I definitely don't hate THIS Monday!
monday.com has made it a lot easier for us to see what jobs we have coming up, who they're for, and when we anticipate the work happening. The has allowed for easier communication between managers, sales people, and installers which has lead to higher customer satisfaction since their projects are getting done in a timely fashion.

monday.com has been a go to for tracking contacts and setting tasks as needed. It is a simple platform to navigate and gets the job done. It is not overly complex, and boards are easy to build and read. I would give it a 3 on performance, Teammates would rate higher.

Utilizing monday.com has been a great advantage for the company because of the various capabilities such as data management. It is very important to have a strong data management software so that you can track the data in real time for multiple angles, as well as store information quickly, and have it easily accessible.

Project management made easy!
We use Monday.com for project management. We can track the progress of a job from start to finish and updates are in real time. As our company grew and we opened up other offices we were finding it difficult to keep up with where everyone was on the project and what still needed to be done. The mobile app works well when you're in the field. We can input everything our field guys need when on a project.

Monday a good decision for your company.
I really like it because it helps me to follow up on all the areas that are needed in projects. For example, each project needs the work from 6 areas, so it's important not to waste time doing one assignment. Monday helps us by sharing information between areas, and each area has its own board, but the board can be used by other members.

There were instances when the team is experiencing latency on the tool or sometimes the automation doesn't work. This of course affects the team's productivity negatively but we understand that there are systems maintenance from time to time.

Before, I used an agenda for each city, with Excel and manual control to be able to schedule appointments and also to control appointments. Now I'm using monday.com, which has made my day-to-day easier. I have better control of appointments and schedules with full SLA control. I can control all teams and cities on a single platform.

very well designed, including easy-to-read and display format that includes clear and concise messages and communication. I really love the clear tables displayed at the bottom of projects and tasks that colour code the job status, including completion, errors or problems, roadblocks, or if it's currently being worked on. I also love that you can add your own labels and use them as you prefer.

monday.com, a snazzy tool with endless uses
Overall I would say they do a great job staying up and keeping us informed when they are down. They have had some epic moments that remind everyone using a SAS what happens when they are down.... nothing... But that is an inherent risk of SAS, not monday.com.
