Zoominfo SalesOS is the product I use most often as my "bible" when it comes to company information as well as insights and hot leads. The Zoominfo sidebar on chrome is super effective, and is a light load for any browser (looking at you Chrome). Zoominfo as a database is generally very trustworthy, and the insights and scoops that are offered help sweeten the deal when presenting meetings to my AE.

Zoominfo is wonderful for your sales organization when you're looking for a single source of truth for your sales data. The information provided is the most accurate from what I've heard (again this is hearsay) of other search tools. I use both LinkedIn and Zoominfo for my prospecting, but LinkedIn tends to provide the same companies we've already seen whereas ZoomInfo is good to pull in new leads and new prospecting batches.

We utilize ZoomInfo daily as our main outbound prospecting tool. It helps supplement our lead data with contact information, including titles, emails, phone numbers, etc. We also use several features, including Org Charts, My Feed, and Intent to drive value to our prospecting. We also use the ListMatch tool to upload account/contact lists to match companies.

ZoomInfo SalesOS has been a super efficient tool in obtaining prospects' information in little to no time. I like how easy it is to keep organized on the platform using tabs so I don't have to try to remember every person I've ever added to my contact list. Would highly recommend it.

ZoomInfo is a perfect tool to discover the best person to sell your product. It helps a lot at a sales day to day by arranging emails, exporting data to the CRM, exporting activities and account from the CRM to the ZoomInfo platform, knowing who to contact, how to contact, and knowing all the contacts about the Decision-maker of the product I'm selling. We use ZoomInfo for prospecting and account research. Historically the platform has just served as a tool for pushing contact information into Salesforce for our SDR team, but we have recently started to lean more into their intent data and WebSights. ZoomInfo is a key part of our strategy and allows us to gather necessary intel to drive our plan account-based marketing strategy. I have enjoyed the ability to filter intent data by company size. Finally, we use ZoomInfo for competitive information.

ZoomInfo is a fantastic resource for marketing and SDR teams to plan outreach, campaigns, and monthly/quarterly targets together. We have found that the tool is not well adopted by our sales team, who care less about the behind-the-scenes work SDRs are doing, oftentimes letting SDRs lead all prospecting.

We are still gauging how accurate WebSights are.

I've found ZoomInfo to be an invaluable tool in my business development efforts to prospect and secure new clients. I use it for direct phone numbers and email addresses, to isolate different individuals by title and/or location, and to get scoops or intent data around if/when a given company might be a good target and potential future buyer of Cushman & Wakefield's real estate advisory & brokerage services.

We use ZoomInfo to scrape contact info for prospecting. You can very easily export new contacts, leads, and accounts directly from Linkedin into Salesforce with a few clicks of a button. You can also do detailed account searches that can get pretty granular based on sector, geo, employee count, etc. Cool tool.

My experience with ZoomInfo makes it seem more appropriate for immature sales orgs still looking to bulk up their prospecting, more mature teams will likely not lean as heavily on the tool.

I use ZoomInfo to make sure I have all the correct contacts in salesforce to call and email to get meetings. Having direct, cell, and business emails I am able to get a hold of many more prospects than just having LinkedIn and whatever data was previously in our company's database.

ZoomInfo is great for new account managers to build up contact lists to be able to reach more people within a company to get meetings to drive business. ZoomInfo is used basically for prospecting in our sales department. It also gives the target's contact info and organization hierarchy in the company summary document. We can also find companies with many filters like revenue, location, specific technology too. It's good that we can export the list of companies or targets which we have selected in the list. The problem that it solves is finding lead contacts. Finding Organization hierarchy and key decision-makers Finding the key scoops and challenges (Fundings, Employee counts, etc)

ZoomInfo InboxAI is a must-have tool for sales professionals. One of my favorite things about the app is its integration with our CRM. I love that it automatically captures the data for me, so I don't have to manually input my conversation history in the CRM.

ZoomInfo helps me learn about clients or prospects. It is a way for me to see where they work, what positions they hold, and what the best contact email and phone number is for them. The information is constantly reviewed for currency and accuracy and I've found it to be mostly up to date.

  • There are credit / search limitations based on the plan. Some plans are expensive
ZoomInfo is terrific for a large company or a company with some capital that is building a list of contacts for the companies/industries they would like to target. It would be cost-prohibitive for a small company without much revenue, but the case could certainly be made that the information gathered from ZoomInfo could help a small organization grow their revenues quickly.

ZoomInfo provides contact information with provided accuracy levels in addition to clear tags for direct, mobile, or HQ numbers. In addition to this, they provide filters by intent signals, org structures, internal departments, and so forth. They also integrate into Salesforce well, providing clear plug-ins that play well and help my daily workflow. Prospecting has never been easier.

Zoominfo is being used focused on the Transportation and Fleet Manager market segment, in the USA market, to get a more detailed list of prospective customers and help Sales and Marketing teams in targeting their campaign to specific individuals within the target accounts. It has also been used in other market segments (such as Aerospace and Material Handling) to help the Sales and Business Development team in focusing the lead qualification and prospecting activities. The team is planning to integrate Zoominfo with Salesforce and Pardot within the next few months; we are currently investigating the technical details.

If you are looking for a tool to help you with lead qualification, prospecting, and in general doing a better job in managing large key accounts (possibly at the international level), ZoomInfo is really great. You can also use it to enrich your existing lead and contact database, adding more and more detailed and updated information. Be well aware that legal consent to store these contacts (i.e. in GDPR countries' cases) is still a responsibility on your side, and ZoomInfo cannot do this for you. I would personally recommend reviewing fully the legal consent process before embarking on using ZoomInfo, to make sure you can use the tool in the most efficient and effective way.

Our company uses it for demand generation and to get deep insights into targeted accounts, contact information, and more. I use it to access and filter relevant contacts and upload them into SalesForce. It integrates very well with SFDC and helps me build my account list to target and call into.

ZoomInfo is well suited for finding new leads, contacts, and accounts. It provides a lot of data on a person and company and gives you new people to tap into regularly. When we want to look for employee email and phone information, we can find the information. We also use the list and filtering to prospect accounts and people based on what industry we are targeting/filter by technology as well.

Need to validate the quality of leads with ZoomInfo - looking at the number of employees in the company and also looking at whether or not the person exists within the ZI Employee section. Also, use ZoomInfo to look at Scoops for companies of interest. Recently, our team has begun using ZoomInfo to create lists (using specific titles, locations of interest, etc.) of people that will be targeted with a personalized reach out.

We use ZoomInfo specifically for our Enterprise sales team to help find prospects who have specific positions within specific departments at different verticals they want to target. ZoomInfo has made this process very easy with a fantastic custom search function, our sales team is very satisfied with ZoomInfo compared to our low level of success with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. We also found the export function to Salesforce has been very helpful for reps as the process is quick and simple.
