price, because at list prices it may be hard to justify the ZoomInfo cost.

I do not have a ton of experience with other tools that are similar to ZoomInfo. However, after using ZoomInfo for almost two years, I will never choose to use another competing software. ZoomInfo has made my life so much easier and has increased my production. If you want to have quality information about prospects, use ZoomInfo.

We have not evaluated any other software other than ZoomInfo. We did use DiscoverOrg when it was a separate company, but our current ZoomInfo contract allows us to do everything that we used to do with DiscoverOrg and more. The tool has been extremely helpful for prospecting and finding new target markets.

ZoomInfo data quality, accuracy and volume is far superior to previously evaluated platforms with similar functionality. This was single-handedly the biggest differentiator in our eyes when comparing the platform to previously used solutions and other solutions on the market in the space. The features around Intent Search were unique to ZoomInfo and are crucial in our outreach targeting.

ZoomInfo was recommended to me by a sales coach that I use, so I went straight for that on the basis of knowing that their database would be the cleanest and most accurate. I've been cold-called with contact lists by other companies I've never really heard of, but they all seemed pretty sketchy to me.

We use HubSpot for several purposes and I did take a look at their company search database, but it was not comparable to ZoomInfo. I also briefly checked out Crunchbase but, again, quickly determined that service was not going to meet our needs.

I used Crunchbase and Snov.io, they're both good tools but unlike Zoominfo they don't suggest the "whole-package" solution. ZoomInfo is not a perfect tool and I often find faulty/irrelevant data in it but it is still by far more reliable and comfortable to use than the other tools I have experienced with.

For ease of use, ZoomInfo is by far the best. Having been used to DiscoverOrg for some time, you get used to ways of finding things you are looking for. So that took some time to adjust. However, the rich and accurate data, is something I find immensely different.

ZoomInfo has more updated and current data to use.
The bounce rate significantly decreased once we moved over to ZoomInfo.
The overall quality and depth of data seemed to be a step above the other products.
ZoomInfo is very proactive and product offering is always updating to make sure they are at the top of the industry.

I previously used Dunn & Bradstreet, DiscoverOrg and ZoomInfo. DiscoverOrg and ZoomInfo were far superior in data quality to Dunn & Bradstreet, and now they're one organization, so the decision was easy. In addition, we also considered LinkedIn Sales Navigator, but that wouldn't meet out data enrichment needs, so ZoomInfo was the natural (and most expensive) choice.

ZoomInfo has better international data coverage than SalesIntel. Otherwise I don't think they are much different. Given the price both companies quoted, we found less value of these tools if we don't spend a fortune. I use ZoomInfo simply because my company pays for it.
