Native integration between SFDC and Adobe Marketo Engage is pretty common, but handling duplicates can be problematic. I have a lot of feedback on the strengths and weaknesses of different feature sets, but overall, any negative feedback pales in comparison to how functional and solid Adobe Marketo Engage is as a MAP.

The larger the company, the more I would recommend Adobe Marketo Engage. It is a very robust system and takes some resources, specifically staff, to get the most out of it. It can still greatly benefit a smaller company, but the price point isn't always palatable for smaller companies that don't have the dedicated staff to get the most bang for their buck.

Adobe Marketo Engage is an optimal fit for B2B organizations. I've used it across multiple organizations and have also used Hubspot, Pardot, and Eloqua. Adobe Marketo Engage is head and shoulders above. Adobe needs to continue to scale and invest in Marketo.

For the most part, I don't have any issues. I'm able to build effectively, integrate with third parties, and generate effective campaigns. When I do have a problem, their customer support is good but not great. It's hit or miss if they can effectively diagnose a problem and provide a really good solution. I often have to rely on the community.

If you are doing ABM, Adobe Marketo Engage is the best fit. It is capable of creating highly personalized mail to target our audience. Highly Personalized campaigns will not only help you to get your audience more engaged but also will help to increase your overall sales. It has advanced analytics to track user behavior. Must test and try this tool.

The marketing team mainly uses Adobe Marketo Engage as a tool to carry out email marketing campaigns and support the sales team with easily accessible content to present to prospects. The platform also helps us to maintain communication with potential customers -- allowing them to comfortably learn more about our products and services before discussing their interest in sales. Adobe Marketo Engage can sometimes take longer than Hubspot in that you have to have a lot of assets and moving pieces.

Adobe Marketo Engage is an efficient tool when it comes to marketing automation. So if you need to set up some specific communications (operational or marketing), it is always useful. However, I wouldn't recommend over some of his concurrents because of the interface that is really old school and not easy for someone beginning on the platform.

Its platform allows for extensive email automation and customization. The metrics and token utilization are key for businesses that want to hone in on their results to provide feedback to internal teams or external agencies.

Adobe Marketo Engage is great for small to medium businesses that don't have the need for heavy data processing or complex reporting. For large enterprises that want to do things like GDPR natively from within the Marketing Automation tool (e.g., compare two date fields together), need to use many-to-one relationships (via custom object records) and perform data processing and integration on that, run complex custom reports, experience large volumes of integration data, etc., Eloqua is the better tool there.

Marketo works well for us when we need to promote an event. We can create the campaign, email, and landing page right in Marketo. We are able to use Marketo templates to create functional emails and landing pages with registration forms. It is easy to send samples to stakeholders for review. The bugs, however, are the reason I am only giving it a 9.

Adobe Marketo Engage is good for businesses that have extensive marketing programs and need to be able to replicate programs quickly and efficiently. It's not well suited for small to medium-size businesses which don't have a sophisticated marketing team or are just starting out to build their systems.
